The
location
of
the
hotel
is
excellent
as
it
is
really
close
to
BTS
train
station.
Moreover,
the
ICONSIAM
is
not
far
from
here
as
well.
Room
is
quite
small
but
the
bed
is
really
comfortable.
The
buffet-line
breakfast
was
not
quite
familiar
for
Thai
people,
however
the
taste
of
foods
were
good.
Things
that
need
to
be
improved,
up-on
checking
in,
the
front
desk
staff
gave
me
the
wrong
registeration
card
to
sign
which
is
wrong
package
as
well.
After
she
had
checked
again,
she
told
me
that
there
was
no
my
reservation
appear
on
the
program.
I
think
this
might
be
the
problem
of
reservation
department
who
pay
less
attention
to
make
a
reservation
which
make
me
spend
more
time
for
checking
in
process
than
usual.
Moreover,
up-on
departure,
the
same
front
desk
staff
told
me
to
wait
for
5
minutes
for
checking
the
room.
So,
I
was
sitting
at
the
lobby
to
wait
for
the
room
checking
by
housekeeper.
Quite
long
for
waiting,
no
one
told
me
if
the
room
checking
process
have
done
or
not.
Wait
till
20minutes,
I
had
to
ask
her
if
it
was
done
or
not,
then
she
reply
me
that
it’s
been
done.
My
point
is,
if
it
has
been
done
already,
why
didn’t
she
inform
me
so
that
I
can
leave
the
hotel.
This
caused
me
to
waste
time
again.
Quite
