Finding a halal buffet breakfast in Bangkok is not very easy, Nouvo city hotel serves that. The rooms were so clean and spacious, the rooftop pool and relaxation area was so beautiful! We stayed there for 5 nights and the stay was so convenient and comfortable. The hotel staffs are so helpful, they arranged us pick and drop taxis for trip to pattaya, answered so many of our questions regarding attractions and activities nearby politely and patiently, so cooperative and flexible with the whole booking procedure. I don't have a single thing to complain about the hotel, loved it there.

Great hotel to stay in Bangkok, a lot of restaurants nearby and local markets. Close distance to the party district and walking distance to the main temples, King's palace. Money exchange at the reception desk, however with unfavorable rate. Nice staff, friendly and ready to help. 2 swimming pools inside, one on the rooftop with a beautiful view on the city. Average breakfast.

I just had breakfast in this hotel after reading a lot of positive reviews. Definitely exceeded my expectations. I should've booked this hotel in the first place. Amazing restaurant and food. Thank you for welcoming outsiders like me 😀

I regret booking this hotel. Old, extremely loud, damp hotel with location as the only good thing about it. Room had extremely damp and almost moldy smell to it. Old AC tried to save the situation, but it could do only so much and was extremely loud to leave overnight. The “canal deluxe room” had view on the pool through very small window, which you could not open “due to safety”. People from outside could look into the room, not perfectly, but still, window is right next to the rooms shower. Sound isolation is not existent at all. You could hear every step, every word from the people in the corridor and rooms next to you. Good bless I had the ear-plugs from the flight, otherwise it would have been a disaster. The room had a price-list for every item. I can see that there might have been precedences in the past, but some things were just strange: room service menu 500b, hotel folder 1000b, soap plate 100b etc. Reception staff was unfortunately not friendly. After check in, they gave us our card (with some stickers and glue on it?) and said “I will show you to your room”, then lead us to the corridor and said straight ahead and just went off back to her table. We were like ok, where to go, which floor. Breakfast buffet had good variety of food, but not so good coffee. Restaurant staff was friendly and nice though. Will not book next time and cannot recommend. It is better to pay more for a newer place.

This hotel was absolutely lovely. Great rooms and an even better location. Nearby Khao san road with a seven eleven and decent amount of eateries nearby. You also have the pier at a walkable distance so you can take the ferry to all major tourist attractions. Highly recommended.

I was really impressed with the friendly staff and attitude of the workers. We had a Smell in our room and they offered immediately to change it which was very appreciated of. Buffet breakfast was nice good mixed omelette, everything you need :) Cleanliness - cleaners were great! Room very presentable. Bonus- the water and juice dispenser and glasses in the main entry was very welcome and sets them apart from others. Location- perfect to see the main historical items, short walk to ferries. if you go for a run turn right on the Main Street 400m turn left and there’s a bridge once over a great park, they also do workout from 6pm under the bridge. Great place to stay would give it 4.5

I had a good time at the hotel, the hotel is well located. The breakfast (all you can eat buffet) is very varied. The swimming pools are a little old-fashioned but very pleasant. I remove a star because I reserved for a room which has the sight on the river and I had the sight on the buildings. The gym is comfortable.

Visited mid of 2022, due to covid number of guests staying is very low. Hotel service is very good, stuffs are helpful and jolly, room service is good also. Rooftop pool is a good place to have some relax time. Another big advantage is khaosan road is on walking distance. Sara restaurant offers halal food and their buffet breakfast is nice also. Overall recommend this place for staying.

Room is small for 3 adults. Hard bedding but comforter was provided upon request. Pools were lovely getaway. Breakfast was slightly better with same menu everyday. The location is amid city with small restaurants here and there. transportation available easily.

We did not stay at this hotel but we managed to have lunch with a group in this Hotel's restaurant, we love all the food they served here, It was just nice and perfect with our tongue. The tom yum soup, the appetizers and even the dessert is all tasty and a must try whenever you are visiting or nearby this place.

I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my experience. The hotel boasts an excellent location, featuring spacious and tranquil rooms, comfortable beds, and impeccable cleanliness. The breakfast was delightful too. The staff members exhibited exceptional politeness and friendliness, particularly the entire front desk team, who were exceedingly accommodating and welcoming. Initially planned on staying here for 1 night while we got our bearings in the city but the hotel ended up being great in both location and offerings that we stayed our entire trip here. Only reason it gets a 4 is that they recommended the “floating market” which was a tourist trap

Great hotel for travelers to Bangkok. The AC was cold, the staff was helpful, breakfast was good and there are 2 pools. The room was clean and spacious with modern amenities and comfortable beds. In house massage had skilled staff and good atmosphere

The location and service were excellent from this hotel. The rooms were quiet, clean and the aircon was great. Breakfast was nice and had good options to cater for all. We did flag on our first night that the shower and sink drains were very slow to drain and likely a partial block which only allowed a minute shower for two people to ensure the water did not flow onto the bedroom carpet. This wasn’t resolved on our second day and as we were checking out on the third day it remained unresolved but we did flag it again to the staff on our check out just as an FYI for future guests to the room.

Had an islamic buffet here. All food served halal. The vicinity quite bad, lots of marijuana shop and cheap hostel giving a bad image to the area. The food taste okay but not so notable since the distance between breakfast and brunch was quite short

The costs charged at the counter are higher than what is available online and the staff won't match online prices. The sheets on the bed had stains on them as well as hair left in the bed from previous guests. The hotel presents itself as a premium hotel however the standard provided is very poor. I would not recommend staying at this hotel as there are cheaper and better hotels available in the city.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were nice and spacious, the pool was nice, and breakfast had a big selection and was very yummy! Our first room had a bad musty smell, but the staff were accommodating and let us move to a room that didn’t smell at all.

We stayed 3 nights at Nouvo City earlier this month. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and all the staff were very helpful and accommodating. It’s in a very good location within a short taxi ride to the Grand Palace. We ate a couple of evenings at Sara restaurant which offers a good selection of Indian and Thai dishes. Everything is halal so very good for muslim travellers. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

We sure enjoyed our stay at Nouvo. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in an area with lot of places where you can go for lunch or dinner. We had breakfast included which is buffet where you can get Thai or a typical western breakfast. We didn’t use the pool but it sure was looking good and being used on the super hot days.

This place offers a great place for tourists. I love the spacious rooms, food, courteous staff, and its distance to must see places. The price of inside food and massage in the hotel is a bit pricey compared to prices outside the hotel. I just wish they include Thai Tea or Chrysanthemum tea at the reception area, but the unli grape, strawberry or guava juice are terrific!

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Everything they see you, they are with a warm smile. Room service too was great. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a good variety. Very helpful staff as well. The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and very nice. The bathroom too was very nice. Overall a classy hotel with great staff and food. The area also has a pub, spa and a few other eating joints. Simply loved the stay.

Great value hotel in a good location - close enough to major attractions, but quiet location. Overall had a good stay - rooms are clean and well equipped, however, we had a lot of trouble with the electricity switch which is activated by the room card. Someone came to fix it, but it would still randomly cut out.

we stayed here twice, both at the beginning of our trip and at the end and everything was perfect. The breakfast is really plentiful and varied. We used the pick-up service to and from the airport and it was flawless.

Nouvo Hotel is in a great location - close to several great markets as well as the port for the hop on, hop off boat which I used for most of my transportation during my stay. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast buffet was decent. One minor thing to comment on was that I do wish that the gym was better equipped and air conditioned. But overall, I had a lovely stay.

Great hotel with great staff. They were very accommodating for a last minute booking due to other complications. The hotel was also able to make arrangements to the airport for an early morning flight. Great location too.

Really can't ask for a better hotel, staff and room service. Right in the city center but not noisy at all. All the amenities you could need and then some provided.

I found a great ASQ hotel in Thailand with 100% halal food here. Room is large and clean. The staff very responsive. Meal come on time and they have various choice, come with fruit also. My 14 days well spent!

It was very hard for me to select one ASQ because of so many options but finally I chose Nouvo because it seemed like a safe option. The food was great, abundant enough that I never felt hungry or need to order anything from outside. I had my own laptop and monitor with me so I had access to various entertainment options. The room, service, staff, cleanliness everything was excellent and nothing to complain about. Nurse was attentive if I needed anything. The window is large and gives a wide view of the outside world even if we can't go out. Overall, I'd say if you're unsure then you can definitely choose Nouvo City Hotel for ASQ, and I advice to be strong and try taking up new hobbies or developing existing ones to not be bored. Also a decent selection of Indian food on the menu.

The staf is amazing. Food is good. Shower lot of pressure and have lots of hot water. Downside is aircondition. Older system. Noisy but cold. Bed are rock hard. No Balcony, but window can be open. Nice sisze of room. Everything clean. But you can ask for a Bed Topper. And then, its a good Night sleep. I spent 15 Days here in starte Qarantine.

We enjoyed our 1 night stay before continuing our tour in Thailand, We got free upgrade for the room, Room was spacious and clean, hotel staff very professional and friendly, the hotel location is great if you like to enjoy some night life in Khaosan Road, breakfast was very nice with many different option, (Only suggestion for something to improve if I can say: please put fresh orange juice for breakfast 🙏🏼); We tired even the restaurant of the hotel for dinner and the food was nice and tasty Overall we had a great stay!! If we will be back to Bangkok we will definitely choose this hotel again

Very good service from staff, staff is very kind. Room seems to need some maintenance but was 90% clean, major red flag water in the pool was very dirty on the bottom because we swim with glasses. Quality seems to have gone down since covid because in '17 i gave a 5* review. Probably one of the best hotels in old center if they get their act together.

We have stayed at Nouvo City Hotel several times in the past before Covid. It was wonderful to come back to Nouvo City Hotel after a gap, among our favourite places to stay in Bangkok. This is located very close to United Nations (15-17 min walking distance) as well as several places to eat across the hotel as well as in the lanes near it. Hotel food is also yummy and affordable. This is also close to Khao San road - a popular backpacker destination - this is walkable from this hotel. Airport: with less luggage, we took airport rail link metro train from suvarnbhumi airport to Phaya Thai station (last station) THB 45 and then hopped in a taxi for THB 100 to reach this hotel. It takes 40-50 minutes in total to reach the hotel. Staff: staff is very friendly and super helpful 24x7. Our heartfelt regards to the staff of reception front desk, and breakfast and dinner restaurants or those in Canal side tower pool area or housekeeping of 6630 and floor. So helpful and super efficient, meticulous to every detail. Rooms are BIG, and very well done. Great shower area and great shower - special mention! And special thank you! View good. Work area is also very comfortable. I had a productive time working from the room. Coffee maker is very good and so is coffee sachet and mugs. Sleep quality also great. Pool is clean and very well taken care of. Pool begins 8am which was a hit late for us due to work. I wish it pool can open a bit early I. The morning. Breakfast was very good. My special thanks to Chef at live counter to make eggs to order, one of the best omelettes I had there - thank you! Breads assortments to Thai food - all need a special mention. Fruits too good. Nicely located hotel! The rooms were clean and spacious, though the walls were so thin that we always heard what was going on in the hallway. The breakfast isn‘t worth the bucks. Fresh eggs are alright but the coffee is not drinkable and the choice isn’t great (stayed for 3 nights)

The hotel is very comfortable, clean and with two nice swimming pools, a massage center and a good breakfast. The staff is very nice, kind and helpful. They will provide for you from a iron to a taxi to the airport helping you to settle the price you should pay. The location is also very good wit the peer some walking minutes away where you can take a boat to downtown. And many little restaurants and shops/ markets around. I really recommend the Nouvo City Hotel!

If I was back in Bangkok I'd book here again it was literally the safest & most chilled out spot on my trip. Rooms are great. Service was great. Location was perfect.

Stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed it so close to main attractions and many cute bars and restaurants within walking distance, walking distance to the ferry station. Breakfast was lovely, room was nice and spacious. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool area and food but we were away most of the time doing activities, overall a good stay.

We stayed at Nouvo City Hotel for Thailand Test and Go program. First of all, we found it is very convenient to book, especially during our last minute to catch the last day of Test and Go quarantine application. Secondly, one day before arrival, booking staffs were very helpful when we were about to modify the booking in midnight local time. Next, on arrival, everything is well prepared for us including pick up from airport and staffs were nice and friendly on reception. We ordered outside food to be delivered to room for lunch and dinner, staffs delivered them to us nicely. There is a 7-11 close by, so you can order 7-11 delivery for some essential stuffs you need. The room is nice with standard equipments and rain shower. Finally, if you test positive, all coordinations were made by contacted hospital and hotel which were fast and easy. Overall, we found this hotel is a nice halal in the old city center area where the staffs are very helpful and polite and there is everything you need around. If there would be another chance, we will definitely stay here again.

The staff at the hotel is incredibly friendly and nice. They make the hotel worthy of staying. I give three stars because they really should renovate it. It seems like it was built in the 80s/90s and then never updated. There were no plugs next to the bed and the sheets and pillow covers were stained. This is definitely not a 4-star hotel.

What an experience this hotel gave! From start to finish the staff would make sure we were more than well accommodated and equipped to take on the busy city of Bangkok. They gave us great recommendations and advice to keep the locals from scamming us and save money in the process. Breakfast was very well rounded with fresh foods fit for anyone from any country in the world. The service is second to none even the owner came to check we were doing well and to let us know if anything can be improved on their end. 10/10 experience. Will be coming back here
