The worst experience in Thailand ever! Im not sure why this hotel got 5 stars?! There’s no lobby, check in staff are rude, big deposit without notice, the elevator system is misleading, last day it didn’t work at all! We had to take the service elevator with the garbage and dirty laundry!!!!!!!!!!! No coffee maker No iron equipments The corridors smells vomit. The food menu is a 1 star hotel menu. Mainly sandwiches costs 6x the price outside. OVERPRICED! Just because it’s located at the top of a shopping mall only.

My stay at Centara Grand Bangkok was exceptional. Needed to stay the mandatory one-day quarantine due to COVID-19 travel restrictions as the visit was on May 2022 the time the covid restrictions started lifting up. The room is so spacious and offered great comfort. The hotel's culinary delights were awesome, and its strategic location made exploration easy. I wholeheartedly recommend Centara Grand Bangkok for its roominess, delectable cuisine, and convenient proximity to local attractions.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights and I was very impressed by the quality of service, the spacious rooms, and the amazing views of the city. The hotel is located in the heart of Bangkok, connected to one of the largest shopping malls in the world, CentralWorld¹. It is also very close to the Siam Skytrain station, which makes it easy to get around the city. The room I had was a World Club Deluxe King Room, which was very comfortable and modern. The bed was large and cozy, the bathroom was clean and well-equipped, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The best part was the panoramic view of the city from the floor-to-ceiling windows. I could see the skyline, the river, and the temples from my room. It was breathtaking. The hotel has a lot of facilities and amenities to offer, such as a large outdoor pool, a spa, a fitness center, two tennis courts, and a convention center. I enjoyed the pool, which was on the 26th floor and had a poolside bar and drink service. The spa was also very relaxing, offering a variety of Thai massages and treatments. The fitness center was open 24 hours and had Yoga and Pilates classes. The hotel has seven on-site restaurants and bars, serving different cuisines and drinks. I tried the Red Sky, a rooftop restaurant and bar on the 55th floor, which was amazing. The food was delicious, the service was attentive, and the atmosphere was romantic. The view from the rooftop was stunning, especially at night. I also liked the CRU Champagne Bar, which was on the 59th floor and had a selection of premium champagnes and cocktails. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at centralwOrld. It is a luxury hotel that offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Bangkok. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a central location, a great view, and a superb service.

We had a small room (I guess our poor selection), but it was good. Service was very poor. Had to drag our luggage to the 23 floor for checking-in ourselves. Absolutely no bell boy service. Nobody showed us to the room, we where just told to go our floor and figure it all out, carrying our own luggage. Very disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Food and restaurants where great. The rooftop bars disgustingly expensive, 1,200 for a mixed drink.

Luxurious, big and very clean room. There is a special fast service elevator that takes you from the ground floor right to the sky lobby of the hotel. This hotel is definitely one of the best hotel in Bangkok due to the location is right under a shopping mall, next to several public transportation (and BTS skytrain station) and is located right smack in the CBD of Bangkok itself. Have a wonderful stay here at this hotel.

Excellent hotel for families in the best location possible. They have a family room which consists of two king size beds and 50sqm of space which is nice for up to 2-3 kids. There's a mall connected to the hotel with lots of food and shopping and also near the BTS. Worth staying here.

Stayed here in late June with my partner for 3 nights. Beautiful room and great facilities! Excellent location as well. Am giving 4/5 stars as staff were generally not helpful when my partner had food poisoning and did not seem to show any concern. Front desk ladies also did not seem friendly at check in or check out. Felt a better service level would be expected at a hotel like this. Nevertheless, great stay.

Supremely good location as it's located within a gigantic mall in central Bangkok near metro and other major tourist attractions. The hotel shared its parking with the mall then I could say the parking is just not a problem as they have more than 3,000 parking spots. We were stayed in a corner room and it's quite nice. Big bathroom with a bathtub and toilet with a proper bum gun. The breakfast buffet is a bit busy but the selections are plenty. Sadly, the service did not keep up with our expectation. We have to checked-in without any staff to bring us to our room and we requested for iron and ironing board to the checked-in staff but it never comes.

The hotel is nice and location is great but the service sucks! We made reservations for 4 rooms and wrote 3 emails to request for 2 sets of connecting rooms as we had the kids and my mum (who is in a wheelchair and also needs assistance) with us hence we needed easy access to render the required help. When we arrived, only 1 set of connecting rooms were given the other 2 rooms were way apart! The receptionist was rude and when we said we will give a poor review for the rude service, she literally told us to ‘try!’ 5-star hotel with 1-star service! If all is good, this is a great place to stay. But if any help is required, be prepared to be dished poor service and definitely no solution to the problems faced.

I visited this hotel for an official conference and must say it's roof top is one of the best places to be in the city😍. It's open during the night time and the view with sips of your favourite drink is all the company you need. Also a great place to chill post your meetings 😅

Stayed at the club suite and if there's any room I would suggest it would be this one. She'll out those extra bucks and pay for the upgrade from the spacious rooms to the luxury interior to the never ending city views the stay here made our trip a special experience. The hotel is located above the mall so you have a array of restaurants available within a minute of coming down the lift. The hotel itself has around 6 outlets and from the pizzas to the lounge to the bar on the roof there's plenty to order from. The service was excellent at all outlets, room dining was prompt and they're recommendations were spot on. It was my first trip to Bangkok but I highly recommend this hotel to first time traveller's or someone who hasn't stayed here.

Fantastic location especially if you like shopping. Recently refurbished property with well spec'd rooms. Great leisure facilities including outdoor pool, large gym, spa and tennis courts! Staff were fantastic and very helpful at all times.

If you're looking for a place to stay for business or holidays then this hotel is perfect. It is located in the heart of Bangkok which is very convenient for you, there were plenty of shopping mall and night market's nearby, restaurants, rooftop bars etc., The hotel rooms itself was spacious, comfortable, spotless and the staff's was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended place 👌 Bonus: you get to have Beautiful views from your room every morning/night. It's just amazing to see those buildings around since this hotel is one of the tallest hotels in Bangkok.

Lovely hotel. Very convenient and directly links to the mall. Service was great. However, rooms are definitely smaller than expected. The buffet breakfast wasn’t amazing for the price you are paying for. However, I will definitely be back here given the prime location and accessibility.

Amazing hotel with a pool and spa and direct access to central world mall. I loved the breakfast as everything was refilled quickly and there was always enough seating and food options for everyone. They also have a rooftop bar which is worth checking out as the view is spectacular. Lastly, it is kid friendly. if u found this helpful a like would be appreciated

Our second day here and we absolutely love it. The gym is amazing. The service at the gym and club lounge not to mention reception is exceptional. Everyone is very polite, friendly and helpful. The gym is constantly being cleaned & sanitised after each use which is great. The buffet breakfast has a variety to choose from. The ambience and feel of the hotel is definitely above 5 star status.

Excellent stay for 2 nights. Didn’t even bother to go to the streets. Relaxed at the hotel with occasional visits to Central World Plaza. If you want to hang out on the streets, stay in a different place :-) Breakfast was excellent (subjective). Room is huge and sufficient for family of 5. Pool area is nice. Worth every penny spent.

Its a 5 star hotel with great facilities and very good rooftop restaurants. Rooms are very luxurious and spacious. View from higher floor rooms is simply amazing! Located very close to Platinum Mall and Indra Square shopping arcade. 5 star property by all means!

A five-star hotel that is located in the city center right at the Central World shopping mall is by far the most convenient hotel I ever stayed in. the shopping mall itself has 7 to 8 floors for you to shop around, has food restaurant shops Supermarket anything you may need is already attached to the hotel. if you're staying there. Aside from that's that's also a theater for you to watch movies. The room itself is relatively roomy I was staying in the Hollywood room it has a very nice view of the city with a round shape window.

Lovely hotel. Super comfortable beds. Great breakfast. A manager came around and wished goodmorning! Nice pool area. Good gym although some kettlebells would be nice. Roof bar was nice with beautiful view. Only thing that was negative was some stains on the duvet.

The new refurbished rooms are very nice. Some nice tweaks like the floor lights that come on via sensor at night when you need to find your way. Nice shower. The pool is lovely

Interesting high-scraper with lovely restaurant and bars on the 55 FLOOR and above 😍😍😍 plus much more inside the tower, hotel and conference centre etc. Restaurant is not cheap, so be ready, as you should expect anyway for such a place… The food was nice, however should be better. One of the deserts was really basic and not tasty, surely doesn’t fit here… Customer service is good And over all experience is great, but for the amount of money you paying, the food should be better 🏋🏼‍♀️😘 Thank you very much for lovely evening experience and see you soon again, be ready for our next visit 😘😉❤️

We travelled in a group together with an elderly parent. I requested several times prior to travelling to ask for rooms near my elderly parent. Requests were replied with standard answers but nothing was done to accommodate the request. We spoke with the staff and manager and were given flimsy reasons for not helping with a simple request. Basically they did nothing to read our emails. Staff was extremely rude and challenged us to write negative reviews. They offered an alternative - stay at a different floor with equally far apart rooms. (????!!!!) To add to this unpleasant experience, I had bad food poisoning after taking their yoghurt. Seriously, many other hotels within the locality at better prices and probably with better service. Don’t recommend anyone to stay here.

Best hotel to stay in Bangkok, very clean and near central world and siam paragon. There services are really good and fast. We reached the hotel at 9:30am and they checked us in immediately without waiting until check in time, thanks to Nutcha she was really helpful and was nice to deal with her, highly recommended ⭐️👌🏻

Best stay in Bangkok. Room is comfortable, with the best shower and bed. The service of the hotel's staff is superb. Not forgetting the comfort breakfast, porridge and soup noodle. Must try! The gym is also spacious.The location is great, you could access to Central World for shopping.

For the price it’s really for the location, as central world mall is just right at level 7. They are currently upgrading some parts of their lounge etc. Breakfast is good with a wide variety and lets you eat till 11am. Honestly the room is quite average because it’s not very spacious (though bathroom is). TV is big though. Had room service for several days and hit and miss but love their bread sides. Happy that I can get my laundry done at a decent price.

The toilet towel need to change too old got swimming pool water smell. The shower gel need to change to more shower foam . The TV got no movie like Netflix movie or Disney plus movie to watch. The room service for food after 11pm not much choice. Swimming pool tiles to dark should have a sky blue tiles pool.

I have to say don't usually give out 5 stars. This is definitely a five star hotel. We arrived and got upgraded to junior suite. The room, views and facilities are amazing, you could not ask for more. The staff are amazing and very helpful. The venue is local to platinum market and Central world shopping mall. So variety of shopping available. Breakfast had multiple selection of things. I could go about various other things but simple put, if you have the chance to upgrade to Junior please do so you will not regret it!.

Booked this hotel for my friends. We got the Executive Suites. A lot of space and very elegant. Fruit basket is so huge! Champagne bottle for the guest. The breakfast is served on the 51st floor. Exclusive for specials hotel guest. The waiters there are very attentive. Made is feel at home! We will book here again!

For a room in a 5-star hotel at this price point not to have even a basic coffee maker, kettle, or stocked minibar is simply shameful. Other items would have been appreciated too, like a shoehorn. The elevators situation and especially the parking situation are an absolute nightmare. I won't elaborate on those issues further, but you can find out for yourself and have a nasty surprise if you choose to stay here despite the warning :)

Great location but omg kids at the swimming pool are so noisy,splash water to surrounding people and parents do nothing about it so don't expect nice time arround pool area. Some issues about the room the air conditioner was broken and could not turn it off and I caught a cold. Too bad since the location is good. I don't think I will stay again.

Almost 5 stars if not for the ongoing renovation and the issue with the bathroom toilet lock. Nevertheless, this is still a worthwhile hotel for leisure trip and proximity to central world. Business travellers - do take note that major congestion expected at the lift lobby on level 23 due to 3 lifts and 1 lift facing constant breakdown during my trip in Dec 2023. Need to plan to leave early to avoid congestion. But the best part of this hotel is the availability of the Zing cafe at ground floor lobby to grab a quick bite in order to beat the morning crowd at the usual restaurant. Service is great as well! Also taking grab ride may be an issue in the morning 815am to 9am due to major traffic congestion nearby and only 1 route leading to the hotel lobby. To make it for meeting best to take the taxi parked right in front of the hotel. Gym users - the access to gym only starts at 6am including lift assess but it's worth going. Spacious and lots of machines including 6 working threadmills unlike other hotels nearby. For the room it is definitely very clean and the airconditioning is good as well. And of course access to Central world via level 7. Only complaint other than the renovation is the bathroom lock. It should not be a new problem as the technical seems very experienced with this issue - lock out from inside after closing the door. Definitely a great hotel except for the renovation and the issue with the bathroom lock.

The room is really big and lovely. We still staying here until Thursday. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only complaint is they don’t vacuum the room! They only change the bedsheets and towels if you ask them too. Also they do remove the trash. The most useful and great thing they offer a PCR test with a special price for the hotel guest.

Good scenery, good mood. I just stayed for day use, but satisfied enough. Will come stay again!

Staffs are super friendly nice hotel with great locations nearby bts and a lot of activities to do like movies theater, shopping mall , kid plaza and restaurants.

Club suite at 49th floor has spectacular view point. Modern & luxery room with comfy bed. Good italian meal dining in room. Nice bathtub with good view. Automatic flush in rest room is the best. Love here.

Very large department store for shopping and dining. Lots of car park spaces.

Location is great. Right in the middle or all major shopping malls. Room view is perfect. Its a 360degree unblock view. Great for ladies taking pics. Bathtub is clean, im very particular usually. Room service is damn fast. I asked for replacement towels twice during my 4 days trip. Housekeeper appear within 5 mins, unlike other hotel i stay in. Recep are very friendly and helpful too. I used their ballroom for training. Very nice facility. Took breakfast and lunch at their buffet restaurant. No complains. Pretty much standard. Wish that price of the room can be reduced abit. :) Then everything will be a perfect score.

Good hotel. Meet international standards. Unlucky, the day we checked in, we heard druming noise from outside until almost midnight. Wide variety of breakfast choices, but the taste is just ordinary. Good location.

Because the place is comfortable for sleeping, eating and shopping. There are many way to get here (car, boat, bts).

We enjoyed the very clean and modern rooms with great views. It would even deserve a 5 stars rating but unfortunately the information we got from the manager about the necessity of a Covid-19 PCR test before flying back was not right. This way paid for a useless in-house test. Still thanks to the kind staff for trying to get the right information and the good service!

Clearly one of the best hotels to stay in central Bangkok! Very conveniently located in the heart of the city - within the main shopping and F&B belt. The buffet breakfast spread and service at the Ventisi is impeccable. I enjoyed the extra attention the staff paid to details and our needs; this is better than what I have experienced in most holidays I’ve been in.

They require a deposit. However, they can for some strange reason not charge any debit cards, only credit cards! Therefore we had to walk for 30 minutes to find an ATM. The nearest ATM is only 5 minutes away, but due to unclear descriptions of directions, we could not find the right elevator and so on. We ordered a taxi in the reception for our next-day-flight. The next day the receptionist could not find the reservation. There was no taxi ready! Do they had to call a new taxi. I am wondering if they even have a logging system, because a similar thing happened twice. Long check-in process. Staff is working slowly and not too good at English. Speak louder and clearer, please! There was supposed to be a room-service menu on the TV but we could not find this menu anywhere! It should be clearly visible. The guy who took orders for room service was really bad at his pronounciation of English, but he was thoroughly, so we got the order eventually. Nice guy :)! To the staff: Please, just google the menu and listen to how they pronounce it in google translate. The staff is very polite. Almost too polite. Unfortunately, I am way more interested in them being effective and clear, rather than super nice and a bit sloppy. The rooms were of GREAT quality. Cleaning personel were EXCELLENT! This is a rich and expencive hotel. I really hope you owners are paying your employees a worthy salary!

My Mom and I were travel weary by the time we arrived in Bangkok. As fate would have it, our guest registration staff member Porsche was so empathetic and accommodating that my tired 84 year old Thai mother says that meeting Porsche actually made her stay in Bangkok one of the best vacations she’s ever had. He is a tremendous asset to this establishment. The hotel itself lives up to its reputation and grandeur, but the staff itself makes the hotel 5 star. From Porsche at the front desk to Nim, the expert massage therapist in the spa, the kindness and warmth that Thai people are reputed to have shines through. A deep wai to all the staff. Our wish is to return quickly and experience it all again soon.

Small details such as hard and soft pillow selection. Little night light automatically turns on at your feet level when you get up at night. Personal service at breakfast. Delightful decor for Xmas.

Uno mas is simply exquisite in both food and view. The staff was super helpful and its intrigued me. Recommended dishes are smoked salmon, lamb and cured ham.

The suite was sweet 🏆 I will surely come back again and again and again! The access to Central World mall was super easy, very strategic in the CBD area, the hotel was very well-managed. Super happy!

Hotel parking and mall parking don't separate clearly. If u park at B2 floor, u have walk up to B1 floor and enter lift. The receptionist, the hospitality is not good but at restaurant and bar are nice. Can't early check-in. Dinner at red-sky is great but windy. Food and beverage are delicious but dessert may make u greasy. Aware of bed's height, it tall and may make you ankle sprain. Smart LED is too easy to turn on. I like toilet's design, feel comfortable and have space and good environment. The atmosphere at COCOA XO is very nice, welcome drink is tasting.

It's a good hotel. The rooms are more on the smaller side but still big enough. Service is good overall but some at reception struggle with English. This hotel has the slowest elevators I have ever seen. 4 elevators but still you will spend an unusual amount of time waiting for one. It's not really a negative point but it was the part of my stay I will remember for the longest time most likely.

Stay there for a night with my family with a toddler and we were impressed by the service. Very nice, clean and specious room with both rain showers and big bathtub. All employees that we met were so kind and professional. Front desk people were friendly. Restaurant staffs were very fast to respond and always checked on the guests. Pool staff was very nice and friendly to my toddler nephew. And always kept eyes on us to be sure that we are safe in the pool. I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely stay there again.

Good hotel near the main shopping center of Bangkok. Great buffet breakfast options. Clean rooms. Stayed in a family room that was sufficient size for 2 adults and 2 small kids. Very convenient for shopping. Good value and good service.
