Just loved the room, it's spacious, cozy and full of all the basic amenities. The staff is super courteous still living inside would be checking out soon and will be missing the hotel ❤️ perfect location and oh yes amazing 😍 breakfast buffet as well. Until next time...

Stayed in Mercure Siam 2 weeks ago. The room was clean, bed linen felt fresh and like new and so I had a great night sleep. Shower was very pleasant with good water pressure. Breakfast was also delicious with more than I expected in variety and real fresh juices. Finally staff was very welcoming and friendly. Combined with a great location for my business and shopping needs. Mercure is Siam is definitely worth the money. I’ll be back!

Bit underwhelming. It's not super expensive but then again you can get better hotels at this price point. The room was super humid and the AC didn't seem to de-humidify. There were ants crawling on the windows, no idea were those came from. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest with thick yellowed/browned silicon. Breakfast was okay (I'd say 7/10). Location is perfect and staff is very attentive too. Honestly my first impression with Accor wasn't the best.

Reviews of Mercure Bangkok Siam are generally quite positive, and I booked a quick stay to take a look with my own eyes. The stay was not typical because of very low occupancy and the lounge was closed due to covid, but nonetheless for the price and with the suite upgrade as Accor Diamond guest I was satisfied and I can recommend this hotel. For a hotel of this caliber I did not have much to criticize and the suite was functional and bright especially with a window in the bathroom and even a window between the bedroom and bathroom which we could close via a sliding panel. The stand-alone shower was spacious and had good water pressure, air conditioning worked well and I could have a good night of sleep. Amenities in select service hotels are often limited but this Mercure was closer to full service than I anticipated; amenities were varied including bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes, and shaving kit. They also brought a welcome gift which consisted of a fruit plate and small desserts. Unfortunately as mentioned above the lounge was closed but they had a special room service menu which had possibly the lowest prices I have ever seen. They had a choice of 6 dishes, each one for 69 THB including tax. As compensation for the lounge being closed, Platinum and Diamond guests receive 200 THB credit which seemed on the low side at first, but since for that price we could get three main courses for in-room dining I personally would take it over mediocre lounge food. The breakfast menu was fairly limited but acceptable for a Mercure hotel and comparable to equivalent hotel brands in the city. Service was above average for a Mercure, first off not all similar hotels in Bangkok have bellmen on the ground floor to help with suitcases (for example, Hyatt Place), but also I rarely receive a pre-arrival email from a manager for hotels of this caliber but Mercure did. I even made a special pillow request which was waiting for me in my room upon arrival. Overall for the price tag, free breakfast as Diamond benefit, the suite upgrade, the room service charge which was almost entirely wiped off by the 200 THB credit, and decent service, it would be hard to complain and I thought the stay was great value for the money even compared to competitor hotels who also heavily discount their rooms in the current conditions.

actually a very good hotel that has a lot to offer. 24/7 reception, 7/11 on the ground floor, rooftop pool, well-equipped rooms and great breakfast buffet. You are also in direct proximity to the train platform and the giant shopping malls such as "MBK and Siam Center".

Great location ( just a stairway up National stadium BTS) connecting to most great shopping malls. One of best good clean room and comfortable beds supported by their hardworking housekeeping team. A convenient stall at ground level. It’s a great value for money to stay at this hotel.

Very nice hotel. Most comfortable bed compared with all the other hotels I’v been to. Very nice location because it is close to BTS station and Shopping malls in Siam. Walking distance to restaurants close to the university. Very nice staff in hotel.

Very strategic location. Side by side with Ibis Hotel. Walking distance to train station opp the hotel. 5mins walk to MBK and Siam Paragon. The hotel is well designed for both tourists and business. Hotel room rate is slightly higher, paid for the location. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. You may opt for Ibis Hotel for a budget room which the rate is $10-$20 lower than Mercure.

A wonderful hotel with an excellent welcome by Khun Jam - thank you again for your kind assistance! The rooms are very clean, the bed comfy and the breakfast is exceptional. Add to this the perfect location just by a metro station and the most central place in Bangkok with numerous malls within a few hundred meters only. Definitely an unbeatable value for money! Perfect. Many thanks.

Certainly feels more 3 star than 4 star, but conveniently on the Skytrain route. Not enough staff on reception made check-out a long process. Breakfast better than expected though.

Overall, the hotel was satisfactory. Every day, different foods are available for purchase at the restaurant. The room was good and clean, but I have some suggestions. The cleaner occasionally forgot to replenish the toothpaste, toothbrush, and mini bar. The glue in the bathroom isn't sticking to the glass, so there's a gap when I take a shower. I believe the hotel can create a check list to confirm the product refill and maintain the facility on a weekly or monthly basis.

This was our second stay at the Mercure and we are glad we visited again. The breakfast is great and the room was very clean. We had an amazing view on the 26th floor. The pool is lovely and usually always quiet. We never struggled to get a spot to sit there.

My stay was from 30Dec to 2Jan in a superior queen room at a relatively high rate since it was new year season. Was asked to make a deposit of 3000THB which I think is ridiculously high since it was nowhere stated on the Agoda booking site. I would have been more mentally prepared if the hotel is honest and open enough to state it on booking sites. Also, my room was not ready for check-in even though I arrived at 1.50pm, relatively close to the check-in time of 2pm. Unacceptable. As a supposedly 4star hotel and already at such an expensive rate, some basic toiletries could have been provided out of warm hospitality without request. No toothpaste no toothbrush no cotton buds not even disposable room slippers. Even the dustbins don't come with trashbags. Totally stingy and unwelcoming of the hotel, not like Mecure is a 2-3 budget hotel (some of such hotels even already provided all these items upon check-in). The standard is way below what a 4star hotel is supposed to be. Just because there is a 7-11 right a the lobby doesn't mean that the customers should buy their toothpaste and toothpaste there. Luckily I have disposable slippers with me, the base of my slippers were so dirty and I can't imagine how dirty my feet were to be of I didn't wear them in the room. Regarding the cleanliness, throughout my stay at Mecure, the housekeeper started their duties in other rooms early in the morning and making very loud banging noises that disturbed other customers who are still sleeping. Once again, doesn't make me feel like I'm staying in a renowned 4star hotel. Also, I have not heard the housekeeper vacuum the carpets at all. How could you not keep up with the basic cleaning steps with your rooms are carpeted? The inside of the fridge is so dirty too. My stay was relatively disappointing. If there is one thing I need to compliment, that would be it is nice that the room comes with a double lock which made me feel safe to sleep throughout the night. Room comes with iron/ironing board and the bed is soft. Nevertheless, would not recommend my friends to spend the money to stay at this hotel just for the convenience sake that it is close to the BTS station and that it is situated in Siam area. There are many other cheaper but definitely better hotels options if they want to visit Bangkok city central.

My only complaint was the housekeeping service. No replenishment of toothpaste and vanity kit, and even left a piece of used tissue on the desk🙄 Room has enough walk space if you put the luggage on the sofa and luggage area. Bed and pillow towards the softer end.

My favourite hotel in Bangkok city. In May , Manager Keng was very accommodating and helpful during my stays. Glad to see him all the time. Breakfast place although usually crowded , we always managed to find space. Food was tasty although variety slightly limited. Edit : Repeat stay this Dec with family , was served by the front desk staff Ms P who seems annoyed when handling our check in/out. Caught her rolling her eyes several times when we have some clarifications , which is pure rude. Will stay there again , hope they can improve on their basic hospitality skills.

Note that there is not usable wifi in this hotel. There is a wifi connection, but throughout the entire facility it's operating at less than 1/1 gbps. You must use 4G - which was a little difficult for me since I had work to do. Room is very average for a relatively high price. Recommend staying at IBIS - it's the same building, same restaurant, same staff but much less expensive.

Excellent location as it’s right in front of the National Stadium BTS stop. It’s also just around 15min away from Jeh O Chula. Spacious, clean and comfortable room. There’s a 7-11 right inside the hotel too. The staffs were very friendly and helpful as well.

This is supposed to be 4 star hotel run and operated by Accor, so you expect some basic standards when paying $100/night/ no breakfast included. We stayed for 4 rooms in the beginning of Nov. Problems: - The rooms were dated (chips here and there, the light above the bed is annoying and dirty). There were not enough lights in room, very dark. - The bathroom doors were not maintained well, it cannot be closed tightly, so, water came splashing on the floor which is very cold when walking barefoot. This can be easily fixed by maintenance staff. - The doors are not tightly shut, so you can hear voice and footstep outside the corridor (see my picture taken when all in-room lights are off, it shows the light out from the corridor). The air con was very loud, all night long, even though we adjusted it to be low fan (This sure is a problem for light sleepers). - There was no doorbell outside, so for us, who travel as family (group), when we go to another rooms, we had to bang hard on the door (by hands) to notify the person inside when wanting to come in for a visit. - There was no coaster for glasses in the toilet, they were put directly on the counter of the sink, the rim down, so unsanitary. There were little mold in the edges of the shower cabin. The shower hand did not function right; the power sometimes were too strong or too weak. - Towels are old, dirty (with hair on it, disgusting), tears and torn terribly. The pillowcases and sheet covers are decorated with holes. Even for a 3-star hotel, this is not acceptable, let alone 4 star hotels. - Be careful of their regulations, if you want to room to be cleaned, you have to hang the sign outside the door (which was not informed upon checking in, also, was not written on the sign, but on a piece of paper on the bedside table. If you miss it, your room will be left undone) Positives: - The rooms were spacious with nice city view (compare to our stay at the previous hotel) - The staff assisted us to keep one room until 2pm (we stayed in 4 rooms). I have mixed feeling about this, even though there was no specific point to fault, I don’t feel being welcomed which is important to me. The staff are professional but cold. We had problems regarding our previous stay at their 3-star hotel (same building), but none of them ask to see how we were doing or show their interest in customer experience. - If you forget your toiletries, you can request for them. Make sure to order the in-room slippers because the tiled floor is very cold. - There was a convenient store on the ground floor (convenient but not vital, there were convenient stores everywhere, easy to find in this tourism area). - Location right next to the BTS (again, not vital – many other hotels arounds the same area which are only 1- or 2-minutes walking to this BTS).

Good breakfast selection, has a gym and a rooftop pool with bar. The hotel is close to the BTS metro which makes it easy to get around Bangkok. Great staff

Wonderful staff, great location - not perfect for business travelers 5 star staff and service. The 7 Eleven in the lobby and BTS station are also huge selling points. I was, however, not so pleased when I received an email *after* online checkin that the Privilege lounge is closed and no alternative is offered. This was never communicated during booking and when taking a look at the closed lounge it seemed to me like it had been closed for a long time (no notice posted on the door). I was offered early checkin and late checkout though, which I much appreciated. The room itself (privilege suite) was very well equipped and had great views. I did notice the single-pane window glass let through a lot of heat - and during daytime the A/C would even have trouble keeping up. The bathroom was very spacious, however, unreasonably dark. Many fixtures in the room were also loose and the curtains even had some holes and rips in them. The shower water was just a tad too cold for my liking. Daily housekeeping was top notch though. Breakfast was great and well attended to by the restaurant staff. Finally, the WiFi code I received simply said “expired” when logging in. There were also lots of tourists and kids in the hotel, who would also go around the lobby area in swimwear. In combination with the out-of-service Privilege Lounge and a very wobbly desk chair in the room, I’m not sure I would recommend staying here for business travel. I would happily return as a tourist however.

Hotel worthy of praise Excellent location in front of the subway station. The building is new and cleanly maintained. Having 7-Eleven on the first floor is also very convenient. Wi-Fi speed is fast and no problems. What is worth mentioning is the friendliness of the staffs. I forgot my bag on the bus, but they contacted the bus company to find it and even went to pick it up for me. I have never met a hotel with such kindness and hospitality. In addition to the splendor of the hotel itself, because of the excellence of these staffs, I will definitely use them again if I have the opportunity to visit Bangkok. I can recommend it with absolute confidence.

This hotel is perfectly situated right in the middle of Bangkok. From here you can explore this vibrant city with the Skytrain right outside the hotel. The famous MBK shopping center is 5 min walk, including IconSiam and other. I highly recommend this hotel and it's location.

Stayed at Mercure siam, and it is in the same building as ibis siam. The rooms in Mercure are bigger though, and very good size given there is still a sofa and table. Bathroom and toilet is also of a reasonable size. They may not place all amenities in the room so need to request. On the first day i had to call housekeeping a few times for a few things like bedroom slippers, bathrobe, adaptor etc. Compliments to K. Mhoo who was extremely helpful. Breakfast is of a reasonable spread, with a live egg and noodle station. My omelettes were very delicious done by a trainee chef! Kudos especially to restaurant manager K. Butthida who was very pleasant and polite. She was on the ground supporting the team, and the team was also giving good service. I would come back to Mercure again any time.

The hotel was amazing as there was a wide variety of food for breakfast with great service! The rooms were impeccable and the swimming pool was huge with an incredible view of the city of Bangkok. We were also greeted very nicely by the director of the hotel at the beggining of our stay. Overall a perfect place to stay at when visiting Bangkok! Would recommend 100%

Privilege location, very close to every I am attraction. But the services of lodging are merely standard. One of the best things about this is there a 7-11 just three walk steps from the main lobby.

Nice hotel located directly next to National stadium BTS station. The room is a notch nicer than Ibis room with bigger shower/toilet area (huge plus). Amenities are good with hair dryer and clothes iron available. The bed is decent. View from the room is okay. Breakfast is a little bit sad but understandable (hotel cutting corners here and there due to the pandemic). Overall I loved staying in the hotel and will definitely come back!

Not too pricey price with standard room where you can rest on the comfy bed.
