Love the doorman who salutes you upon entry. That’s hard work and dedication with the heat. High tea was average in terms of flavor and service. Need to improve the menu and taste

A true 5 Star Hotel.. Fantastic Service, from the time you arrive.. We arrived in a Car..free Valet Parking..check in fast and simple..very informative on facilities and Breakfast times..We had a Standard Deluxe room .very spacious with King Size Bed. Bathroom is very large with a Bath tub and separate Shower.. the Desk and couch are very useful..plenty of storage for bags and hanging clothes..we had a view over Central World.. nice to look out onto the world below..Breakfast i ordered the Eggs Benedict from the egg station..it was the best I have ever had.. must say its a real pleasure staying at the Intercontinental Bangkok..will be back for sure. 5 Stars.

Rooms 4/5 Service 3/5 View 5/5 Location 5/5 This is one hotel that we book in new year's specially to see the countdown and fireworks from the window. The view from window is lovely. You can see central world too. Rooms are fine, i wouldn't say it's like Carlton but not disappointing either. If you are booking for only countdown and fireworks, then this may be the best hotel to book. But if you booking to hope for a comfortable stay then i suggest you try Carlton Sukhumvit. I give that hotel 5/5. Service here is good if less people, but when it gets crowded they are going to forget your order and you will end up calling them again and again. Very convenient location as Central World Mall is right opposite and so many things around here that can be explored.

My bf and I stayed in 1 night, wish we stayed longer... the service was so friendly. The breakfast was out of this world delicious. The room was comfortable (wish the TV was bigger). The view from the room was spectacular. Honestly my stay exceeded my expectation... I need to get used to the Thailand hospitality haha.. Too bad the gym & pool were closed :(

Every time Intercontinental Bangkok provides excellent service and hospitality to all guests. Facility is little bit feel old but keep well-preparerd. Food is also good in THEO MIO Italian resutaurant, FIREPLACE steak house and breakfast in ESPRESSO. If you are a Club room guest, you can enjoy Steak at breakfast time. Normally serving in Club Lounge but during COVID situation, you can also enjoy at ESPRESSSO. And don’t miss you Spa intercontinental, skills of therapist is excellent. Stay, dine and relax - you can enjoy everything in this city hotel.

Pleasant experience here with very polite and welcoming staffs. The location of the hotel is the star of the show. Close to major shopping center and easy access to public transit. The breakfast was exceptional. The bed is on the softer side.

The staff are super friendly, even if you can't see their smiles, their eyes smile brightly. The hotel room was quiet and comfortable. Room service reasonable and tasty Thai dishes.

A wonderful hotel, but, in my opinion, there is a failure in its management. Not all staff are at the same level of professionalism, some are wonderful, some are dysfunctional. Very frustrating, to return day after day from the city after a tiring morning, 14.30 and even later and the room is still as you left it in the morning. There is a fundamental misunderstanding between the guest's expectations and the management of the room cleaning service. And this is just one of the problems ... Room service terrible, food served in plastic containers, no plates, no fork, no knife, no napkins (see pictures)

Amazing location, and the rooms were very nice! Breakfast selection was average for a buffet, but was nice nonetheless. However had a very difficult time trying to organize our stay with the reservations team, which caused to book a different hotel for our arrival night and change our hotel at Koh Samui.

Went for the afternoon tea @ balcony. A bit disappointed by the tea, the Moroccan mint for example is just a basic dilmah teabag. Snacks were nice and the service excellent.

The hotel located in a prime location of Bangkok, connected with BTS green line. Service is always great here. I definitely fall in love with the spa.

A Luxurious Oasis in the Heart of Bangkok I had the pleasure of staying at InterContinental Bangkok, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is perfect for shoppers and explorers, with malls and public transportation nearby. The service is exceptional, with friendly staff, especially the doormen, bartenders, and elevator managers. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean. The facilities, from the pool to the bar, are top-notch. This is a true 5-star hotel, and I highly recommend it. My only regret is not staying longer. It's a home away from home in the vibrant heart of Bangkok!

Good location, nice stay. Friendly and helpful concierge Pongrat during our departure. Sweet ending to our check out experience. Nice birthday cake surprise. Intercontinental has done well to maintain their 5star status. Very decent breakfast buffet options. Perhaps the only room for improvement is the consistency of the temperature for the shower.

Got such a nice room with large windows and over view of Central World. Room was big, I booked twin bed, the bed itself was big and comfy. Felt very welcome by the staff. Best hotel that I stayed so far in Bangkok
