I spent my 14 day quarantine here and the staff did everything they could to make it a very enjoyable experience. The room exceeded my expectations the food was above average but overall very enjoyable 14 day experience. Would definitely come again to stay as a normal guest.

This is an Outstanding Hotel! 4 1/2 Stars from me and I'll tell you why. The staff is simply amazing... they are attentive and quick... making any and everything easy. Rooms are very comfortable and clean, Its a good space. The hotel location is very near to the national stadium and Siam stations allowing you to get anywhere quickly. Getting onto the train at National Stadium is 1/2 block out the hotel door. Fast elevators, garden deck on top, and breakfast wasn't that bad. Makes being right in the middle of things simple ans easy.

I had a great experience in this hotel. The staff are accommodating and kind especially Peter 🙂. Went back to the hotel in the late evening after our tour and it was so tiring but I was surprised when we entered the room and saw a sliced of cake and a greeting card for my birthday. I was literally pleased. They are really attentive to their guests. So thumbs up to this Hotel. Highly recommended. Will surely be back in here. 😊

I didn’t like it. Very small room, and small restroom, but expected in a big city. Very limited breakfast choices for HALAL food. The only thing I like was the croissant and once it’s finished they don’t refill?!! Literally ate there on the first day only. Not as close as other hotels to the shopping malls. Most of the workers here don’t speak English(except the reception) unlike other cities in Thailand. I won’t repeat the experience.

Great value hotel nestled on the fringe of Siam area. Located right next to National Stadium, views are great, and room as all anemities you’d need for your trip. The location also makes for a good base for travellers looking to travel outwards for shopping. Great that there is free breakfast from 6-10am daily, though food options are limited and bland, not complaining though, its free breakfast, cmon.

Handy tip - check your booking to see if you’ve been booked into a room on a ‘smoking floor’. We were unaware of the smoking / non-smoking rooms, and arrived to find that our booking was on the smoking level. We were alerted by front reception that we had been booked a ‘smoking room.’ We had to be moved from a room on level 11 to a room on level 12 - the clean air on level 12 was noticeable. The rooms are clean. Staff friendly. The hotel is located near the large shopping centres.

Great value hotel with decent sized rooms and very nice sky garden. The only thing is the hallways have all blue light which is very off-putting and weird. And even tho they have smart TV you cannot use any of the YouTube/ Netflix functions.

Greatest thing is the location which is in the heart of Bangkok, super convenient to go anywhere. Recommend to go by BTS though cuz the road in front of the hotel is always jammed. The room is old-fashioned, and smells rather moldy (maybe from the carpet). They designed well for the size, hence it feels ok, still roomy. Facilities overall are decent. Staffs were professional and provided good service overall. Price is too steep for the room quality.

For the whole building they just have one dirty toilet on the 3rd floor carpark. The lights didn't even work. I mean common, at least clean your hotel toilets and keep them maintained

Stayed Feb 2023. Was given a room which had a very smelly sinkhole (maybe dry) - lodged a report and was moved to a different room in 2 hours. Breakfast was so so, for halal option only eggs and legumes such as oats. What I liked was the availability of a weighing machine for luggages (so you’d know when to stop shopping haha)

This is my 3rd stay with the hotel. Location of hotel is perfect, smack right where the action is. Jim Thompson museum is just 7mins walk away. There is a McD at the ground floor of hotel. Convenient for those that needs to grab a quick meal. Room is clean, comfortable and with a modern design. Breakfast is provided, but compare to my stay 7 years back, the breakfast was of a better quality back then.

We stayed here for our first two nights in Bangkok. The location was good and close to Siam station. Not being our first time in Bangkok, the surroundings felt relaxed compared to others. Check-in went smooth with friendly staff. The hotel and rooms were clean with no problems experienced with nice views of the city. Enjoyable stay.

Apart from the location, there ismt much to rave about this Holiday Inn. We were recommended this hotel by a friend. Our non smoking room smelt of smoke. The shower isnt bad. The beds are comfortable. The ratings are a bit too high for the qualtiy and price of rooms. We will not stay here again.

A very well located Hotel within a walking distance of many main attractions in Bangkok. The only issue was the breakfast buffet, very limited. If you don’t eat noodles and chicken in the morning, you will struggle making a proper breakfast plate. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

One of good state of the art hotels in Bangkok, to stay, with good view, comfortable bed and good breakfast. It is located in Siam. The hotel is close to MBK shopping centre where u can choose different cuisines of world under one roof and shop around. Also, commuting using train is easy from here as station is nearby.

An incredible place to stay for families and couples. Safe, clean and well ventilated rooms. Our go to stay due to location, laundry room, gym and breakfast. Right next to the National Stadium BTS, walking distance from MBK, Siam Square, Siam Paragon and Siam Discovery. Tuktuks right out front for anyone wanting to use their services and Taxis and Grabs always available. Front desk is always happy to help out. Rooms have what you need: bathroom, closet, safe, TV, big windows and large comfortable bed. Not the most luxurious hotel but has all you need and more. We visit Bangkok each year and this has always been where we have stayed. Slightly out of the way from Sukhumvit yet still very close but you don't hear the loud party scenes etc. Highly recommend for solo travellers, families and couples.

The hotel is in a very good location with an amazing view from the rooms ,especially at night.I would for sure want to stay here when in Bangkok. One negative point though is that they charged me twice for the hotel room,i didn’t notice it till i was back home and then it took them over 1 month to reimburse me. Also a lot of calls and emails were written so in the end i finally received the money back.

Hotel is located a stone throw away from siam shopping area which is perfect but housekeeping definitely needs improvement. First day, they only make the bed and left all the rubbish untouched. Second night, they cleared our towels but did not give us new replacement. They provide breakfast although it’s a very limited range and the breakfast lounge can get very crowded. One thing I am impressed is the sound proof of the room. I was staying near the lift but not once I hear any noise from the lift or from other guest.

Food is beyond terrible. Maybe if they would bring it warm it would improve? I am currently in day 6 of my ASQ experience. This is my second ASQ experience and I would advise any potential guests to think twice before staying here. The last place I stayed was MUCH better and cost less. Customer service is going to be your main concern. The staff should have the desire to make your stay better when something is not satisfactory. I have asked 2 times to bring food that is warm, not cold. The second request, which was a copy and paste of the first, was met with a “we already noted to the housekeeping for you”. Unsatisfactory. I have now had 16 meals delivered to my room that were cold. Cold as in- you cannot tell if they were ever heated. The level of stomach and digestive discomfort indicates that I am not eating safely prepared or stored food. Remember, when you select an ASQ, you cannot check out. You have no recourse when the staff refuses to correct a problem. You have lots of other options, do not choose this hotel. I noticed another ASQ guest reported consistently cold food 3 months ago. I do not even need to tell you about the room, after all, who cares when you are on the toilet or trying to choke down cold food the entire time. Management, if you are reading this, the date is 7 April 2021, I am currently in cell #2019, and hopefully something gets done about this... OH, and there is NO microwave in the room.

Always stay here for my monthly travels and it never disappoints. Location is very convenient since its close to Siam and other shopping malls. Rooms are spacious enough as i booked queen standard with City View. Amenities are fully supplied. Overall 4.9/5

There is no better hotel in the city center than this Holiday Inn. You really get the most for your money. The rooms are small but have everything you need for a comfortable stay, bathrooms and showers are exceptionally clean. Altogether this hotel is really so clean and well maintained. The breakfast is also very good. I will like to come back to the Holiday Inn Express whenever I'm in Bangkok.

Spent 14 days in quarantine, and the were professional and efficient at all times. Nothing was too much trouble and they kept up my supply of tea and coffee on a regular basis. Will certainly return as an "ordinary" guest soon!

Location wise is very convenient. National stadium BTS is right at the doorstep, and MBK Center is just a 5 to 10 mins walk away. There is a McDonald’s beside the lobby & free breakfast is provided for all guests from 6-10am on the 7th floor. The breakfast selection is pretty routine though & could get boring after a couple of days. The guest rooms start from the 8th floor onwards & I was given one on the 9th. Room size was just nice & the usual amenities such as toiletries and refreshments were provided. Overall, stay was comfortable & value for money.

Great location and great service. We booked this place back in June but due to COVID, we can’t travel and the front desk folks were fine enough to keep our reservation till August. Boo to Agoda which won’t let us change out dates due to COVID. We’re on the 17th floor facing the stadium and you get a great view on a sunny morning like those in the pics. Breakfast is so-so but the usual eggs, toasts, pastries, cereals, juices and coffee are available.

ASQ , so I'm here for the quarantine, I choose this hotel from YouTube video, third day and so far I like the room, the view can see National Stadium... Excellent food !!! They give you choice between, Thai, Japanese , western and Indian food , that a very good point... The bed is very comfortable, can feel high quality mattress and pillows.... I really recommend ...

The place is at a very good location, meaning metro is close by, even airport is close by, lot of places to visit is close by. The hotel itself is good, services are good and all the rooms have great view. Also, the bathroom here do not have locks so enjoy singing while inside 🤣

Compared to other Holiday Inn hotels that I stayed in prior (Singapore, Chicago, and Minneapolis), this stay is a bit in the lower ranking for me. I stayed on the 17th floor and the room is a bit small. Also, I got a surprise visit from a "little friend" in the early morning when I was in the bathroom, and since the hotel didn't cause me any issues, I didn't mention that incident to the staff. I'm a tourist who only likes the housekeeper to give me a new towels and throw away my trash every other day, so overall cleanliness is good.

Comfortable room that was cleaned to a high standard everyday (they even folded clothes left on the chair!). Laundry was quite expensive. Breakfast had a very limited range - would have been nice if there was a bigger fruit selection. There is a McDonalds close to the lobby and walking distance to the big shopping malls.
