The room was small , and no capacity of storage of the stuffs that I bought. Checked in the queue was long and checked out also same. The receptionist work slow and not efficiently at all. The receptionist speak was rude and no polite at all. For shopping , this hotel was great , but for service I’m sorry , I won’t recommend to stay here since here is Bangkok , cab not expensive at all, can stay others hotel with great and good service

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights at this hotel in July 2022. Our room had a big, comfortable bed with nice pillows. The kids had a bunk bed in the same room. They even put some cute plushies in the room for the kids to enjoy. We were on the 22nd floor and it was very quiet. We slept well each night. The bathroom had a nice walk-in shower with a big shower head. There was plenty of hot water. The room was kept very clean by the kind maid who we saw each day. We did not prepay for breakfast as those things are often hit and miss, however we tried their buffet on the first morning of our visit and found the food to be good. The price we paid was 350 baht per adults. Kids were free. We ended up eating breakfast there each morning as we did not find anything better. I’d say it was worth the price. The front desk staff was kind and helpful. One bit of confusion was the email they sent me said I had paid for the visit in advance and nothing was due at the hotel. I was charged for the full bill at checkout. I checked my credit card and no previous charge had been made for the hotel so I don’t think I was double charged. It was just some sort of confusion. Just check your card to make sure for yourself. One tip I would suggest if you need laundry done is to not use the hotel laundry service as it is it way overpriced. I asked the front desk about alternatives and they suggested the place they send all the laundry to (Finish Laundry). While I had to delivery my own laundry it was well worth it as they only charged 10 Baht per piece and did a good job. The pool is a bit on the small side, but the water was cool and will give you a break from the heat. I have no complaints about this hotel. I would stay again and I would recommend it to others. My wife loved the easy access to the Platinum Fashion Mall. Good for families staying in the area. Quiet and peaceful in an otherwise busy area.

4D3N booking. First day. Checking in. With no Q as our timing reached at off peak timing. The receptionist work very slow and not efficiently at all. Check in for 2 Room. 1 King and 1 Twin. But take about 30-35min just to check in 2 room. We only visited one room as we rushing out and didn’t check on the Twin room. Night time going back twin room. Realise it’s only one bed (king) and it’s not what we booked. So ended up we have 2 kings room instead of 1 King and 1 Twin. This is so wrong. Requested for same floor. But didn’t got it as well. Day 3. Our access key card can’t be use. We couldn’t go in our room. Went to lobby. Waited another 20min just to activate the access card. Ask receptionist upon reaching, (maybe activate card no need to Q) but… were ask to Q and wait. This is so bad. I never had so bad experience with them before. All along was good. I ask for feedback form but no feedback form and ask me to write review. This will be my last visit to them. I will never book Their hotel again. Never again.

I don't recommend this hotel to any traveller due to many reasons, first of all the hotel location and main entrance is jammed between a river and a bridge and the entering and exiting is really un pleasant scene you have to go thru the back of a mall parking building , secondly you have to take elevator to reach reception so you will have the worst experience of your life in a hotel then another elevator to your room , very outdated rooms and uncomfortable bed and lots more , when ever you want to order food or ask about anything you have to call 0 ( reception) and you will wait for ever ,one time they kept hanging up on me and when I confronted her she says I had a customer ,what an attitude for a hotel receptionist. In Bangkok there's so many Hotel's try to avoid this one to many reasons I can't cover it all .

Great location and WiFi. The hotel was acceptable but it was definitely different from what I’ve expected. Perhaps there were too many demanding guests nowadays and staff just don’t look happy working there. You practically can’t find any staff at the breakfast place to ask for something especially between 6am - 7am. Even though I had already checked in online, but I still had to spend quite a fair bit of time checking in at the counter and I definitely don’t see the need of checking in online. Corner room was small and I felt a little hard to enter with my 2 luggage.

The staff at the counter check in was really nice and friendly. Booked a suite and it was great! Comes with breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails in the evening.

The staff were friendly helpful, far from rude and the lobby atmosphere was comforting and radiated a sense of serenity and relaxation. I'm unsure if this is for all rooms but we got a welcome treat waiting for us in our room consisting of two chocolate covered strawberries, two raisin cookies, a chocolate styled pudding, and a big slice of blueberry baked cheesecake. The breakfast had an abundant amount of food choices and the danishes were absolutely heavenly. The executive style room was spacious and gave a comfortable feeling making it nice to sleep. I would recommend a curtain for the shower or frosted glass though. Location was perfect with the skywalk connecting three malls with the BTS as well. I have just gotten here and there seems to be so much more to see. If you are staying in Bangkok, pay this hotel a visit. Location: fantastic, just beside the Platinum Fashion Mall and part of the R-Walk. I got a room on a high floor and the view is great. It's so peaceful despite being in a very busy area. Service: check-in was fast but I keep getting one key card that doesn't work even after getting an exchange with reception so I have to bring both with me at all times. Housekeeping is fantastic; both days so far the housekeeper arranged my items neatly in the bathroom and noticed that I preferred my water bottles unchilled so she did not place new ones in the fridge. I appreciate the gesture! Breakfast: would not recommend. Food is bland, nothing great. Will only take a room option next time as I can easily get breakfast nearby.

The location is an absolute dream. Even if it’s raining, you can shop just downstairs or even take the linked sky bridge to other malls! Rooms are modern and clean too. When we were arrived, bellboys were very polite and helpful. When we were leaving, they helped with bags again, and with airport transfer. Just sweet Thai people, truly the land of smiles! Highly recommend!

I booked my reservations and I’ve tried for about a week now to get ahold of someone to help me purchase and explain to me the test and go for the one day quarantine but I haven’t heard back from anyone. Ive tried to email and call. Ive called for a week straight multiple times a day at different at times because I know there’s a difference in time but I haven’t heard back. There’s no voicemail option.

best location for shopping, good swimming pool area with active bar, kind stuff, will book again

Great place for families. We stayed here with our 5 kids and stayed in a family room and king room. The views are amazing, the rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. The pool is fun, BUT, we would have loved it had it stayed open later. It closed at 8pm, I feel like that is pretty early. The breakfast was awesome, lots of options for international travelers like us Americans, and the proximity to malls/restaurants was really handy. The only downside was the traffic. You were always hit with traffic outside the hotel.

Plus point is its location- convenient located next to platinum fashion mall, and not far from Central World. Also close to Big C. Room is clean though amenities are few and just standard items. Lots of families stay here so expect a crowd for breakfast and peak movement hours . Breakfast is same everyday. Pool is a small one with a few day beds. Nothing particular mentionable on it’s service

We were greeted by friendly staffs throughout our stay. Special thanks to front office staff, Gas who made our stay even more enjoyable. No regrets selecting this hotel! Location wise, located just right beside platinum fashion mall and minutes from Big C and Central. There is also a shuttle service time at specific time slots that can bring you to Siam area, do make use of it:)

Amazing stay, very welcoming and super friendly staff. Superb location, great roof top terrace, bar, pool and spa! The only slight issue was the airport transfer. We have requested an airport pickup which was confirmed in an email but no-one showed up. At the end we took Bolt, which actually worked out much cheaper!

Great hotel for the price. Breakfast was excellent, much better than other hotels we stayed at. Family room with bunk bed was perfect. Beds super hard, but seems to be a Thai thing. Location right in front of a super busy intersection, and there's this nasty smell once you get close to the hotel. We think it's the river next to it.

We had an amazing lunch buffet with great services from the staff. We’re visiting here from Okinawa Japan. Thanks to your staff adding to our experience in their family day costumes.

enjoy the stay very much. easy access to Platinum mall, central world ... however, the heavy traffic around is the challenge. the team are friendly and knowledgeable. morning breakfast is good and has extensive variety... I love the egg benedict very much. MacDonald open till 01:00 downstairs. 7-11 nearby. starbuck at downstair closed 22:00. Relax Spa at 9th floor superb service, and reasonable pricing. room have all amenities ready - hot beverages and toiletries. Wifi is strong. check in service very fast. bed are comfortable. if late flight schedule, do inform hotel ahead to prevent disappointment of they cannot offer you late checkout.

The rooms were the biggest downside to this hotel. You could not really adjust the air conditioning, so it was either freezing or hot. The shower floor was very slick, and I actually slipped and fell. The staff was great and the outside bar was very nice. I did use the spa and enjoyed a massage after falling in the shower. She did a wonderful job!

Location is perfect. There is close access to three MRT lines which can get you to the airport line. The access to a lot of the main attractions is very good. Bedrooms are very good and come with everything you should need. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I cannot comment on the price as it was included in a package but the food prices are very reasonable and drink prices reasonable. Immediately outside is an all day food market with lots of choice for great prices. A big mention must go to the staff at the pool bar who were happy to chat with you, and on the last night very helpful with my child's nose bleed. If you are looking for something more than basic then highly recommend.

I had the most amazing time dining here. Beer, Alin and Ice were very accommodating and very patient. The food and ambience was great. I was served promptly by the staff and they made my dining experience wonderful. Can't wait to come back!

Be careful coming here everyone, not all amenities are available for your stay “For example”pool,look out & gym. Amenities offered can also be rented to private parties where you have no access to them. Not all options work in room such as smoke glass shower. Toilet, feels as if it’s gonna fall off the wall when you sit on it. I would definitely stay at Cente Point again before this place. The only reason for the star other than Google makes you leave one, would be the front staff not including the afternoon lunch kitchen.

I was given rooms that were smelly. The entire floor. Apparently there was a water leak on the floor. My beds were wet. Changed floor but my room was still the same. Breakfast variety was decent. Service was very bad. To get eggs took 15mins. I will not be going back.

Location is good and convenient for shopping even though during raining days. However, I am very disappointed with the daily housekeeping service. The cleaner didn't clean my room everyday. 😡 I had to approach her to clean my room. There is no direct entrance to the main lobby so you have to transit different lifts at 2 levels. Glad that they provide family room with bump bed for children. Daily breakfast is almost the same. If they can change few dishes. That will be great.

We had the perfect experience at this hotel. The reception staff are very friendly and efficient. The housekeeping staff take great care of the rooms, and were very kind to help us with our additional needs. The buffet breakfast is amazing... comfortable seating and an INCREDIBLE range of food. Having a great breakfast is one of my prerequisites for a great hotel...and this did not disappoint. My advice would be to get seated before 8.30am, as from 9am the restaurant is packed and there are lines for the popular food stations (like eggs, pancakes, coffee). We didn't use the pool facility but saw many people heading that way, so will check this out next time. Location is great...a walk to all the main shopping centres. We will definitely stay here again!

Novotel has always been our ‘go-to’ hotel when in Bangkok; however, this stay made us rethink our choices again. For presumed ‘safety’ reasons, the housekeeping services are only available by request. And when we request our room to be clean, one can easily notice that nothing gets cleaned up and tidied apart from the bedsheets. Yesterday, we requested room cleaning at 10 am and until now (the next day), our room has not been cleaned yet. And when we informed the reception, we were told that the hotel is crowded and there is not enough staff to clean all rooms at once. Both the reception and the housekeeping sections rarely pick up the phone, as we have to keep calling them until they respond. The rooms are not as clean as they used to be and the clothing iron is dirty and has some weird stuff inside it. I understand that the pandemic has affected the hotels industry, but at the end, we as customers, are paying for services we don’t get which really infuriates me.

We booked this hotel as it is across the road from the dental clinic we had appointments. That and the fact the hotel has protocols and measures in place in case a guest catches COVID. This was part of our precautions travelling abroad with the virus still loose. Insurance, masking up, and avoiding crowds where possible were among other steps we adopted. The standard room was a good size, had a comfortable bed, adequate furniture and fittings, a decent toilet and shower and the bed was comfortable. Our 19th floor room had a nice view overlooking Phetchaburi Road. Staff were polite and helpful throughout. But the best thing about the hotel is its location. There are good places to eat nearby and it's about a 30-minute walk to Siam Square. It is also convenient to public transport, including the boat bus, although we avoided using it this time. Platinum next door should satisfy many shopping needs and the food court at the top is decent. Bangkok was crowded but almost everyone, and all Thais, are masked.

Great location as it is right beside Platinum mall, and there is also a link bridge to Central World right in front of the hotel. Check in took quite a bit of time. The room was cosy and the breakfast selection was good. I will stay here again because of the great location.

Had booked via MMT for two nights..check in 1st Aug 2022 check out 3rd Aug. Not happy about the Check in time which is 2pm n they do not allow early check in at all. I was given a room at 2:35pm after having reached hotel at 7:45am. They have to be flexible in allowing early check in.. Rooms are average (I was booked on a deluxe category room), hardly any difference between Premiere n Deluxe.. Basic amenities in room placed only after being requested. Breakfast also very average. Only advantage is- it had direct access to platinum shopping mall and also few other shopping areas too.

Clean rooms with great location. From 3pm onwards, there is a whole row of food stalls where you can grab a bite or sit and have a meal. The pool is small but well maintained with deck lounge chairs. Great for taxis and private hire cars to pick up passengers easily from the lobby. Sheltered overhead pedestrian walkway to Big C, Centraworld and The Market.

Superb location, comfy rooms and very kind service

If you are in BK to shop, then this is the hotel for you. There is a mall under the hotel, and many more around it, Central World, Siam Paragon, Big C super center…and more all are witching walking distance. The room, the view, the cleanliness, the service, and environment are all good. I woulda give it 5 stars if the breakfast was good, but it’s not. Kids friendly and they are also Ecco friendly 👍🏼 Overall, definitely will stay here again.
