finishing
a
conference
with
formal
suit.
thought
I
could
check-in
first
and
go
out
with
casual
wear.
Though
stated
check-in
available
after
3pm
on
the
reservation,
it's
not
possible
to
check-in
at
3pm.
The
staff
said
the
hotel
was
quite
full
the
day
before,
so
my
room
was
still
cleaning.
And
it
seemed
not
only
my
check-in
was
delayed,
other
customers
also
waited
in
the
lobby
after
3pm.
After
waiting
one
hour,
the
staff
finally
gave
me
the
room
I
booked.
However,
when
I
got
into
the
room,
there
was
a
man
in
my
room.
It
turned
out
that
the
staff
gave
the
wrong
room
to
that
customer.
It
was
not
surprise
as
I
had
the
feeling
when
booking
the
room,
they
have
rooms
with
different
"features"
like
cornor
room,
room
with
balcony,
high
floor
etc.
It's
okay
to
differentiate
them
to
get
more
profit,
as
long
as
the
staff
doesn't
get
confused,
but
on
that
day,
they
failed,
and
this
is
something
quite
unacceptable
whether
to
the
guy
in
the
room
already,
or
me,
who
had
already
paid
a
higher
price
for
better
view.
So
they
sent
a
staff
to
ask
the
man
to
change
to
another
room.
After
another
10-20minutes
wait,
I
finally
got
into
my
room.
It
was
around
5pm...
During
this
turmoil,
one
of
the
staff
tried
to
comfort
my
anger,
by
offering
a
late
check-out,
and
showing
me
the
map
with
some
tourist
attractions
in
the
area,
she
even
said
Chinese(she
said
she
was
learning
Chinese)
after
realizing
I
came
from
Taiwan.
I
truly
thank
her
for
the
effort
she
made
as
I
could
tell
she
has
passion
for
her
job.
When
I
came
back
the
next
day,
I
found
a
fruit
plate
and
a
card,
apologizing
for
the
mess
during
check-in.
I
do
enjoy
the
room
and
the
view
of
the
room
I
get,
also
I
appreciate
the
staff
and
the
remedies
they
tried
to
fix,
but
I
still
hope
the
management
should
take
action
to
prevent
cases
like
this
from
happening
again.
