Complete
disaster
at
front
desk.
I
booked
the
Test
and
Go
package
with
food,
arrived
at
the
hotel
at
8:40pm,
lady
took
her
time
processing
everything,
and
then
I
ask
about
dinner
and
she
says
it
is
9:10
and
the
restaurant
closed
at
9pm,
and
there
is
absolutely
nothing
she
can
do
about
it.
No
explanation
about
anything
about
the
hotel,
restaurant,
pool
area
or
about
quarantine,
just
got
a
key
and
room
number.
I
ask
about
the
PCR
test,
they
tell
the
doctor
will
arrive
at
11-midnight.
After
midnight
I
asked
again,
and
they
say
that
doctor
will
arrive
at
around
3am.
The
longer
it
takes,
the
longer
I
have
to
wait
in
quarantine.
I
am
starting
to
regret
booking
this
hotel
for
the
Test
and
Go
scheme,
and
in
general
it
all
seems
quite
unprofessional.

arrive
at
5am
now
for
test.

I
was
just
told
that
they
will
send
me
back
my
hotel
deposit
within
7-14
days.
Normal
is
within
24
hours.
Ridiculous.
This
hotel
should
really
get
it
together
