I'm local Thai. As my house was renovated at that time, I chose to stay here with the only reason that the room comes with a washing machine and microwave without knowing that the hotel provided the test&go service for foreigners. At first, I was worried a bit but felt lots better when the hotel staff informed me that the floor that I lived was set for normal guests. I only needed to be more careful with the public facilities. That's good enough to know. I have stayed here for 15 days and could see that the hotel was very busy from lots of travelers checking in and out, long line everyday but that didn't impact my serenity at all. I'd like to highly pass the gratitude to the housekeeping team. The maid comes to clean my room every day with a polite friendly manner. They care a lot if I eat already, enough water, snack and even remember what I like and don't like. It gives a very good feeling that someone does look after you. They really do their work to ensure I have a perfect stay here. Arun, is the newly opened restaurant at the hotel. The food is pretty awesome and the price is friendly, 80-490 baht per dish. The drink is only 120 baht per glass which is normal price for a local restaurant, not a super overcharged price like the normal hotel lounge. I can limit my meal about 300-400 baht, not bad at all for eating at a hotel everyday. Perfect stay for me and I don't want to leave home :(

Very good value for money, spotlessly clean, helpful and friendly staff, and a great view from the 45th floor. I enjoyed it and came back another time. Also the location is perfect, you can walk to the big malls and have the sky trains around. Just one thing is annoying: To check in or check out, waiting time can be up to 45 minutes although it’s just 6 or 7 people in front of you. Taxi from the airport is about 400 Baht ($12) including highway fees.

I booked the quad suite which is a good size 1BR apartment that comes with proper dining table and functional kitchenette and washer dryer. Main reason i chose this hotel was due to the huge playroom with a very nice indoor playground next to it and truly is the best if you have kids! I also enjoyed the indoor warm jacuzzi with cold pool which i had all to myself the time i visited. The only downside was no coffee machine in the room only a kettle and instant coffee tea. I guess they try to make it up by having them in the lobby which we went down daily to get our morning fix. Had a 2h Thai massage at the inhouse spa which is heavenly and really the best massage i ever had so far. Yes you do pay a premium but well worth it for the luxury to just take an elevator up to your room after a late night 11pm massage. On the whole was a very comfortable and enjoyable 6N stay in a good location. Nothing much to fault and we will not hesitate to stay here again.

Shower pressure wasn’t too great. That’s the only negative I can say. I used the gym which was very well equipped surprisingly. Weights only went up to 25kg but still decent. There’s also a smiths machine which was cool. Breakfast buffet was very good, such variety and most of everything was tasty. There’s a continental side and then the more oriental foods and lots of choices. The hotel itself is very beautiful, well designed and maintained. Swimming pool is stunning, really gives a tropical vibe. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and I slept well. Hotel is very close to two big shopping centres, street food market and a indoor market place. Really enjoyed my stay here.

Ultra Hygenic Japanese Hotel with Smart toilets. Great grand character around the hotel. Facilities need to be larger and Dining hall needs to be larger too. Overall experience was amazing! Good access to sky train aswell!

4 nights’ stay in a Grand Suite in Jun-23. Key observations: - Hotel is very VERY popular with Arab tourists, who seemed to make up ~90% of the guests during our stay - The grand suite room is very large, modern and tastefully decorated. Well-equipped with a kitchenette and with amazing sprawling views of the royal Bangkok sports club - Shower is terrible. There is only the option for a HOT or COLD shower, and this is communicated through a label in the bathroom. It is virtually impossible to get a decent warm water temperature- the water will either be on the cold side, or too hot to be comfortable. - Buffet breakfast had a good variety of cooked items and baked goods, fruits etc - Clean and modern fitness facilities and onsen in the public bathrooms - Free hot drinks served in the lobby till 7pm and there is a vending machine as well - Location is not very ideal. Less than 5 mins walk from Ratchadamri BTS and around 8 mins to Central World, but there are no facilities like convenience stores or shops nearby. There is also construction in the lane leading to the hotel which makes it a bit difficult to walk. - We already confirmed late check out at 1pm but the staff didn’t communicate this properly. Called us before 12pm, at 12.30pm and again before 1pm?! Ridiculous.

The hotel feels luxurious with really big rooms. I really liked the room and facilities. Went to the spa as well, it was a lovely experience. The only thing that really bothered me was the lack of blackout curtains. At 645am, the room was already very bright. It was frustrating when I really want to sleep in during vacation time. So this is quite the deal breaker for me.

I stayed here for my mandatory quarantine period after arriving from abroad. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. I stayed in the Grand Deluxe Room and the room has a beautiful big window, is super clean and comfortable. The food was great and the hotel uses a very intuitive system for ordering food, and even had a special farewell dinner. I was allowed out to take walks by the pool after the swab test. The best thing was service. Staff always responded promptly and politely and was helpful with every little request I had, from booking my timeslot by the pool to fixing my fridge to changing my food order when I requested no plastic utensils. I highly recommend this place and had the best stay.

Good hotel! Was here one night due to test and go regime. Very easy check in. But check out was super slow. Had to wait 45 minutes in the queue. Should open for quick check outs instead. But they had to prepare some papers which was the reason for the queue I believe. Room was nice and I had a pickup service at the airport. All in all a good stay!

The hotel is in a very good location near to centre. The rooms were big we booked for the deluxe rooms. The rooms were clean and there was a free coffee corner in the lobby from 7 am - 7 pm we really enjoyed staying in this hotel.

This is actually in my opinion the best hotel in Bangkok. It has everything you will ever need, swimming pools, spa, best massage, gaming rooms which include racing simulators with PS5s (4 of them) + air hockey + mini soccer + chess and more amazing games. Their in room dining is also amazing but it is limited if you eat only halal. Overall this was my best experience in Bangkok and I really recommend the hotel when staying here 💯💯

I got a very relaxing time over there. The room is spacious, a bit old here & there but it's fine to me. Beautiful swimming pool to just chill & get some tan in the morning. Good gym, but always have the sun coming through windows ( I prefer the shade down). The staffs are helpful & friendly. Love the breakfast, hope for more variety in the menu future. Overall it's good!

One of the best hotels i stayed in Bangkok, the room is huge and clean. Only down side is the shower water control is not good, you always need to wait a while for hot water. They provide washing machine which is very convenient. Love this hotel and will definitely stay here next time

We have just finished our test and go procedure here and are very happy. The pick up at the airport worked perfectly, there was staff waiting for us and we had a private car. There is a nurse at the hotel collecting the samples for the pcr test, so no need to stop at a hospital which is very comfortable after a long flight. Everyone involved airport staff, driver and reception were very friendly. Communication about test results was very clear via telephone in the room and the given time frames were kept. We arrived at noon and received an update around 10 pm as expected. The room had a great view, comfortable bed and all you need for a day locked in. In case you want to order food by Grab the reception will make sure that it will be brought in front of your room.

I had an excellent one day quarantine experience here. The testing was done on-site and took less than 3 minutes upon arrival, the communication was great and stay until results are provided were all included. Needless to say I did not run into any of the typical issues that I read some run into at other hotels. My room and the overall quality of stay were so good that I will make this my go-to hotel if I am ever in Bangkok again.

We're staying here as part of the 7 (or 10)-Day Thai government official quarantine for all arrivals from abroad known as ASQ. We could not leave our room for 5 days as per the regulations. On subsequent days we are permitted 1 hour a day to relax by the pool which is very elegant. We have not seen the rest of the hotel, not even the lobby, having checked-in in the car park. The suite is very comfortable and spacious with a bedroom, living area, kitchen & dining area, and even a separate work room (or dressing room). (Unfortunately, the one window which can be opened is tiny.) We ordered an exercise machine and have a magnificent view of the Royal Bangkok Sports Club. I would highly recommend this hotel for the ASQ, and certainly for normal times after Covid.

Photos aren't needed. Stayed here several times and kept coming back. Everything is as expected and always stay in this hotel chain depends on offer on the website. Got upgraded for the whole stay, thanks so much. Staff are extremely friendly from the front office to security guard. Love this hotel and its aroma at the lobby area. The only 1 small advice, towels were a bit too old so if they can consider changing. PS love free ice cream and drinks at the waiting area too!!!

For the room and service we received from the staff, it sure is worthy. We got a room at level 43, over looking a golf course and big part of the city. Sure is relaxing from a hectic day in the bustling city. The unit is well kept considering the age of the hotel. Fittings are of good quality finishing including Hans Grohe bathroom fittings. Good water pressure, fills the bathtub quickly. There is only 1 thing I couldn’t stand. The thin and flimsy room slippers. A nice hotel room as such has got no place for cheap slippers.

Stayed here in the ASQ for 15 days. Really nice staff. Highly responsive. Food was good too. Rooms spacious and clean. Can't emphasize enough how nice the hotel staff are, felt very well taken care of.

First of all, thank you for our anniversary room decoration Much appreciated. We had the best experience and most beautiful view from the 26th floor. It's magnificent! Just bit tiny disappointment from 2nd night onwards, it was the extra king bed which actually not as what we paid for. It was a two queen joint-beds that made it look extra big. Our bed started to seperating-off apart the night after night. So far, this was the only disappointment. Hopefully, the management will truly correct this to price worthy hotel and fairer to customer of what they have paid for. We will definitely come back again. Take care there and be happy always.

Shoppers haven. Great hotel facilities. Sauna, spa, jacuzzi, playroom, great pool and so much more. Near shops, bargain and luxury. Bts trains 5 min walk. Very central so keep in mind the traffic if planning for activities. Excellent staff. Highly recommended!

The grand suite was perfect for our couple during our 15 night ASQ stay. Plenty of room and great views over Bangkok. We appreciated the cleanliness, the space and the facilities . The food was very diverse and of excellent quality and catered to both Western and Asian tastes. Guest relations were always very helpful and prompt. We felt at home and would highly recommend your hotel to our family and friends.

We stayed 2 nights in a Grand Suite with a 2-year old and loved everything about it. The room was spacious and very clean. It had a bath tub, kitchen, and washer dryer which we loved and used non stop. You just have to pop out to the 7-11 for some washing powder. We spent a fair amount of time at the pool and in the play room and playground, which our toddler liked. The gym is great too, with a fantastic sunset view, so time your workouts accordingly ;) Some reviewers commented that there are no utensils in the kitchen, but you only have to call a number and they bring everything to your room. All the big shopping malls are within walking distance, and the best part is the street food stalls in the surrounding streets. Breakfast wasn’t the best, but there was fresh fruit, and the Asian options made it somewhat better. Check in/out was quick and painless. There’s a huge construction site right next to the hotel, but you don’t hear a thing. We Loved our stay! I highly recommend and would stay again.

Very nice great rooms as this was a 2 bedroom living room kitchen and dining great view of the race course not far from shops a little expensive but to be expected because of the area very comfy beds as well.

We stayed in a 2 bedrooms. The unit was quite large, very spacious. Had snacks and drinks provided in the room daily. Has a laundry machine in the unit, which is a big life saver here given the heat and sweat. Lobby is pretty big with waiting areas. Lots of services provided like the pool, gym, ATMs, reception that can help you exchange for smaller bills. The only drawback we found was that the intersection it's near doesn't change lights often in one direction. If you try to cross the street there you might be stuck for 5-10 min. Use the skywalk if you can. Try not to go into that section in a taxi either or you'll get stuck.

We liked it and we are definitely ready to come again. The price-quality ratio seemed to be very good. Spacious public spaces and corridors, which are often not seen in new hotels. Our room (Grande Suite) was spacious and well laid out. Good bed and high-quality bedding. A good sized pool, but you can only sunbathe there in the first half of the day, later the whole area is in the shade. Breakfast with a good selection, but some foods are constantly running out and you have to wait a long time until new ones are brought. Good internet. A large gym. A full-sized kitchen, but there are no utensils for cooking. The slippers were very poor. The hotel is old and starting to wear out, some things could use some updating and some should be replaced already.

  • 3/5 Leo L. 3 months ago on Google New
A five star hotel should include a fair shower that has enough water pressure. This is like the most basic and important stuff. We stay on the 42th floor and the shower is really bad. Though the sauna, the gym, and the pool are nice, the bad shower ruins the impression.

Very efficient and prompt response! During the Test and Go scheme we were looking for a place with large room and a view. The prompt reply and clear answers made us choose Grand Centre Point and can only recommend. Staff is outstanding.

I really like that their service is very consistent and loved it for couple of reasons: 1. The staff was very friendly and always smiling. 2. The check-in process was easy and hassle-free. 3. The online check-out process was also very convenient. 4. The pool was great 5. The room had everything I needed and I didn’t have to call the front desk for anything. Overall, I had a great stay and experience

The room I got is so cozy with pool view. It's really recommended for those who wants to unwind. Worth every penny!!! The scenery is good and the breakfast buffet is also good, with Asian & Western options to choose from. Washing machine with dryer is great. In additional, soft drinks & snacks provided by hotel provided are all free. This is an added bonus for guests. Amazing!

Stayed for Test & Go upon returning to Thailand. Excellent location. Clean room, but a bit dated. Good service. Nice Thai foods. Beautiful view of Bangkok by night.

One word, Amazing. Firstly the location is superb within walking distance to Central World, Big C and others. The view towards the Royal Bangkok Sports Club was spectacular. The room was big and comfortable. The housekeeping staffs were very professional and the room was kept clean throughout my stay.

Nicely located between train and subway stations making travel around Bangkok easy. The rooms are lovely and have fab views but I thought the bed was on the hard side (and I like a firm mattress). Bath fixtures were tired and could stand replacement. Room was incredibly quiet given we were right by the elevator. Having a washer/dryer in room was incredibly convenient. We didn't include breakfast, as for $14 US we felt we could find better options. There was coffee, tea, and water available in the lobby from 7a to 7p. The staff was amazingly helpful and gracious. Good value for the money spent. The spa/massage facility on the 8th floor was an unexpected bonus.

  • 4/5 Saloni S. 1 year ago on Google
The rooms are massive and like a suite. There is a pantry attached with appliances- induction, kettle, dishwasher and a washing machine. The rooms are old but comfortable. The food at the restaurant was good as well and while they dint have any vegetarian on the menu, the chef did make a few curry’s for us which was all good. The location is great. It’s a 10-15 min walk to the central world mall and is surrounded by other hotels and restaurants so you have a lot of options.

Stayed here few nights Very reasonably priced Excellent amenities Breakfast wide variety from continental to Asian cuisines to suit everyone needs. Everyday the food choices changes a little and good variety of beverage. If you want breakfast it about 380 baht Rooms are bit old and tatty but hey only here to sleep. Convenience they all have washing machine and ability to cook your own meals. Swimming pool open from 6am till 8pm with two jacuzzi pool, the pool is large enough and never felt busy everytime I been. Location great 5-10 mins walk from all the major malls Big c, central world Siam paragon etc Conveniently located within reach of 7/11 Recommend requesting view of the royal golf club and a high floored room

  • 5/5 Ibrahim A. 1 year ago on Google
They offer complimentary drinks and snacks which was a very beautiful feature. I was really amazed by how amazing the service was, they will be more than happy to assist you. The location is not that close to everything but you can easily find taxi, toktok or even request grab, however it is in the center and that means it is very cheap to take transportation. If you are the kind of a person who likes to walk then you certainly can walk but you need to be careful because sidewalks are not perfectly designed for walking.

  • 3/5 Traveler 1 year ago on Google
Pretty good overall. The time that I stayed here was very crowd, so if you need a quiet place to stay, may be this is not the place for you. Staffs were friendly, the hotel itself and the room was spacious. I got a free upgrade to a suite, since I had to wait to check in, but the room had no view. So the upgrade didn’t do much. Facilities are as clean. Easy access to all the malls, within 10mns walk. Food was not good, so eat somewhere else! Would stay again.

  • 4/5 Stephen B. 2 years ago on Google
Good hotel, spacious and clean. Nice staff. Used as test and go location. Beware, if you test negative, you either have to continue to stay in the room or check out. You cannot come and go. As we’d arrived early in the morning we had a negative result by 6pm. We couldn’t go out for dinner and had to check out instead. We booked into the Marriott around the corner, so effectively wasted the cost of a night’s stay.

I stayed here for the quarantine back in September 2020. Personally I'd recommend staying here. The rooms are quite large for a hotel and it feels more like an apartment. The food was okay but what do you expect from a covid quarantine hotel? Location is right in the city so it was easy to get to somewhere once quarantine was over.

  • 5/5 Kevin V. 2 years ago on Google
Would fully recommend for Test & Go. Well organised airport pick up with nurse on site when arriving at the hotel. PCR was carried out at around 2pm and result communicated the next day at 9am. Perhaps could’ve been quicker with the result turnaround - those arriving at noon received results the same day and free to leave. However, l was exhausted from the flight so was no issue. Really appreciated the upgrade to Grand Suite! Staff were attentive, well-trained, and informative. Room service also excellent.

Very spacious, clean, and amenity rich though the days of being a first class bangkok hotel have clearly passed. Night staff were exceptional.
