Really enjoyed our stay here. Modern, clean rooms and great swimming pool. Only 15 minute walk to the city centre in a nice and quiet area full of locals. Stayed for 7 nights.

It looks as if you in a shady part of town. I took a walk around and the locals were very nice, staff was friendly. I was not happy about the no hot water shower and the towels didn't smell fresh. But that's just me being a snob, overall l had a good experience. 7-11is just opposite the road Should you go, bring your own ext/usb because all channels on the TV are Thai

Food is good but service is not good. We waited so many hours to get our order. They served only for some customers only. We have to keep telling our order again and again to waiters.

Hotel Trang is not what is advertised. It felt more like a prison than tourist accommodation. The pictures online are extremely deceiving. The room we received was horrible, with old furniture and mould all around. There was a dank stench from the hallways and the staff were extremely unfriendly, only grunting in response to questions. The location is not very central either. No effort whatsoever has been put into upkeep. A small amount off changes, such as removing old sticky tape of the walls where a picture used to hang, would go a long way.

Location only good for UN or military buildings, otherwise stay somewhere else closer to downtown. Place is cheap and adequate. Rooms are rundown and not maintained. Restaurant is terrible, everytime I ordered something they said they don't have that today. They could not even make a simple hamburger or sandwich? Unless you speak Thai, it is very difficult to order. Don't buy the breakfast, walk a few blocks and pay half the price and good food. Service not very good for BKK standards. Only desk folks speak English. Pool was nice but no comfortable lounge chairs. Very understaffed and they get annoyed when you try to order. Some staff were nice but overall, not a great experience. Just as I was writing this, there is now no water in yhe hotel. I asked and they said it happens around 4pm every day. Also I have been her 4 days so far and they have not cleaned my room once. No towels at pool area either. Stay away

generally good. reception staff were wonderful. privacy from bathroom to main room was limited. no overhead light. pillows uncomfortable. besides these, all else is great

From the outside, the driveway is unobtrusive, but the inside is quite different. Lovely pool, really good food, the staff is very friendly and they try very hard to please the guest. The only complaint is that the bathrooms are not properly decorated.

Distance is just nice from / to Khao San Road for the Songkran festival and Hotel is just right beside main road for easy accessibility.

Clean and safe place! Staff friendly and helpful. English speaking! We enjoyed our time. Nice big swimming pool!

We were not expecting a lot for the very reasonable rate charged. This is a somewhat dated property and offers minimal amenities. If you just need a place to sleep for one night you will be okay.

A proper hotel with affordable room rent. Their staff is cooperative and helpful. Everything was good but still improvements can be made.

The hotel was a nice place to stay to start my travels pretty central in Bangkok not a far walk to go to Khao San Road (busy tourist street) only reason I haven’t given higher rating is my sunglasses went “missing” from my room Cleanliness was good! Food was good!

Bathroom are not so realible staff are very cooperative and security

Really pathetic. Hated the whole stay. We booked 4 rooms and all had similar experience. All 8 of us have decided to review this hotel. Check-in: Average, allowed us early check-in. Rooms: Worse than a lodge. Beds have free wheels, the move every time you turn. All beds are uneven and really uncomfortable. The floor was dusty. Despite asking the housekeeping, floor was left dirty. Toilets: Cramped. The shower was almost over the commode. The shower curtain was dirty. Very slow water through the shower and that's very frustrating. Mosquitos: Well this is where all of Bangkok's mosquitos come to party.. Had mosquito bites all over body. Air Conditioning: The vintage AC unit doesn't understand temperature control. It either runs on 16 degree or doesn't work at all. Guys, if you don't want to ruin your Bangkok stay - stay away from Trang.

So so food quality compare to price. Waitress was nice but very bad attitude and service from the male one.

We stayed here on arrival to Thailand as our isolation package. This was the most reasonable deal I found for a family of 4. The staff here are amazing, like most places in Thailand such friendly, welcoming and helpful staff throughout our stay. Thank you

The worst place we stayed in Thailand doesn't deserve a star. Toilet was old and rusty i guess place needs renovation and reception hardly speak English and have disaster in providing service. Won't recommend it for anyone for the price.

Good accommodation. The hotel staff are nice and accommodating. Clean room. Nice and relaxing pool. Delicious foods at the hotel restaurant. Near Bangkok's temples and tourists landmarks. Overall, we had a great stay at Trang hotel.
