Luxury Product originally designed but no attention to service and details Arrival from car park passing Bell Counter - no sense of luxury hotel arrival, no greetings or helping but talking to one another Both check in and check out - I must stand in front of one of staff before getting a conversation. It seems they don’t see a person approaching them. - no sense of welcoming and hospitality. An e-mail was sent to me prior to arrival with sweet words seems to check arrival time and name of accompanying person seemed it was only whether I will really come or not. - No reply and the request of 2pm check-in was ignored. I arrived at 3p.m. due to bad traffic. The check-in staff was not aware of the special request. The room was not even ready at standard check-in time. I could not work conveniently to prepare for 4pm meeting. They offered free drink to compensate the delay of room available even knowing the purpose of the stay for business trip. A small meeting room was not tidy and not even drinking water even I reserved it in advance upon checking in and usage confirmation. Locks of lockers number 3 & 4 in male changing room for spa and fitness were out of order. I had to move my belongings twice to locker number 5. - maintenance & acknowledged?!? Staff at the lobby bar seem busier with her smart phone than service. Even it was not busy, we had to walk from table to order food, drinks and check. Walking through both sides counters with 4 staff (one at each counter) means you are interrupting their conversation across and over the both sides. No sense of welcoming but ignorant. After passing by the conversation of local hotpot and something low class wording continued. Tips were gave only for good gesture of mine without any sense of appreciation. Only 1-2 staff deserve it during my entire stay. No air-conditioning at lower lobby level not sure if that was saving or malfunction. No hand sanitisers were placed in visibility all over the property while adjacent department stores had everywhere including inside car park elevators. Name of Room Change for higher price but nothing change nor value add: The check in staff mentioned that the basic twin bedded room like what I regularly stayed earlier now called Deluxe Room and I got free upgrade for this time as other normal room will be ready for checking in later. I don’t know if I should appreciate or learn to be careful when book next time. In fact or feature in the room was not changed but just name change for opportunity to earn more $$$. Only good I could find was flower decor a bit upgrade from 3 stars class, which I previously commented. It’s improvement but this as well as toilet facility is very basic compared with other at same pricing. To Consider for other options before back to this one

We stayed here for my husband’s birthday. As we are Hyatt globalist members we were upgraded to a suite which was incredible. The hotel and rooms are beautiful. Sadly the service do not match the reputation of a Park Hyatt . Firstly , the suite was facing the roads and was extremely noisy …both of us did not have a good night sleep. Secondly, they do not have 24hour room service where the room service would end at 11pm, as they explained that it was due to Covid pandemic.. however , having stayed in Conrad the same week.. We simply do not understand why a basic 24hour room service was not provided in a luxurious hotel that is clearly supposed to be of a higher class than Conrad. Thirdly, the waiters in the restaurant were poorly trained. When we asked for a bowl of bran, the waitress brought Bircher museli . We had initially thought she didn’t understand English , but later found out that the cereals were labelled incorrectly where she didn’t bother to look. And when we ordered hard boiled eggs, the waitress didn’t bother to bring a spoon. Her attitude was extremely poor , as she threw it on the table when she was asked to return with a spoon. Although the front desk was apologetic of our experience, there was nothing done to compensate our unpleasant stay. We usually love the Hyatt branding , especially Park Hyatt, but sadly the Bangkok branch is way below par of their usually standards . There are so many amazing hotels in Bangkok with faultless service , and this is not one of them.

Very nice place and very cozy. Went with my family in December and it was very nice and very accessible to everywhere. I loved that it was close to the mall (central embassy) and that it has a walkway to the train station/ metro. Very nice and very convenient. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and very respectful, they would take off their shoes before stepping into your room which was something that I have never seen before and I really liked that. The staff were very welcoming from when we first arrived at the airport till we left for the airport. Smiles all around. Would visit again.

I stayed with my son for 3 night at Executive Suite of Park Hyatt Bangkok. The room is very nice and we had a huge dining table where we can comfortably dine. A kitchen sink is very useful to cut fruits that we buy at market. In-dining food quality is very good so that we ended up to stayed and eat-in at the hotel room. The hotel pool is very beautiful and luxury. The best pool in Bangkok but not something a kids like.

It is Park Hyatt…and, of course, the expectation has been raised…naturally. It is a beautiful hotel. But I was not impressed with the check-in crew. A bit on the snooty side. No smile. At one point, I felt that that the lady staff, at the front desk, was a bit instructive when she coldly asked me to move over to another side of the counter when she switch, to another computer system, to conduct some checks for me. On one of the evenings, we had returned to an empty front desk and we could not get any service. My laundry, put aside for pressing, was also missed…which they had (fortunately) reacted and I was able to leave for my meeting dressed. Breakfast spread and service were good and it lent a good start to the day. My room was a nice one and I really felt comfortable during my stay. Would be lovely if they are a little more generous with their toiletries. Am not asking for many more but just an extra bottle or two when the current bottle is already running at half empty. The experience, in its entirely, could be improved in the area of its service personnel. It may sound that I am critical and petty on my requirements. But, this is Park Hyatt.

I regret to note that despite the hotel's effort to engage in communication through platforms such as LINE and Instagram, the effectiveness of such outreach is markedly hindered by a significant delay in responses. The time it takes for them to reply spans several days, rendering the interaction process less than optimal. This lag in responsiveness raises concerns about the hotel's commitment to timely and effective communication with its guests. In order to enhance the overall guest experience, it is strongly recommended that the establishment undertakes a thorough review and improvement of their communication methods. A more prompt and efficient response system would undoubtedly contribute to a more positive and satisfactory stay for patrons.

I stayed in the Park Hyatt Bangkok for two nights on a business trip. Overall, I would give it a solid 5-star. The quality of the services, however, deserves a 5-star plus. They were beyond flawless. The concierge went above and beyond what he/they had to do and took extreme and immediate care of my airport transfers, the guided tour, and other matters. I was extremely pleased with the concierge desk. The room and the hotel in general were in top shape: super clean, new, stylish, and the rooms were quiet. No complaints whatsoever. The restaurants, however, get a 5-star-minus or even a four-star-plus. Let me explain. (1) The breakfast buffet in the morning was an 11 out of 10 - super super good, with both Asian and Western choices and outstanding coffee. (2) The Thai dishes I ordered in the main sitting area had MSG, to which I am allergic. I could not sleep the first night as my mind was racing all night - the signature symptom of MSG. The food was very tasty, though. (3) The second night, I tried the new Spanish restaurant. That was a let down, to be honest. There were so many dishes in the tasting menu. While each one looked incredibly beautiful and creative, somehow they were all tasteless. It was a bit surprising that every dish was lacking any taste, no matter if it was seafood, chicken, beef, soup, salad... They were all tasteless. I was really puzzled. It was not cheap: USD180 or so for one person including two glasses of wine. I walked away feeling underwhelmed. Overall, again, it was a fantastic stay and I rate this hotel very highly, with the Spanish restaurant being the only weak point, I think.

I will tell you something that online travel agents don't want you to know. When booking resorts use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ They've got the best deals on hotels! Much better than using orbitz, tripadvisor, hotwire. That's for sure!!! Afternoon tea was splendid. I celebrated my birthday here and I received a complimentary cake. The service was top quality and the staff were very polite and accommodating. I have had 2 afternoon teas here already and would definitely come again!

The perfect vacation hotel if you’re looking for a city break in Bangkok. Close to shopping, central location, great restaurants and food around, very convenient and even the food and amenities at the hotel are quite outstanding! We had such a great time. We stayed about 10 nights overall. And we will be doing it again soon for New Years. Highly recommended

A memorable stay at the Park Hyatt Bangkok Despite a slow check in, it was made up by the well appointed room (we got a king deluxe) and modern design. Amenities were top end. Special thanks to the hotel staff especially at the breakfast who went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of including our son. This is definitely a family friendly hotel with a touch of elegance and in my opinion worth spending on, mindful that there are even higher end hotels, I’ll say this strikes the perfect balance of luxury and value. Take note the shopping mall is connected to the hotel and also easily accessible to the BTS station which is another plus.

The hotel offers a modern and luxurious experience that is incredibly convenient, being located right above Central Embassy, a mall that caters to all your needs. The room itself is spacious and well-equipped, featuring a powder room, walk-in closet, large bathroom, a comfortable bed, and a desk. I was pleasantly surprised by the Le Labo toiletries provided, which smelled fantastic. The service was top-notch, with a swift check-in process and our room ready even though we arrived before the official check-in time. One of the highlights for me was the saltwater swimming pool, which offered a stunning view and a shaded area to escape the sun. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a range of delicious entrees to choose from as well as a buffet with a wide selection of options.

The design and the location of this hotel is superb. The service is perfect and very professional. However the food doesn't good as it should be. This is my second stay here. I couldn't remember the breakfast until I had it. It was not tasty compare to the same hotel rank. So that should be reason why the breakfast here wasn't that memorable. I remembered I came here for afternoon tea which also disappointed. Le petite chef also disappointed too (in taste) but if you want the presentation, yes it is in that criteria.

This is one of the excellent hotels in the heart of Bangkok. We got the corner room, which is spacious. The separate shower/bath with a speechless view from the window is worth every penny. The infinity pool overlooks the Bangkok highrise building. There is a great selection of foods offered by the pool with excellent services from the staff. The check-in process was great and fast. If you are in staying in Bangkok, this is a perfect hotel to relax in the middle of Bangkok.

Really great service! We really enjoyed the food, the breakfast buffet was great! At the pool we asked for a tequila cocktail, although it was not on the menu, the bar tender made us an amazing tequila sunrise. Had a great time here, the hotel is beautiful, the architecture and attention to details is right on. Location is great! We'll definitely be back!

Stayed here on the back from our Europe trip and we decided to spoil ourselves with two nights in this expensive property. What an amazing place this was! VERY different to some of the old and rotten Park Hyatt properties elsewhere (Canberra and Hamburg- I am looking at you!), this is a brand new hotel and connected to a shopping plaza. Interior design is just stunning and as Globalists we got upgraded to a better (read: Amazing) room and enjoyed the massive and varied breakfast that included a buffet and a La carte options with variety of both Western and Thai food. It was excellent, as was the service throughout. Location is very central and the hotel manages to create an atmosphere of total bliss, a real respite from the hustle and bustle around it. Don’t take this the wrong way- we LOVE the chaos and smells and food and business of Bangkok alongside with it’s gay nightlife which is pretty unique for Asia, all that is why we keep coming back to this amazing city (plus the cheap massages, the shopping, have I mentioned the food?). But once it’s time to retreat to sleep or spend some time by the glorious infinity pool- this hotel feels like heaven. Will definitely come back and are thinking that this would be the perfect property to apply some suite upgrade awards next time.

The architecture and interior are very well design with sophisticated materials. Although for the overall service experiences, unpleasurable stay and apparently below standard service. All the glasses in the room have got unpleasant smell, the reception just ignored to place the new glasses as we requested by a call. The turndown service has not been done, so the housekeeper interrupted at late night just to get that done properly and brought bottles of water as it should be placed. The automatic blind curtain is broken, the technician came in with huge stair at the late night trying to fix but couldn’t. The reception staffs are not really helpful. It’s just not worth it as we paid this to enjoy the nights with these unsmooth and inconvenient experiences.

The highlight of the hotel is the fantastic pool, where guests can relax and soak up the sun while enjoying panoramic views of the city. The Gym was too little. The breakfast served at the hotel is of excellent quality, with a wide variety of delicious options.

This place is just divine! I truly wish I stayed here my entire vacation. Customer service is completely next level amazing and the hotel itself is the epitome of luxury. Thank you so much to Vee and Nadia from the front office management team for helping me sort out an extra room at such short notice. I had missed my flight and my parents arrived early and instead of completely stressing out they made the entire experience so easy for me, it saved our family holiday. Highly recommend this property to anyone travelling to Bangkok!

We went to Bangkok for a Weekend arrived Friday night in the hotel and played golf the next morning. We were in the Deluxe Corner Room in KB smoking. The room was really clean and it was a beautiful room with a view outside of some other buildings. However, at night time it was noisy, we still hear the noise from outside our room. And we were on the 17th floor. We didn't have breakfast since we needed to leave early for our golf tee time. We were told breakfast would be 1,300++ baht and since we had to leave early we didn't bother for that breakfast. Sunday we had to leave early again but this time we decided to order from the RS. We ordered waffles and pancakes. When the food arrived and saw the pancake was super little like a kid's pancake that they served for us. It was like a joke. However, the nice guy from RS brought us another set of pancakes again. It was nice. They have a beautiful swimming pool but we weren't able to use it since we all did golfing on that weekend.

Surrounded with embassies, this hotel is connected to a luxury mall which makes its location ideal and perfect for families and business travellers. Each stay with Park Hyatt is always special. Employees truly love what they do and this makes their service to guests exceptional. The attention to details made our stay very smooth and comfortable all throughout. John and the rest of the staff from the pool remember our preferences a year after; to Ruby, Champ, Cha Cha, Dew and the rest from the breakfast team who ensured that we are well taken care of. Nadia who reached out when my son got sick, and the concierge team member who walked us to our destination. Our nights spent being attended to by the Penthouse rooftop team: Woojin who made sure our glasses were always filled, Sabine, Chatree, Boomie, who reshuffled tables so we can be accommodated, and went out of their way to accommodate a special dish that was not on the menu to make my son happy (who was sick back then) to Elle, Pong, Mii, Milli and Golf who made sure our orders were served right away. They make our Bangkok stay one for the books!

I had high expectations because it is a Park Hyatt hotel but my experience was disappointing. For starters, the hotel is dated - first sign = old and musky smelling carpets in public areas and also the room. There were dead cockroaches in my room and also friend’s other room so I’m going to make an assumption that it is throughout most rooms. By the way, my friend was in a suite. ;) The location is good. The closest BTS station is about a 5 minute walk and covered throughout. There is an excellent mall connected to the hotel and food options aplenty. The service is within expectations but don’t expect any “above and beyond” which is a Park Hyatt signature. At this price, plenty of other more premium and newer options. This is a really old property and it just doesn’t live up to its supposed 5-stars status. Won’t stay here again.

The Park Hyatt Bangkok is a hyper-modern architectural spectacle – a sleek, futuristic abode offering fantastic views across the city, complemented by minimalist design touches, a wonderfully serene ambience, a large saltwater pool and an excellent spa. Inside, high ceilings and bright, carpeted corridors that shut all sounds, are enlivened by a carefully curated collection of contemporary sculptures that never threaten to intrude on guests’ sensibilities. Fantastic location due to its access to Central Embassy.

It was an amazing experience at Park Hyatt Bangkok. Easy check-in and good service. Felt like a luxury experience with fantastic Bangkok views. I really enjoyed the food over there and cocktails were so nice. A great place to take amazing photo clicks with the sky and Bangkok backdrops. Would like to appreciate Hotel service specially pool manager for providing such a nice guest service and experience. I will ask my friends to visit Park Hyatt Bangkok and feel that luxury vibe. Worth to spend a beautiful day on weekends when you are free from your work and really want to go for a short break. Definitely will come back.

We stayed there for one night, using the Dine@The Park membership privileges. They included free afternoon tea for 2, free set dinner for 2, free 6 whisky shots, and a birthday cake. We checked in Saturday afternoon and requested a room upgrade from deluxe to corner room but it would be available at 6pm; however, the hotel allowed us to rest in the deluxe room, waiting for the new room. We stopped by for the afternoon tea which was very nice then moved to rest in the room. Before 6pm we got a call telling us that the corner room was ready. It was a worthy upgrade (+1,000). The room was much bigger than the deluxe room and the panoramic view window was wonderful. We could see Okura Hotel opposite to our room, we could see its pool terrace clearly. The toilet and bathroom were big with the walkin closet. The king-size bed was comfy (and I had a very good sleep till 8 in the morning). We went to the Penthouses grill to have dinner. The food was very good and the staff was friendly. After dinner, we were served with whiskey for 6 shots. Actually, we don't drink but it comes with the membership privileges so we decided to try. Finally, we went back to our room and took a shower before going to bed. We had breakfast which was nice. We decided to give up a free set lunch and choose a buffet lunch instead. It was 2,900++ and got 20% discount. The buffet line had cold seafood, soup, sashimi, cakes and drinks plus extra menu including lambs, grilled prawns, etc. which you can order and the staff will bring to your table. We were not impressed with the buffet at all compared to the price. We checked out at 2pm and the staff was very friendly and efficient. I recommend to stay in the corner room and dinner at the Penthouse grill, skip the pricey Sunday brunch.

Charged us twice and never refunded. We booked our stay through the Amex portal and paid with Amex points, which was worth around $1600. Park Hyatt charged us again on the day we checked out for another $1600. We reached out to them via email at the beginning of March. After waiting for days, on March 18, someone named Rapeepan Thongurai wrote to us, apologizing and admitting that it was their mistake that they charged us twice, saying that it would take 7-14 business days for us to receive the refund. Almost a month passed, no refund whatsoever. We reached out to them via Line on April 2nd. On April 4th, we got a response saying that they checked the system and the refund is being process and asked us to wait another 7-14 days. We then sent them the screenshot of the email they sent on March 18, trying to clarify that someone already said that they started the refund process but it's been a month. They left us on read ever since. No response whatsoever. For a Park Hyatt brand, this is ridiculous!

I stayed Park Twin room at high floor. The room is beautiful and has heartbreaking view looking embassy and sky. The infinity pool has also nice view with many wide sun-beds. It was calm and fully relaxed. Breakfast was privately served with cheerful atmosphere. It would be best hotel in Bangkok if the door staffs were more active.

Be of the best experience I have ever had in a hotel They care a lot about their customers. When you call anyone. Front desk, room service, or the dining service. The response is almost immediately. The food though need to be, if I can say upgraded. Hi don’t know, maybe because o don’t like Thai food. Other than that, if I’m going back to Thailand, definitely booking again in the same hotel

Park Hyatt, what a place to stay. I was fortunate to stay here in fall 2018, and it was great. Room was big and spacious, had a bathtub with a view. Gym was good, could have been a bit bigger. Breakfast was good, not the best to be honest, expected a bit more. Location is amazing, direct access to the Skytrains. Service was good, attentive. They helped me with booking a tee time. (golf) Had some laundry, came back in these smooth bags, still use them today when I travel. This one guy who worked at ground floor helped me a lot during this stay and remembered me. We talk a lot whenever I was waiting for a taxi, really helpful and kind. It's expensive, but if you can, stay, it's worth it.

A top notch hotel which tries their best to help you. I checked in very around 10am. The upgraded room is not yet ready yet as it is still occupied by the previous guest. The hotel offered me another room for me to shower, take a power nap, and get changed for my afternoon event. When I came back around 5pm, my unpacked luggage has been already moved to the upgraded room - seamless experience.

Dining at Penthouse is a must. The good offerings were really great. Best mash I've ever had just mouth watering melting on the tongue. Wine options were varied and well chosen. Go in a group couple or even on your own. You won't be disappointed.

Come for a birthday dinner, the entree calamari was absolutely amazing, so soft and tender For the main course we ordered the Tomahawk steak .which was cooked preferably and was also amazing. The chief Ben Rowe join us to tell us about the steak and the meal. Great to see a person take so much pride in he’s working and the customers. Our waitress May was incredible and nothing was a problem. 10 out of 10 The Penthouse, amazing food and fantastic staff. My new favourite restaurant
