Excellent services, the staff were friendly and helpful, willing to go the extra mile for the guests. The rooms were very spacious for the price with all the amenities for a comfortable stay, albeit slightly dated and could use a renovation eventually. Location is fairly convenient with a connected shopping mall, so anything you might need can be found. Local street food is all around, and several high end restaurants within 10 min drive. Business district and main tourist attractions are within 20-30 min drive, depending on traffic. Overall, a great place to stay for pragmatic travellers who doesn't need the 'best' of everything.

After some research, I wanted to be within this area of Bangkok. For the price and location, Silom fit all criteria. Arrived early and they were kind enough to hold our bags while we explored and could come back to check in. Room was super nice. The view was even better. Staff were kind and helpful. We didn’t try breakfast as we wanted to eat out in Bangkok, so many options. Pool and gym facilities were decent. Bed was a little hard would be my only complaint. Super close to BTS, and boat ferry for easy access to everything Bangkok has to offer. Would stay again. If you can afford it, get a river view.

Comfortable hotel in a great location with amazing service. 30 minute walk to Chinatown and under 5 minutes to a main river pier and a sky train station, which makes it really easy to connect. Literally in a shopping centre and surrounded by food stalls so anything you need is easily within reach. Our room was really spacious and clean, just a little bit dated. They cleaned, tidied and replenished water and toiletries every day. There was a fridge, rice maker, microwave, sink and eating utensils in the room which would make it really easy to make some quick food if you didn’t want to eat out. Breakfast buffet was very varied, from fruit, cereal and salad bar to eggs, curries, rice, steamed buns, toast, bacon and sausages, pancakes etc. The pool is not very deep but it’s very sunny until early afternoon when the sun is more bearable. It’s was an excellent option for the price we paid!

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! The beds were firm and very clean, high tech toilet seats, spacious rooms with lots of of cabinets and chairs, and my favourite has got to be the pillow! This is probably the only hotel that provides good comfy pillow, not too soft, not too firm. It was just right for the neck. Staffs were very very friendly, made sure we were well attended to. Location is also good because you can easily access food and the train. Traffic outside may be horrible but you just gotta be careful when you walk around. All in all, we were satisfied with our stay, room amenities were very well equiped, will definitely choose this place again in the future.

I was quarantined here in 2021. It's good and nice place in Bangkok. They had comfortable rooms, convenient place, beautiful Bangkok city views, delicious food. The service is pretty good, nice staff. I was quarantined here on my birthday. Besides congratulating me on my birthday, they also gave me a birthday cake. So nice! They prepare everything very carefully and fully feel like I'm at home. Thank you!

Very overpriced and not worth it. The room was very average, old, and dated. The booking said a minibar was included in the price when the booking was made and on the room advertisement but none was provided. When we asked what was going on they refused to provide one or apologise for the false advertising and said we still had to pay for one which we agreed to but then wouldn’t give us anything other than dried food. Awful start to our holiday. Don't use this place. Update: manager has responded saying we asked for a kettle “manual” and soft drinks and snacks. No, we asked for the minibar advertised and got sent a bag of instant noodles. We also asked for a kettle and they claimed we could use a rice cooker. Hilarious and horrible. Beware

Nice little hotel located next to the river. Superb location for getting out and seeing Bankok. Located adjacent to a sky train station and a main river stop, it meant we had access to traverse the city easily. Rooms were nice and spacious, if a little dated. Service was excellent and the staff couldn't do more to help us. Stayed in a family room which had plenty of space with nice city views. Would recommend.

this place is the worst place ever to stay in Bangkok. The photos on the website are the fattest scams ever nothing like the room we were meant to stay in. we wanted a new room with a better view but we ended up with a smaller room and two extra single portable beds that were super uncomfortable and they wanted us to pay extra for the room “upgrade”. in our new room the aircon was leaking water every single night it was on and we had called the engineer to fix it. every time they had attempted to fix the aircon it would continue to leak. the final time they had said they fixed the aircon it started to leak again and my dad had slipped on the floor due to the water leak. my dad then had to be hospitalized due to their terrible and negligent service. there were also cockroaches in the room. if you wanna stay here maybe get some life insurance or some medical insurance just in case. I STRONGLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE LIKE NEED I SEE MORE.🤦‍♀️🤦🤦‍♂️

Center Point Silom River View Hotel. A great place right next to the Robinson market. Very clean, the service was very polite, nice and friendly. They will be happy to help, explain everything with a smile on your face. Rooms cleaned daily, always clean towels, toiletries each time replenished with drinking water. We had breakfasts which were tasty and made of fresh products and beautifully presented. A large selection, everyone could find something for themselves. Surely he did not leave hungry. If something was missing, it was immediately replenished. The staff was always available to guests. Large spacious rooms. The swimming pool and terrace are small but had a very nice atmosphere. We were from November 5th to November 11th and we will have a very fond memories of our stay at this hotel. We will want to go back there again. We recommend this place 100% to everyone who will stay in Bangkok.

I love this hotel, and I definitely go back to stay here again. You will spend lots more money to stay with Sofitel on another site of street but not much of different. This hotel have every thing I need. Really good swimming pool, fitness center and good restaurant on the sixth floor. The best convenient store in the world in front of the hotel. I have an amazing breakfast here every day. The best coffee shop is crossing the street. I love Amazon coffee. 15 minutes walk to Central Ladprao or 5 minutes to Union more shopping mall. Subway that will take me everywhere in Bangkok right in front of the hotel. Safety is number one of this hotel. Need room key to use to Elevator. Front desk and security guard 24 hours. Intuitive and helpful hotel concierge. It's one of the best housekeepers in the industry.

I stayed at this hotel as a part of the Test and Go program on my 1st and 5th nights in Bangkok. The whole process was handled perfectly, which is great after a long flight and not really knowing what to expect from these procedures. From pickup at airport to receiving my test results they were very efficient. The staff here is excellent, all very kind and go the extra mile to help you out. The rooms are very large, which is especially nice when you can’t leave for 16 hours, with new clean bathrooms. Yes, the hotel is a little tired especially from the outside, but I really didn’t notice it once I was in. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again. Shoutout again to the great staff here!

We chose to stay in their two bedroom category room. It was almost 2000sqft. I was very glad to have chosen to stay in their hotel. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. Wish their breakfast had more options to choose from. The location of the hotel is the best. The ferry pier is nearby and that goes to most of the attraction and shopping mall in the same building as the hotel and many nearby food vendors.

I was booked for a single night at Centre Point Silom under the original Test and Go plan. After hearing nightmares about how other hotels have handled TnG, I can't say enough about how well CPS handled everything. Quick pickup at airport with no other parties in the car, a fast test at the hotel and a great view of the river from a massive balcony in a large roo. while I waited for my results. Most importantly, they got my negative result back the same day and I was free from quarantine in time to get out on town for a little while. They get a star knocked off because the property does show its age a little bit. Fixtures are a bit older and the cable TV didn't work. Fortunately, there was Netflix so I was more than entertained for the time I was in the room. The quarantine meals were edible enough though hardly spectacular. All in all, I'd definitely recommend using them if you need an SHA place with a balcony for TnG part 2.

We book the river view room and the reception ensured we would like it. It was a surprise when we entered the room. The room was spacious, even the bathroom was nice as well. And there were a dining table and a desk as well. What we surprised was a kitchen(but no cookware to cook) and a big refrigerator inside the room. Also there is a hotel umbrella in the closet. It is good help for my Mum in elder age,no matter for the raining days or use it as a cane ,it was big help for my Mum. She wanted to say thank you for this lovely umbrella. However we didn't sleep well in the last night cause the next room made non-stopping noise in the midnight. We complained to the duty manager twice so the situation gradually got well. As I know the hotel prepared the romantic flowers for the next room which meant the guests in the next room will do the celebrations at night. At the moment, the hotel should not put these guests in the room next to the people need to have a good sleep in the night.

Well. Stayed three nights here. Here is my objectiv judgement. Plus: Fantastic cleaning staff. Always swift and effective. Super clean WC. That is important. The overall staff is nice and polite. Security guard especialy service minded. Great wiev over the river from room 2015, as promised. Breakfast from another planet. One of the best I ever experienced. Fast accsess to super mall through spesial door. Minus: Very noisy aircoditioner. Hard to adjust also. Fan for this is put just outside bedroom window. Make it hard to sleep. Very hard matress in bed. I know some like it hard, but not me. No bar. No alcohol served. Not most important but strange. Never experiensed that. Stay away from woman in beauty shop/hair dresser. She should find another line of work. 😔 Noisy and neighbourhood from hell. If you want quiet? Go somewhere else Price. 4000 THB pr night. Not Worth it. Many other hotel offer same price for better value. Final judgement: First and last time here. The best of it was the ever helping staff

I would like to send my greatest thank you to the hotel team and the nurses who attended to me during my stay in this hotel. I had an accident here and they have attended to me very promptly even with recent covid-19 pandemic. They are very caring and helpful. Fully recommend the stay here. Stay safe team. 😍

I don't recommend it at all. Let the pictures show you why, and Other things pictures cannot capture. 1. In short, you could pay for a 4-star hotel price but the hotel conditions and services are similar to a 2-3 star hotel. The ROOM is MOLDY. They DIDN'T TURN ON THE AIR CONDITIONER in the ELEVATORS, when it's 37 degree outside. 2. They left the ectrical cord exposed, in the swimming pool, for the entire 4 days I stayed there. 3. At check in, the front desk was unwilling to speak English. He wanted my Thai friend to translate for me. I requested him to explain in English but he dismissed me, when I stood right there.

We stayed here for a few nights to start off our honeymoon and it was a great stay to get situated with the city. The rooms were good, clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend using their shuttle service to/from the airport it was very easy and the drivers were professional and able to pay in advance. The hotel is attached to a Robinson so very convenient for getting snacks/drinks and doing some shopping with lots of local vendors outside in the evenings. It is very close to the train station and the piers if you are looking to take tours, but is also on a very busy street - would be anxious if you were travelling with small children but as adults or a couple it was fine! The breakfast, pool and hotel amenities were excellent - worth the money for sure!

This is a great hotel. We decided to upgrade to the 23rd floor and the room was amazing. Bigger than our house in the States! Huge bedroom with kingsize bed, perfect pillows, and they provided a mattress topper to make the bed a bit softer for me. There was also a desk for working, huge TV, outside huge balcony with view of the River. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub and was a good size. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, water pot, microwave and combo washing machine dryer. They even provided detergent! There is a good sized pool and gym with a dry sauna. All the staff were super friendly! And it odd located very close to the river and loads of shopping and outdoor food vendors. Also close to the BTS. We have no complaints and highly recommend this hotel.

Nicely located with lots going on around and plenty of transport options if you want to explore the city. The rooms are well maintained, although I feel that the standard rooms are more pleasant and better maintained than the apartments (I stayed in both). It's a bit of a shame that the balcony has air conditioning fans that make a loud noise, which makes using them somewhat unpleasant when you're also using the air conditioning in the room. I wasn't entirely happy with the room management. I stayed one night in an apartment and the next night in a room, and at check-in, I showed both reservations. Unfortunately, the reception asked me to check-out at 12 pm and wait until 2 pm for the next room. I think they could have arranged it better by offering a later check-out or an early check-in. The pool is small but nice. Overall, I rate the value for money positively.

Hotel where the word "management" comes to mind. The room is well maintained and the staff are kind enough to overshadow the hotel age. The location is also the best 'cause the subway and the pier are close. The downside is that you have to press the toilet button for 5 seconds lol The front door and the bathroom door are closing with a "bang" If I go to Bangkok again, I will stay here again.

I stayed here 5 days, initially 2 days and extended to 5 days ( the reasons is transport and food varieties plus safety) . Reasons: 1) temple with fish feeding spot . 2) vegetarian foods are vegan foods. 3) Easy excess to BTS . 4) Boat 🚢 transport beside BTS Station. 5) The bustling transport sounds make you alive. (Rooms are sound proof with good nights 🌙 sleep) . 6) The room are qualities! 7) The room prices are reasonable. 8) All staff's are helpful. 9) The family room are huge with qualities! 10) ........ too many good 👍 points!

1.Although breakfast are included but I rather go out paid for my breakfast in McDonald or Starbucks.Breakfast in the hotel was terrible...lack of variety selection plus foods taste awful. All eggs are cold and not any choices for a Vegetarian at all. Most impressive in this hotel is "breakfast" was sucks! 2.Front desk staff not so well trained and slow 3.Breakfast restaurant staff not smiling 4.Wifi speed is good 5.Door man are friendly

Room and building is a little old. Hotel on top of Robinson Bangrak. Parking need to drive to 6 floor. But close to everything. You can walk to Saphan Taksin BTS. Sathon pier and travel to Icon siam 10 THB and temple along the river

  • 3/5 Steve K. 10 months ago on Google
The building was sparse and tired, paint on the room was peeling, windows did not close well, ac was very noisy. The outside of the building was terrible, paint peeling like a deserted building, looks terrible. Pool needed some maintainance also. Front desk staff had very little knowledge of what to do and staffing levels were low. We asked for a high floor and got 18, the view of the river was very poor, only from the balcony which was very dirty. We paid 20K baht for 4 nights and were very dissapointed.

Em. 2505 wonderful room on a great floor overlooking the river and the BTS! The breakfast buffet I recommend you get it when you stay or buy it while you’re here the buffet is a real treat first thing in the morning!! Before you go out on your adventures with a belly full of good food!! The service from the moment you walk in someone is ready to greet you and sit you in a nice air-conditioned lobby as they take care of customers that they have come before you but quick and efficient bags on the way service get you in your room pretty quickly when you walk inside the door. OK, only four stars for location. The ambulances are quite loud during the day as they run by on the highway below the area surrounding is food, stalls, 7-Elevens, and various types of culinary BBQ. With a Robinsons as the foundation for the hotel it just breeds that type of environment but then again that’s Bangkok!! Very easy access to the BTS less than half a block, taxis and tuk-tuks and other attractions are just a walk outside the lobby.

So not my first time in Bangkok. We chose this hotel coz we arrived at 6am. Is need a good revamp the rooms ! Decor very old stains on furniture…. So in the bathroom black hair strands on the floor ( I’m blond & my husband has short white hair) so not ours. YUK! The beds r like sleeping on the floor ( if u like a hard bed u will b happy!) We won’t b rushing back The stuff we’re very nice I have to say 🦋

  • 4/5 Cezara M. 5 months ago on Google
Spacious rooms, clean but felt a bit outdated. The room had a washing machine which was great giving the humidity, the balcony had a city view. Only 3 stars for service as there was no bar and not too many options for food, outside of breakfast/dinner, but the staff was very nice.

  • 3/5 Zhoe 5 months ago on Google
The hotel is clean, the staff are kept busy by wiping the floor over&over again, the hotel has direct access to the Robinson store, the outside environment and streets are dirty, not the hotel's fault. The room has white towels, tea and coffee bags, make sure you keep the towels clean after using it, no tea stain or dirt, otherwise you will be charged with their over priced rate for staining their towels at check out. We have been travelling to many places and staying in many hotels and this is the first time we encountered this bad experience.

  • 3/5 Mayuri B. 6 months ago on Google
We loved the hotel staff as they were very friendly and attended to all our needs and requirements. Our only concern was the breakfast buffet which could have been better. Their selection of food was mediocre and sadly a bit flavorless. Apart from this minor inconvenience, I'd definitely consider staying there again for their cleanliness, spacious rooms and friendly staff.

We used this hotel for our quarantine (24 hours) and then stayed on for three extra nights. Really enjoyed it. Excellent pool, very clean, nice staff, fab location, large room with loads of facilities (washing machine, microwave, toaster, heated toilet seat :-) et cetera), comfortable bed, great river view. Food not its strongest point (but ok and breakfast cheese omelette is ace! And lovely waiter) but there is a great food hall opposite and loads around the area. Only gripe is it had the slowest toaster we have ever experienced! Come on management, do your staff and toast eating customers a favour and invest in a new one :-) :-) Photo: view from balcony of Room 1617

Good location, well equipped apartments. A bit sleepy place, maybe due the COVID pandemic.

  • 5/5 Sudarut W. 2 years ago on Google
Very great services, staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. Had diarrhea from eating outside, the hotel staff is not only managed to get me assistance from the in house doctor but also kind to make a follow up call to ask how I am. I had a good experience here and want to share it to you and I think you can always communicate with the hotel for your best experiences. Hotel itself is not so new as you can find the newer and more modern one easy but it's well built and well cared. Spent a night for test and go ..all service was great! Then 5 nights for the 2 bed rooms suit, they have a great offer at the moment, if you're family it's very very great deal, so feel free to contact the hotel for their special offers. Centre Point for me is well know as a service apartment so you have most everything you need like washing machine, kitchen and cutlery stuffs, dining table, private bathrooms with automatic toilet seats. Location is very convenient you can get to to the BTS Sapan Taksin and the Sathorn pier within few mins walk. You can get free ferry shuttle to Asiatique and IconSiam from Sathorn pier. On the bridge, it's a nice spot to take photos of the riverside at night.

Excellent Staff. They made our Test And Go experience very smooth. Great breakfast in the morning. The location is perfect if you know how to take public transportation. It’s a 2 minute walk from BTS SkyTrain, and a 2 minute walk from the riverboats. With that combo you can get anywhere in the city fast and cheap. Highly recommend.

Stunning views and roomy bedrooms (just a ridiculously small TV but who wants to watch TV with that outside view... would have been a problem for a longer stay though). Furniture are old but quality built and maintained. Japanese toilets.

Stayed for 3 nights while visiting Bangkok. The location is very handy as it’s close to both BTS and the river taxis. The family room with a river view didn’t disappoint, although it’s a bit of an old hotel. Very spacious and the separate tv for kids was a plus. There is also a shopping centre on the next building with plenty of food options. The pool was nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was great. Staff were helpful and friendly. Will stay again.

We stayed 7 nights here, the family suite is spacious. The staffs are all good. Food is ok, you might order from outside. Wi-Fi is not good enough. Price for family suite is 35000 each person. It’s not perfect, we appreciate having it during this pandemic.

Service is not what it used to be. Internet not working, TV signal has issues, cleanliness is not what it used to be. Very disappointing is reception staff behavior, just don’t want to hear out the issue / concern, leave along addressing it. Have been to this hotel many times, its shame that service deteriorating so much.

Well furnished, well situated and full of amenities hotel. The rooms were comfortable and modern. Equipped with a microwave, hot plate, washing machine, refrigerator etc. The bathroom is really awesome with bath tub etc. The hotel amenities are decent with a nice gym, swimming pool, beauty parlour and a restaurant. The location is really good as you can directly walk into Robinson mall without going out of the building.

I love this hotel because of its location, super market right below. Washing machine fridge and cooker 👍 But it's starting to look v old now desperately needs a paint and overhaul. Pool deck is v old and falling apart. Pool nice though but not 100% clean. Always great staff bar one moody lady at reception who I think may have been the manageress! Generally staff great though!! Breakfast is now awful. Used to be a good buffet spread. Now a served breakfast for 550 bhat each was more like an 80 bhat breakfast. Rubbish bread, v poor coffee. 100% not value, v poor. Obviously hit hard by covid!!

I personally loved it, since everything was perfect. What made our stay wonderful was the shopping mall connected to the hotel. The bath room was perfect and better than many 5 stars hotels we have been in at many countries.

We had a beautiful family holiday at your hotel. Location was really perfect and couldn't have asked for better. Hotel could do with an external paint job but really clean n presentable otherwise with really huge rooms. However I do think charging my 11 year old separately for breakfast is not ideal as I did book the room for 3. However aside from that we had an amazing stay and should we ever visit Bangkok again I would stay here again❤️
