This is my favorite hotel of all I have gone to, Excellent services and high quality The staffs are very friendly and polite The spa is super nice, all therapists are well-trained and professional. Breakfast is very delicious and all restaurants give pleasant atmosphere. The room types are also nice. Definitely come back here again

This the luxuriest hotel sits on the historic grounds that were once part of the lotus pond palace commissioned by King Rama IV. Recognised as a true oasis in the heart of downtown Bangkok. The property offers a large landscaped garden with multiple saltwater pools. This is the ideal spot to sunbathe or relax under the shade of trees. The hotel is very special during this wonderful time of the year. The lobby looks like a splendid winter wonderland, showcasing the tiny Santa's village covered with soft snow, underneath a real sparkling Christmas tree. A feast of festive delights awaits in the hotel's restaurants with exciting perfomances during Christmas week such as impressive ballet shows and carol singing.

Wonderful experience at Siam Kempinski. Everything was perfect: the beautiful balcony room, the excellent quality of service, the amazing staff, the pool and the restaurants. Great location & fabulous atmosphere. This hotel exceeded our expectations in many aspects. A perfect place in the center of Bangkok.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at as a family. The staff at Siam Kempinski are exceptionally polite, helpful and professional. All the personell (conceirge, reception, housekeeping, restaurant, pool, kids club) are amazing and truly made our stay memorable. The rooms are well designed. Most importantly very clean. I noticed the housekeeping supervisor would check every room after the cleaning was done (daily!) with a checklist to ensure everything was immaculate - this is the first time I have seen this at a hotel. The location is great. In the busy part of the city but when you are inside the hotel is feels like a resort. It is a very kid friendly hotel. Highly recommended.

Wonderful decorations place and excellence location. I may over expectation in great reputations. Many disappointments in room and services. Broken opened bathroom curtains. I had to naked to my little daughter. Bathtub water tap was also broken, made wet floor every time when bath in tub. Broken air conditioner was not able to be adjusted. Change temp to 32 degrees, felt like 18 degrees, very cold and shivering. Breakfast was good. Services were nothing appreciate in this hotel class. Anyway I may expect too much. Excellent response from manager made me feel much better. Updated : Second time here. Celebrate my little daughter birthday. Everything was so smooth. Room decoration was very good, room preparation was ready since last night so we didn't have to wait housekeeper like previous time. Birthday cake, birthday back drops, balloons, high chair, kid toilet seat, were set up ready. Evening turn down was so impressed. Bubble foam bathtub, warm aroma salty foot spa were well prepared when we came back. TV was not full smart TV and Bose audio systems was not support bluetooth connection and very difficult to joining in. Here is the best for family with little children. Kid club is so nice, all staffs is excellent. Highly recommend for children to play here.

Disappointing. Keycard looks pretty but doesn't work.. Hotel is run down with creeky floor...Swimming pool is uninviting and looks like it needs maintenance. Worst part of the stay is the room beside mine was probably occupied by some high profile person or VIP.. There were a few security guards camping outside that room and lifts 24/7 what's annoying is they will be paranoid at times and shout whenever I walked past the room to get to my own room, thinking that I'm trying to trespass or enter that room. If there is such arrangement they should vacate the whole floor or at least assign them to a corner room instead of causing disturbance to others. Feels really uneasy..its like staying in a quarantine hotel with guards right outside the lift and corridor... Private/added security shouldn't be at the expense of comfort and privacy of other guests!! The service of the breakfast staff is good otherwise I would have gave 1 star...

My husband and I stay here in the past 3 years every trip we visit Bangkok. This is our favorite hotel. Beautiful hotel, super clean room, great location easy access to sky train and every where we want to go. Staff here very helpful and the food so delicious all good quality. Their breakfast buffet here have Mimosa service is amazing. We’ve dinner at ALATI the food was excellent. Can’t wait for our next visit !.

The hotel is luxury with the price but poor service. Few officer at the lobby, no guard for help at the car park. I think the hotel should reorganize to worth the price. When the office see the customers hold a lot of belongings they should hurry to help without asking so it would be perfect. Today I’m not happy with services.

Of our entire Thailand trip, the Kempinski has been the most enjoyable stay we've had. The staff really make a difference, thoughtful, tentative, we really felt at home. Every day they brought fruit, before the end of the day they checked to see if we needed anything, and twice a day they made up the room... Wow

Great hotel if you would like a great stay in Bangkok or perhaps near the Siam Paragon vicinity. I wanted to pamper my wife with a great vacation hotel and I achieved that - thanks to the Siam Kempinski team! Service here is impeccable - from pre-check in all the way to check-out. Once you've confirmed your booking, the Siam Kempinski team really starts looking after you. I'd booked via GHA Discovery account. In the end, I booked twice, with the second booking being at a more expensive rate because it was near my check-in time. Yet, the team emailed me to clarify my two bookings. In the end, that was sorted out and I was able to keep my first booking at that lower room rate - all done trouble free! Also, I tried online booking of Sra Bua restaurant and it didn't appear possible. The hotel team helped me with the reservation instead. Throughout my stay, the service team were so polite and ensured we had all that we had requested for during reservation. Room - super clean, very sizeable so you don't feel cramped at all. Minibar is well stocked and everything in that fridge comes free! We're really spoilt for choice. There's ample power points too. Perhaps some improvements to the room (just nick picking) - not many English channels on the TV, room view is partially blocked by another tower and my wife says her side of the king bed seemed a little uneven. I was fine with my side of the bed though. Facilities - unfortunately I didn't have time to enjoy the health centre. I did have a look though - seemed well stocked but the room could be larger to make the center look less cramped. Didn't get to use the pool but wished the pool was a 50m length type. Breakfast - really worth including breakfast, at least for 3 days. Beyond that, one can get too used to the variety. But if you are hoping to skip lunches, then the breakfast is simply great! Wide spread - several sections - breads selection, cheeses, smoked salmon, thai noodles station, western section and fruit juices. Go for the ala-carte too - namely the eggs benedict with crab meat and the corned beed with potatoes - super yummy. Location - if you want to be close to Siam Paragon area, this cannot be any better. Between 10am to 10pm, there is a linkway between the hotel and Siam Paragon. Siam BTS station is just in front of Siam Paragon. Loads of food selection in food courts, street food, shopping mall restaurants. Also, so many shopping malls all within that vicinity. Very walkable. Anyway you may need to walk off the heavy breakfast, right? Within the hotel itself, you have Sra Bua and Alati - both very popular, high end restaurants. Another really good restaurant to try is Blue Elephant - you'd need to take the BTS train to get there though. The room rates aren't cheap. But really, worth every bit - if you need the convenience and you want to pamper yourself to being well treated in a hotel. If my wife travels with me, very likely this would be the hotel we'd stay in.

Truly an oasis in the hustle and bustle of city centre. Love the tranquil and relaxing ambience of the place. The service attitude and the attention to details displayed by your staffs, from the bellboys, to the housekeepers, to the staffs at the restaurants are impressive and heart-warming. The room is spacious and well maintained. The only area that calls for improvement is pest control. There are quite a few mosquitoes in the room even though we did not open the window of the balcony throughout our stay. Have also seen flies hovering around the cold dishes of the breakfast buffet. Perhaps the F&B team could consider placing covers on the cold dishes too. Overall, we had a great time during our stay and felt very well taken care of. Thanks to the entire team at Siam Kempinski!

My favorite hotel in Bangkok! Real 5 stars hotel with everything you need. Expensive hotel but worth every penny. You should definitely have the breakfast included and kids have great kids club. Behind the hotel you can find a small food market where all the employees eat which is a great place to eat real local food

Had great experience staying here. The front desk, bell boy and hotel representative is amazing. The room is very beautiful, service is great, breakfast is very tasty. Everyday the room will be refilled with 3 types of fruits and mini bar. At the day of checking out, I lost my phone in the taxi to airport, the front desk collected some information and then found my phone in a short time. then send my phone to the hotel representative in airport, then hand it into the airport employee of China airline, the whole process is productive and smooth. I really appreciate the team’s efficiency and professionalism in helping to find my phone.

Absolute stunning staff!!! The location is great, communication beforehand was very efficient (airport transport), we got an anniversary surprise in our room, breakfast fantastic (didn’t have other meals at the hotel), wonderful resort within Bangkok. Nonetheless, the staff made the stay truly outstanding- everyone was so kind, helpful, welcoming, … only for them we would already come back to the hotel. It is on the best location as it is next to one of the best department store. Thai restaurant Sabua is one Michelle star is worth visiting while the other Italian is quite disappointing. While the hotel is known for its luxurious amenities and prime location, it is also known for being expensive. However, my opinion I feel that the hotel’s amenities and service justify the price

All the staff are very warm and welcoming. The service is excellent. They pay prompt attention to your needs. The buggy drivers bring you from Point A to B and return carefully. Despite the heat and heavy traffic, these drivers are all the time very pleasant. The bedroom is always very tidy and clean by the time we get back to the room in the afternoon. A good spread of food provided for breakfast. At the executive lounge, the service is excellent. Staff walk by to see to your needs. They are friendly. Overall it is service with a smile. We will come back again as we feel good and well taken care.

I visited here before Covid-19 and now, this hotel is one of my best choice in BKK. They try to keep their service level even they has low tourist. This hotel location is located center of shopping mall such as Siam Paragon, Siam center, Central World or water gate shopping area. Moreover you can travel by public transportation BTS. Their service is nice. More Important, the kids club is very nice just leave your child and Shopping, very nice huh!?

Location tricky depending on time of day. But BTS walk through the mall makes it easy. Big thanks to Executive lounge team ( Frankie and lady who loves Sarees) kids club team and Santa ( Mrs Santa included) breakfast team always accommodating us at 1030 with last order just before closing time. Had a wonderful five day stay. Thanks to Pool side team always smiling and keeping us comfortable.

We've been here during Christmas. Excellent staff and service. Lounge service was superb for family with kids. We enjoyed the buffet dinner and live music at Christmas eve at Alati restaurant. Location is impeccable except you would expect traffic when coming back from suburb.

This is our second stay in this fantastic Hotel, we like to stay there when we want shopping or just to relax. This time we booked a duplex cabana with a pool excess. Booked five nights having a huge discount on full advance payment. Upon arrival, we got a room upgrade for free. Complimentary fresh fruit, mini bar and water. Refilled daily without any additional charge. Excellent breakfast included. Room was spacious, well maintained, clean and hygienic. Modern decor. The balcony with an open city and garden view was nice. Most important was it's quiet and sound proof. A room next to the escalator but not a noise was heard. Very relaxing stay and comfortable sleep. This hotel is situated in the heart of the city and adjacent to Siam Paragon joined with a flyover walkway. Extremely convenient for shopping and dining. All staff displayed professionalism in their respective fields like front desk, f&b, room service, lobby attendance. Extremely friendly, polite, attentive and helpful. To quote an example, I left a pair of wireless earphones under the pillow and checked out. It costed quite a few bucks. I phoned the hotel and within few minutes, they returned call letting me know that they found it together with a t-shirt too. They would kept for me until return. Everything experienced exceeded expectations. Highly recommended. We shall be back the next visit in Bangkok.

I stayed for two nights and there were many problems that I faced. First, after check-in, I was courted to my room on the non-smoking floor. Once we arrived, the corridor is filled with smoking scent. My room did smell but every time I opened the door for something, you can really smell it. After an hour, I decided to go to the spa. I did make a complain to the spa staff and they have reacted promptly. Once I finished the treatment, I was told that they will move me to a new room on a different floor. The time-lapse between my arrival and spa treatment was about 3 hours and when I went up to get my things. The floor still smelled of smoke. It was just an unpleasant experience. Second, on my first breakfast, I had a fish ball noodle soup. The fish balls were ice-cold. I met Khun Natty at Sra Bua in the evening and told her about the experience. She kindly apologized and make sure that would never happen again in the next morning. While the breakfast was delicious, the food were identical to the previous day. Usually they do change the Thai menu or noodle menu but here everything was the same. On my last day, during check-out. It took longer than expected because of the very confusing billing and some of the charges were incorrect. The personnel had to reedit it 4 times. It was just slow and not something you would have expected from a hotel this tier. Also, I eavesdropped a conversation during check-in of another guest about the white gloves service. Apparently the turn-down is upon request and I wasn't made aware of that. This explained the reason why there's no turn-down on my second night. However, the food is still the highlight at the hotel and do is the spa. The Lady in Red service is as impeccable as per usual. The room is well decorated with fine materials. And the Rituals amenities are very very good. You can feel that they pay attention to guests wellbeing. Overall, I would definitely comeback again because I've already booked it. But I hope it will be an even better stay.

One of my favorite hotels in Bangkok. The room is very spacious and I loved drinking a cup of coffee in the morning from our balcony and enjoying the sun before going out. I think the only thing I could mention about our room is the closet had a little 'jam' defect. The hotel is very well and beautifully maintained. The staff is excellent and limousine service also. We stayed during covid and we still had to book our last pcr-test before going back home and that was done in the hotel garden super easy and convenient. The hotel is literally next to Siam Paragorn were you can walk to other places and malls on the walking bridge around bangkok centre. See you next time!

I keep on coming back and it never fail to impress me. The hotel is beautiful and the location is superb. The service is always spot on. Even though they were very busy when i last checked in, everyone gave their best to cater to our whims and requests. I specially love their breakfast, they have the best options of healthy drinks (all freshly made) and the ala carte food are presented in a fine dining way! Classy in every aspect!!!

I had very high expectations of this place. Let me start with the great. Great room great view. Great privacy. Everything in room is free. And the bed is superb. Pillows were some of the best i have ever slept on. Also , the pool service was 5 star quality service. The entire team was wonderful. Also breakfast service was fantastic kudos to that team. Now for the 1 star. I felt the check in and check out was very poor. Long lines. I was waiting 10 minutes, and then 2 more staff were rushed to the front to help the 2 current staff with check outs. It should never be like this in a five star....Check Ritz Carlton for service standard. Secondly the hotel says they are pet friendly however they wanted to charge me equivalent to my 1 night stay , 9000 baht for room cleaning. Actually my stay cost 8000 baht so it was more than my one night stay. I had to ship my dog to the pet sitter in thonglo for 1000 baht per night. Pets are an extension of family. They should not be treated as animals in a hotel of this standard. For this reason I will not be coming back despite all the good. I hope you all can get value through my review as the hotel is "5 star" standard. Just a few things must be fixed. Thailand is NOT pet friendly, the people that live here know that. So when we see "Pet Friendly" hotel like this or the marriot. Its better you go with the marriot.

The breakfast looked like something you find at a 3-star hotel, the sparkling wine they offered instead of what used to be champagne also tasted straight out of a 3-star hotel. The cheese looked like it came from a supermarket. I ordered an $8 flat white that looked like it was (1) from a machine and (2) had been sitting out 30 minutes. Also found some lovely food crusted on the bottom of a buffet plate. It was my 3rd time staying here and never thought a brand like Kempinski would stoop as low as dropping their investment in decent quality food/drink thinking guests wouldn’t notice or care, even with COVID. If you care about F&B then avoid this hotel at all costs, if you don’t mind eating dog food then everything else is great and I would recommend it. Unfortunately it solidified in my mind that Kempinski is no longer a 5-star worthy company and my fiancée and I have canceled our suite in Vienna that we were going to stay at for an upcoming wedding. Shameful.

I have been stayed at Siam Kempinski for 3nights and Waldorf Astoria Bangkok for 2nights. Both of them are at the standard of 5star hotel. Both Staffs are very nice and polite. But I definitely will choose Kempinski as my priority. Cuz Kempinski give me more cozy feeling and at some parts which are my favorite

An amazing room and super spacious. Plus a great view to come with the balcony. The room service and food quality were also excellent, and the staff were very helpful and quick to respond to any needs that we had. Had afternoon tea on the lobby and the service was okay and food quality was as expected. Very fancy and you get what you pay for. Overall great hotel and amazing distance to Siam Paragon Mall and would recommend to those who want to stay near a mall for easy and quick access

Location is excellent. Located near Siam Paragon Shopping Center. It's very easy to continue shopping in the mall. The hotel is majestic. Wide corridor, easy to walk around. The meeting room is very large and fully equipped with facilities. Good service. There are several toilets that look good and are very clean.

The Hotel is really amazing, great location near Siam Paragon, very easy to come, great services, gorgeous interior. Restaurant is quite good also. The price is a bit higher compare to another places but it is worth. Highly recommended

Quick check-in and really good transportation services all around Siam. The golf cart service was so convenient. Great location as well, since it’s right next to the Siam train station. The staff was also amazing; and were always ready to help with any need that we had. Definitely coming back!
