A nice hotel at a great location (BTS station nearby and close proximity to popular places like shopping malls and the Chatuchak market). The pool area is nice. For a 5* hotel, service speed and staff attentiveness could be better though, but I'm sure this will improve with more visitors arriving after a long time of entry restrictions.

I came for travel solo and stayed for 5 nights; everything was perfect including the staff, Aoly and Benz, who had been taking care of me very well; and others as well including the front desk of the fitness room/ swimming pool, and of the cafe, and the cleaning ladies. The dining experience of breakfast and cafe were awesome. Diverse choices of breakfast buffet satisfies the stomach of Thai/Eastern/Western flavors. I was happy to have enough time for it every day I had stayed. The cafe serves decent deserts and drinks at the 1st floor. I’m missing the pistachio mascarpone cake and the iced chocolate already πŸ˜‹ The environment of fitness/swimming area is clean and bright; which will become one of the reasons I choose VIE in the future. All in all, nothing to be complaint about 😌 Feeling thankful during the stay of my 1st Bangkok trip and during CNY vacationπŸ₯°

Great experience once again! We’ve been visiting the hotel for quite a few years for now. The service quality, the smiles of staff, the quality of food, the comfort of the room, all are factors that draw us back year after year. Manager Johnie took the effort to speak to us at breakfast every morning, to check in on the food, our stay thus far and even recommendation on latest spots in Bangkok to check out for the day. Keep it going VIE! πŸ‘πŸ» oh, we totally love the welcome drink too!

We stayed here for a week during our family visit last September. Overall, staffs are very friendly, the food (breakfast) were greats (and we did not had the same menu for our week stayed!). Our room was big, and the bed was comfort. However, we found that the room was a little bit dark at night (insufficient light, but the front told me that they can offered more light per request), and the bathroom was a little bit outdated as the bath tub little bit broke and the floor is a little bit break. The hotel is 5 min walk to BTS, but maybe a little bit difficult if you access with car (a little bit crowned on the way to the hotel, most of the time). Well, in total excepted that issues, we would like to stay again once we back to Bangkok. Oh, the hotel is also friendly for kid (e.g., space and facilities), and the pool was nice!

A wonderful hotel located conveniently near to Ratchathewi BTS Station. All staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, clean, and comes with a great view. The breakfast buffet at the hotel has an excellent wide spread of food variety. The hotel even provided their birthday guest with a surprise birthday cake delivered to the guest's room. Had a pleasant experience staying here. Will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay in a Deluxe Suite. The location is great as there is a BTS train station just in front of the hotel which means it convenient for u to travel to all parts of Bangkok via BTS. There are also restaurants and street food nearby. The suite offers space for you to relax in. The bathroom is huge too.

We stayed here during our 3 days in Bangkok and loved it. The location is great, walking distance to a lot of attractions. The hotel is pretty nice and fancy. The staff were lovely, especially Jenny at the reception who found of a room before our check in time and made sure we were comfortable in our room. The breakfast buffet was also great, lots of options to choose from. Couldn't ask for more from a hotel stay.

Booked day pass for the pool only on the website. Great value, pay 600 and get 500 credit in F&B so only 100 baht for the beautiful pool access all day. Great service, lovely drinks. Good food, vegetarian options available. Very chilled vibe, great escape from the city. Good music, strong wifi.

I cannot believe why people give 5/5 here. Are those reviews fake? The place is not maintained well to say it politely. Just to mention a few things: really old and rocked down toilet seat, mold around the aircon, scratches everywhere on the walls and on the floor, broken seatbelt for baby chair(!), in the shower you can chose between very hot and super hot water. Or just cold. Warm water impossible. Curtains and sofa/Couch dirty.... All in all super disappointing. Especially as Accor Plus member knowing a lot of other Accor Group hotels. Had to check-out after one night as too many things not acceptable and below average standard.

I stayed at VIE Hotel Bangkok and had a mixed experience. I can recognize some strong points such as having lots of space available in the large suite, dining was very good, and service as well. However one major issue was the weak air conditioning which prevented good sleep. The AC problem might be one of the reasons why they decided to install fixed wood blinds at an angle in the window of the bedroom to reduce sunlight and heat in the room, but the result was a dark room. Those blinds have clearly seen better days as the rest of the room which was aging. The living and dining areas were very large and did not suffer from the darkness issue because only one of the two outer walls had the wood blinds, the other wall had standard windows. As part of our rate package we had lunch included which was quite high quality, in fact I believe the chef used to have a Michelin star. The lunch was probably the highlight of our stay and we could even have drinks via the numerous Accor Diamond vouchers I received at check-in. The hotel also offers happy hour for guests Platinum and above. The drink list was above average while food was mostly fried stuff and desserts. The odd thing was the timing: 3:30pm to 5:30pm which is earlier than almost every other hotel. The venue for breakfast, lunch and happy hour looked great – clearly remodeled recently and very bright, in contrast with our room. Overall food & beverage at the hotel was excellent and the Accor Diamond treatment was as good as can be expected. However if we cannot sleep well in a hot city like Bangkok then it is a problem for me unfortunately.

We came for a coupe of nights and had the best time staying here. Friendly staff, great concierge, delicious food, and amazing facilities. The pool is nice and quite over-looking city skyline, the gym is well-equipped, and the breakfast is yummy. Location is ok, a short distance from everywhere, but we did loads of walking so it didn’t matter. 20 minutes drive is nothing in this city. Would stay here again

The food choices of buffet breakfast is way beyond our expectations! They provide food until 10:30 which is very considerate. The room is spacious and clean, though the view outside is so so. Good to find iron and board in the room. It will be good if more power points to be provided. The pillows are too soft to me. The staff members are friendly and always trying to be helpful. The location is great that only takes 3 mins walk to BTS Station, although I took taxi or Grab most of the time. The swimming pool is cozy but is good enough to me. The hotel had been well decorated with warm and decent Christmas vibe. Love it!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vie Hotel Bangkok, and it exceeded all my expectations. The impeccable service, luxurious accommodations, and attention to detail made my stay truly memorable. The rooms are tastefully designed with modern amenities, ensuring both comfort and style. The staff at Vie Hotel went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, always ready to assist with a genuine smile. The dining experience was exceptional – a diverse culinary journey that satisfied my taste buds with every meal.

We had a pleasant stay for 2 nights stay during our Christmas trip. Love their decent Christmas vibe and warm welcome from the staff once we stepped in to the hotel. The spacious and comfort room is amazing, great buffet breakfast is a plus. Location of the hotel is convenient enough as it's only a few steps to BTS station. We would like give credit to Rose and Queen too as both very helpful ❀️ We will be sure to come back again for our next stay.

A great location, conveniently situated near Siam (shopping district) and Phaya Thai (Airport Rail Link). All the staff is friendly. Especially concierge providing travel information and arranging transportation very nice. The gym is well-equipped and practical. However, the pool is quite small, more suitable for taking photos than for swimming. Breakfast in hotel have many kinds options. And there are convenience stores nearby, and across the street, there are street vendors in the evening where you can buy foods.

I would have rated my stay higher, but the following three items impacted my stay and made staying at VIE just meh. If I didn't get sick, would of had a higher rating. For the room that we stayed in, the shower door would keep getting stuck. So, when you were to go into or out of the shower, the door would not want to close and was difficult to get it to do so. We could pay less elsewhere for doors that work... The shower itself was very nice. I managed to get sick while using one of the cups in the bathroom. Only used the provided bottle water in the bathroom with the glass, but maybe the proximity of where the cups are placed next to the sink gets water on it? I don't know, but I was sick within 10 minutes drinking from the glass. Lobby has faint smell of sewer. I realize that that might not be something that can be controlled being in Bangkok, I've stayed at other locations that have had issues with pipes and smells as well, but I don't want to spend money for that and not near $200 for it. Breakfast buffet is good and the manager is on point! With minimal staff on the floor, they were all quickly cleaning tables, helping guests, refilling, etc while not looking rushed or overwhelmed. Everyone looked like they know what they are doing, weren't stressed, just flowed through the job like professionals. We stayed at places with 3 times as many staff that struggled to keep up with similar amounts of guests, so bravo. Bed was a little on the stiff side, but I prefer that over too soft. Bedroom is nice and large.

This was my third stay at VIE Hotel Bangkok and the hotel never fails to disappoint. From the moment you arrive to the moment of check out guests are treated to a very warm welcome from all the staff who are always super friendly and attentive. The suite I stayed in was absolutely lovely, it's not often one is able to enjoy so much space in a city centre location. When i ordered room service it was always bang on time, the housekeeping staff always kept the room looking immaculate. Breakfast was to die for, a great mix of European/American offerings as well as a large Asian selection. The public areas of the hotel, the lobby and bar were always an attractive place to sit and relax, and of course people watch! I will definitely be back at this lovely hotel next year!

Great experience from the moment I arrived until we left. The rooms were excellent as well as the breakfast, restaurant, bar and functions room service. Great staff always ready to support the guest. We will come back whenever we return to Bangkok for another visit.

We stayed for 5 nights in an Executive Suite in June 2023. We thought it was excellent! The breakfast was particularly impressive - much better than what we are used to in Australia. We also appreciated the constant supply of free bottled water on the room. The location next to the BTS and an easy walk to Asian shopping was also wonderful. We would certainly stay again!

My friend and I stayed for 4 days in this hotel and everything was remarkable! From the moment we entered the entrance of the hotel to concierge, to breakfast sessions, we were always greeted with smiles. Special mention to Manager Johnnie and his fantastic team during breakfast, they serve their drinks and clear the plates super fast, and are always checking with the guests on their comfort level. You can say we always start our day at a very good note! Location of the hotel is within 3 minutes walk from BTS station, so travelling from the airport is extremely easy. I would definitely visit again!

Everything is splendid here, from our spacious room, to the boutique interior design to the very professional and warm service. Hotel location is very convenient, close to everything. They have good Europe food which our kids absolutely love. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet is one of a kind with a huge variety of choices and fresh ingredients, served with care and love :) We appreciate their attention to details as well, like the little good night card or an apology card when they couldn’t enter our room for cleaning due to the « no disturb signΒ Β» turned on. This has become our favourite hotel in Bangkok. Money very well spent! ❀️

Ok I didn't stay tonight at this particular hotel because I went to the wrong MGallary. But as someone who stayed at 100+ hotels in Thailand I am honestly impressed by the hospitality from this one. Even knowing dumb me went to the wrong hotel, the front desk & concierge staff went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and offered support as much as they can. Absolutely honored and thanks for making my day.

Love boutique hotels and this one is tops. Be sure to try the restaurants!! The bar and the main lobby is amazing and all of the drinks are handcrafted to perfection, I would definitely recommend stopping in here before you go and eat dinner. The pool is actually located in the building across from the lobby but it's very cute and super private. I would recommend going there for a drink.

Location superb just less than 300 m from BTS Ratchathewi Station. Gets you around anywhere not worrying about the traffic. Less than 1000m to Siam Centre. Concerige and Bell Hop are amazing and always greeting and ensuring every transportation needs are met. Special mention to Benz. Front desk team relatively new team, require more training Jenny is responsible and reliable. Restaurant team at breakfast works very hard and the service crew are helpful. Room service is sometimes a hit or a miss. ( That's why no full 5 stars) At times they are efficient , on some nights they just late or slow. Thankfully, the tasty and delicious food made up for the mishap or delay in menu response or other room service matters. I am sure something went wrong in the process otherwise VIE is a great place

Very nice hotel with good location, 2 minutes walk to Bts station. The room is very comfortable with good mattress and pillows, spacious and clean rooms, I really had a good sleep there The breakfast is very good. The swimming pool area is nice and quiet and the view from there is amazing. Friendly and professional staff. I totally recommend this hotel

Very nice location, good service, decent breakfast. The rooms however are old and the doors are not very functional. The bath plug was rusted, rendering the bath unusable. Great Hotel but I would say it's a little old and in need of some maintenance. Still a great experience regardless.

Nice property. Location is amazing. Walking distance from siam square. Nice view from room. Breakfast spread is repetitive. I stayed five days and got bored eating almost same stuff every day. Very limited options for vegetarians.

Service crew is excellent, they will do their utmost best to fulfill your needs. Location is good, 5mins walk to Phaya Thai station that can take you almost everywhere. The rooms are in tip-top condition, ready to serve any wear traveller on their most needed rest. This hotel is one of my best stay in the my almost 20 years of travelling - price to quality index.

  • 5/5 Chatchai I. 1 year ago on Google
A 5-star hotel with a very good service and location. Check in was very fast. Room is a bit old but still in a good condition. Breakfast is excellent except for the Indian mom who used her hand to wipe down the food back to the tray because she changed her mind. (very disgusting!) Piano bar is very nice with a good promotion for cocktails. (buy 1 get 1 free) Will defenitely go back.

We recently stayed in the family suite with 2 children aged 5 & 8 - the hotel is beautiful, the family suite is incredibly spacious and fantastic value for money. The pool area is refreshing and the staff were kind and attentive. The location is the best- next to a BTS station and within short walking distance from Siam square and MBK shopping and food - we would highly recommend this place and will stay here next time we are in Bangkok. Vibe hotel, good service, good food. Brakfast line is limited but they are very delicious. Room service's sea bass fried with mushroom sauce is delicious also. Piano bar serve tasty canapes with a good songs. The only disappoint experience is that when front desk had forward my call to hotel restaurant for order a lunch and no one pick up. Then i decided to leave the room and walk to the restaurant and found that it was closed for private omakase which other hotel function does not noticed.
