I stayed at this hotel for 11-days ASQ package. It was a great place to stay with a reasonable price. Food was always warm when served (you select the time to serve meals). Food quality was also very good and serving sizes were adequate. The staff were also responsive and helpful. Overall, I feel like I had made a right choice for my ASQ stay.

Not a new hotel „but“ the staff is extraordinary friendly, the room big and clean, the pool relaxing with a great bar. Breakfast offers a wide selection of very good Thai and also western dishes, cereals are available and the espresso is perfect too! Very good location.

30$ surprise bill after 10 days for water. I’ve been coming to Thailand for years and water was always complimentary. No bill or mention of extra charge until the last day when checking out (and in a rush to the airport). Really bad experience and the manager didn’t want to hear about it. I guess she/he prefers bad reviews on all platforms…

Stayed at hotel as required for 14 day quarantine period as part of ASQ. Staff were friendly and accomodating to requests and needs Despite being in quarantine , the time went quickly and would highly recommend the hotel.

The complimentary bottled water in the room says “complimentary for Radisson members” while the payable water in the fridge is unlabelled. We consumed the water in the fridge believing that was the complimentary water provided by the hotel. Only upon checking out post our 10 nights stay with this hotel, we realised that we have been billed for all the bottled water in the fridge. The message on the labels were misleading and there were no receipts provided throughout our stay to suggest that we had consume items from the mini bar. We asked to waive the charges at checkout since we had not consumed any complimentary water throughout our stay but was turned down flatly by the staff. This is not the way to treat your guest of 10 nights - when you have misleading messages, we expect you to have at least some kind of resolution and not have your guest shoulder the full responsibility.

We stayed in the Hotel for 3 nights in 03/2022 and can recommend it for a short stay in Bangkok. We paid approx. 1200 THB per night and that was a good offer. ROOM: we booked a superior room and git the 6th flor (even room number) which has no view, because the next building is very close. The odd room numbers have a better view, but it is not worth to pay the extra charge. The room itself was big and very comfortable. The bed was comfy as well and not really hard, in that case we had a good sleep. Furthermore the Aircon was not noisy, but we heard a louder noise from outside the room. The bathroom was spacious too, because of the big window to the bedroom. If you need some more privacy in the bathroom, you can close the Rollo blind. The shower was the best in the room, because it was approx. 1,20x1,20m and you can easily shower together. The TV is an older Samsung model but still okay. You can easily plug a HDMI cable or to use a streaming stick or put a USB in front of the TV. And there is a DVD Player. The WI-FI connection and speed was okay. LOCATION The hotel is located in a side road and therefore it is very quiet. You need approx. 10 minutes to the BTS, MRT station and to Terminal 21 Shopping mall. There are some restaurants, massage salons and little supermarket (7/11) near the area. FACILITIES The pool is on the rooftop of the Hotel with a size of 20x4m. Furthermore the have a little jacuzzi and there is a bar and a gym as well. SERVICE The reception speak good English and we had a warm welcome. They charge a deposit (2000 THB) for the Room and the Minibar, which is a little bit too high. We finally ordered a transfer to the Airport at the concierge. As we had really a lot of baggage he wanted to order an SUV for us for 700 THB incl. Highway toll. But it appeared a normal metered taxi - which refused to go by taximeter - so in the end we ordered a Grab and finally got the SUV in a minute.

Pros: Excellent service frm front desk to room service to gate assistant. Bathroom looks clean. Breakfast taste good but too lil choices. Loves the sofa at living hall. Cons: Pillows not comfortable it can't hold, it will flat out while sleeps on it. The cup in bathroom missing 1, the slippers also missing 1 set. Some Lights shared controll frm diff buttons, not user-friendly. Water heater function not consistent. Some areas abit old n looks dirty, is time to brush up.

Building is a bit outdated, but location is good. Pool also good. Room (suite) is great although airco is not optimal for cooling and makes a lot of noice. Not all staff are friendly except the doormen and cleaning staff. Breakfest is too simple for the price. So....you can get better @Bangkok for less.

Great hotel! The rooms were very nice and clean, a big bathroom containing a huge shower with raindrop shower head. Very good location as it is a 5 minute walk to the Skytrain. Amazing Rooftop with a Pool, Whirlpool, Bar and Gym.

Great rooftop pool, small gym and good room service food. Bed was huge and very comfortable...nice linen and pillows. Towels a bit old. Room was dark so good for sleeping but felt a little worn, chipped furniture, stained chair. Location was good, close to shops and transport. Street is a dead end so relatively quiet.

The staff are just wonderful. So helpful and welcoming every time you step back inside. It's like coming home each day. Rooms are kept well and basic essentials all provided. The years have been good to this older hotel and it seems quite well maintained. The pool and top deck on Floor 8, skybar are the crowning glory. A relaxing place to spend some time after the busy city streets. Location is great. Nearby to shops and public transport but still on a relatively quieter back street.

I booked this hotel for a night stay for the Test and Go. However I had to cancel but they said I would receive a full refund. However I am still waiting over six weeks. They do not reply to my emails and I would avoid this place on this point. It may be a nice hotel but I will never experience it .

We had been here before Covid and therefore had positive memories. Now, however, it is a hotel that is running on extreme economy: Breakfast greatly reduced, pool only open until 3pm (!), etc. Instead the neighbors hotel pool could be used, but only between 6pm-9pm The bad thing is that no info on above measures was shared here in advance, otherwise we would maybe have booked another hotel. Hope the best for this hotel to come back as good as before Covid-times.

While the rooms could be a bit more modern, my stay was perfect. Rooms are comfy, bright, good bed, strong shower. Everything was clean and the service was amazing. Restaurant staff, cleaning staff, checkin desk staff..everyone was absolutely amazing. Will go again. Thanks again for the great welcome.

Great experience, 3rd time in bangkok first time staying here. Stayed for 10 nights. Everything is a stone throw away. You won't be disappointed if you book this place. Great value and great location and lovely staff, everyday all our needs were catered to. Visited the roof top bar very frequently as a warm up before enjoying the night life the city has to offer. The in-room showers are great and the bed is comfortable. My only criticism is the room could do with updating. Special shout out to Antonio, Pim, Brian and Amy. Will return without hesitation.

Poor communication this entire time. We booked in advanced as required for COE, however, when we arrived at the airport they had not arranged transportation to the hotel. When trying to contact them from the airport, nobody at the hotel answered the phone for a very long time, leaving us uncertain if we would have a place to stay for the night. The hotel uses the Line app to communicate with guests, but they are extremely slow to respond. Everything in the process is very unorganized, with no certainty of when the mandatory PCR test results will be delivered (even though they say within 24 hours) making it difficult to arrange further plans for your time in Thailand. My native language is Thai, and I asked the hotel in Line if the PCR tests are not delivered on time, do we have to pay to book another night due to the slow performance of the testing lab, the hotel simply ignored us. Even the food ordering process is uncertain. They give you a paper menu as well as a QR menu, but the items on each menu are very different from each other, and no clarity as to which method is required to order. I reached out on Line to clarify all these details. They either do not reply, or they provide information that is not part of our request. Example: “Which method should we use to order meals?”. They simply responded by sending photos of the food dishes… not helpful. The only reason we give 2 stars is because the room is clean and comfortable. Overall, poor communication and lots of uncertainty.

Every time we stay in Bangkok we choose the Park Plaza as our hotel. The BTS / MRT station Asok is right next to it. Spacious rooms, very clean, comfy beds (compared with European beds) and a really nice pool. It’s a safe choice to be in Bangkok

Booked Test & Go. Food probably micro from 7Eleven. Had to call reception to get my test result. They already had it. Negative of course. So I was going out for a nice dinner. Staff said cannot leave . Yes, Im alowed to leave. Then they said if leave then I must check out. I didn't book one night in prison. Yes. Did immediately check out. Avoid, avoid. There are other hotels and they let you go out after test result!

The staffs are helpful. They can speak English, so I don't have any trouble communicating. Thank you very much, Ms.Ying for responding to my difficult request with a smile. The hotel is easy because it takes about 5 minutes on foot from the Asok station and only turns once. There is a convenience store nearby, and I would like to use it again next time.

Recommended for price. Down on of BKK's many side alley's. The hotel rooms don't face the road and are quiet. Staff friendly and responded quickly to any room request during my 6 day stay. Roof top pool is not huge, but it's a nice space to relax and usually pretty quiet. Rooms are large and comfortable. For nits, it's a bit worn on the edges a little but was well built and the Internet could be a bit poky but I would certainly return. 5 min walk to BTS.

Good location and was walking distance to public transport and shops. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was nice facilities such as the rooftop bar and swimming pool. However, the rooms could be improved. It did not seem like it was in great condition nor exceptionally clean (i.e. damage to walls and doors and potential bedbugs?). My partner and I found that after a nights sleep, that we were continuously itching and scratching from the bedsheets. It'll be a good idea to check it before getting into it. Price for stay is relatively cheap compared to similar accommodation in the area, but you get what you pay for.

Very nice and comfortable hotel in the center of Bangkok. Close to Asok metro Station and many Restaurants and a 7eleven. The hotel has a beautiful rooftop area (pool+small gym) with many sunbeds and a whirlpool. It is also very quiet during night hours. Rooms were cleaned every day.

Great staff in General, Amenities need improvement Check in/out - Smooth sailing Mini fridge - Not working, Called front desk, 'engineers' came and checked four times before having it replaced with another one. Shower - couldn't get a consistent temperature. I know you are supposed to wait for a while for the hot water to come. Even after a while, the temperature kept fluctuating. Towels - Look in the picture and decide for yourself. Bellhops - Generally cordial and warm but I had a strange experience with an older guy. When I was leaving, I asked him to help put the luggage in the taxi (because I had my arm broken recently). He replied "why?" I was quite taken aback because I asked very nicely and I wasn't expecting this from a bellhop. Positives - Good location, Staff are nice in general.

Situated right in the center of Bangkok at the famous Sukhumvit Road, this is a nice little hotel. Little rub down but still good. Hence Hotel is undergoing renovations. Has a Roof Top Swimming Pool, Bar, Fitness Center which I use regularly. Nearby are so many shops for eating out, massage, shopping, Seven Eleven etc. I come here very regularly on Business Trips

We are booked for 6D5N and luckily upgraded to Junior Suite however our arrival is a bit early so we had our breakfast on the hotel instead. According to the reception, we are not yet allowed to check in since its fully booked. We understood that, however when our room was given to us, the bathroom counter is a bit dusty meaning its not occupied on that day. The good thing, the guy in the reception is always courteous and smiling... The area is quiet and safe. There is a nearby 711 convenience store, coffee shop and coffee club... A stone throw away from MRT station and BTS station.

Nice hotel with good location, rooftop pool and very friendly and helpful staff. It was easy to extend a night in the same room and I got great recommendations. Thanks, Mint and Antonio for your help.

  • 3/5 RichAngel T. 1 year ago on Google
My review is solely based on what I paid and what I got which was not what I was expecting. I upgraded to the junior suite and thought it would be a better room overall but I was wrong. First of all, the view was horrible. Literally looking into someone's living room 15 ft away, no other view so I had to keep the curtains closed the entire 3 days I was there. The room just felt old and outdated with wallpaper coming off in some corners, mold around the bathtub rim, the issues with the internet which was eventually fixed, the hallway carpets were stained filthy and smelled like cigarette. Based on the reviews and the $75 a night price, I expected a more well maintained building and room. The employees I interacted with when out of their way to accommodate me so this review does not reflect their hard work and kindness. Based on all of this, there is no way I can stay here again or recommend this place, as there are many hotels in the immediate area you can find for almost half the price with better quality rooms.

Stayed 4 nights here in early Jan 2023. Overall stay was okay. Rooms were comfortable and clean. However, the check-in experience was terrible. We arrive at 1pm and no rooms were available for early check-in. We were told to return at 2pm, the check-in time. We were fine with this and left for lunch at the nearby Terminal 21. We returned at 3pm only to be told that the room was still unavailable and to wait at the lobby. No one bothered to update us and what was happening and I had to approach the front desk three times before finally getting a room at 3.30pm. Definitely room for improvement here.

  • 2/5 Jean-yves B. 1 year ago on Google
The room is clean but old, hotel is correct, breakfast was good, even very good (buffet) for this kind of hotel, swimming pool on roof ok. Price really to high (december + tourist season), should be half but you may understand (new tourist season and after covid opening) Huge problem : I was charge additional mini bar charge 4 hours after check out signed, and room already check by staff. This is the point to wait that staff check room, before paying bill and leaving the hotel. If the hotel can charge you 4 hours after check out... this is just unacceptable, and there is no limit what they can charge.

Difficult to assess properly what this place might be on a regular basis as I had the dubious privilege of staying there as an ASQ. Nonetheless, hotel is clean, central and in a quiet side soi. Staff is helpful and the rooftop bar seemed good (we were PCR tested there). As an ASQ, I just kind of resented the lack of plates. Of course, I can survive eating out of plastic containers for a week, but I think since we were made to clean our eating ustensiles, why not give us a plate. We ain't going back to trees because of C19. Anyway, thank you guys for making this arrival requirement as painless as possible! Now after one week, Cheers and bottoms up! Yeah!🤣

My ASQ stay at Park Plaza was excellent. From the first contact, I knew I was in good hands. The Park Plaza team is extremely competent and I even had to request a last-minute change to my reservation due to a flight cancellation, so that I would arrive in 24 hours instead of a few days as planned. This was confirmed within 15 minutes after sending my email with a new reservation. After a smooth pick-up by a driver at the airport, I was instructed at the hotel by the very nice and competent hotel staff and accompanied to my room. The room is very comfortable. Extremely well insulated. - You can't hear the traffic on the street. A yoga mat is available to keep fit. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is large and clean, equipped with all the sanitary facilities you need for your stay. The minibar is free and full, a work desk with very comfortable and ergonomic office chair, very good internet connection, A TV with worldwide TV channel coverage and multimedia port so you can connect your laptop or other devices via HDMI. The food is very tasty and always served hot and on time. There is a varied selection of menus, which can be easily put together the day before via QR code. The room service is excellent, there is always someone available for requests or information during the stay. The 10 days of quarantine at Park Plaza Soi 18 flew by. I am very pleased and can only recommend the ASQ package. Thank you to the whole team who made my stay feel like home.

Leaving the hotel and going to the right is a laundry service 50-60 yards/meters, if you drop off your clothes and pay for it, they will deliver it to the hotel for free. The best part about this hotel is the staff, especially in the restaurant on the second floor. If it is sunny, I suggest going to the roof top to have a drink and lunch or dinner. The front desk staff even got the Dodgers game on the TV in the lobby for me to watch, I was the only one, and they even had the bar bring me some nuts and take a drink order.

I stayed at this hotel for two weeks in march and cannot recommend this hotel more. The staff at the pool bar Ploy and May were so nice and friendly. The concierge staff Pern Mr A and Mr B were outstanding and could not do enough for me. The hotel is a little gem away from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok and when I return this is where I will be staying without a doubt. Loved it. Ashley Anderson ( Scotland)

Very nice one "test and go" day quarantine. Arrived at 6pm after doing our PCR test closed to the hotel in an hospital, got nice food (diner, breakfast and lunch). Room clean and very comfortable, high speed wifi, amazing bathroom. Super nice and friendly staff. We got our PCR result before 2pm and could explore the city.

I quarantined here for 7 days. I initially paid for 14 days but was refunded the difference in money. The hotel was clean and the room was nice. The food was hot and was decent. I think outside of covid this hotel would be perfect for tourists because it's in a perfect area for them. The best thing about this hotel is the staff, my friend booked a more expensive hotel and didn't get anywhere near the level of service I was provided..the staff are truly amazing and make you feel welcome and reply to emails and messages extremely quickly. Even though I was in quarantine it felt very comfortable knowing the staff were always there to help me with anything. The nurse from the hospital via line chat was friendly too.

the worst hotel I have ever been. Very different with photo images. And too old facilities. I wanted to take a bath but.. out of order.. and anybody(reception) didn't get the phone call. I think this is the worst experience in BKK. Also.. my luggage handle broken in this hotel, but there is no compensation. Breakfast also sucks (the hotel skip some dishes I chose)

Stayed One night. Location and price are good but as mentioned the place is run down and I think you can get a more modern room in other places for almost the same price. Wifi is good and they were considerate with complimentary water and delay in check out.

10 days here, saw no evidence of ANY extra cleaning being done, repeatedly asked for laundry and other basic hygiene related services. Received none. How this hotel can sit under the Radisson banner I do not know. Ongoing complaint, the manager has not even contacted me in over two weeks. The Radisson chain need to pull this back from it's grave.

This is a very nice hotel and in a fantastic location. I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and can I say it was so delightful. The rooms are very modern spacious and have a great design. I stayed in a deluxe room with city views and the rooms was very nice. The room has a new large tv with many Chanel’s and a mini bar for your convenience. Location on soi 18 Sukhumvit road is fantastic as it’s only walking distance to terminal 21 magic shopping mall on Sukhumvit road. Also about 500 meters from Emporium shopping complex for your upmarket purchases. This hotel is excellent value for money as I paid only $55 Australian dollars for this room on the Seventh floor. I would recommend you check this place out cause of the value for money and size and cleanliness of the rooms and not to mention fantastic location minutes from everything you need. Ohhh forgot to mention right opposite the hotel is a coffee club for the coffee lovers out there and this coffee club also serves fantastic food for breakfast brunch or lunch.

They handled arrival, hotel transfer/check-in and initial PCR test very well. The room was quite nice and staff were very friendly. Unfortunately they were unable to submit the results of the day 5 ATK test. I called the hotel and the associated hospital. The hospital set up a conference call to help me submit the ATK test result. The hospital said only the hotel could do it and the hotel said they couldn't be bothered as they didn't have enough staff. This was over 3.months ago. They suggested I keep all relevant documents and test results with me at all times. Maybe things have improved since then.

Room is less than satisfactory. Electricity doesn't work in half the room, AC hardly works, towels are all ripped and old and view from the room is directly into apartments around 5 metres away. Concrete wall view. Very disappointed and was told I cannot change room unless I pay a substantial amount for more. Unfortunately I booked 5 nights... In BKK for business often and will not be returning.
