It's a gorgeous old hotel, in the old part of Bangkok. The rooms are quite nice, but you are right in the poorest area of the city, so it smells very strongly of sewerage around the hotel. In fact, unfortunately the local homeless use the alley you have to travel down to get to the hotel entrance as a toilet, so the smell of stale urine is pretty full on.

The reception staff were excellent. All very friendly and helpful. Nice to have a small pool at the hotel. Breakfast was ok, enough. Rooms were fairly small but always had hot water and aircon worked well. Hotel in great location for Khaosan road, Grand Palace, Wat Pho and Wat Saket.

Wonderful service by friendly staff. Building is new but designed to feel older. Solid hard wood floors in rooms, comfortable beds, great AC, swimming pool. The buffet breakfast was also very good. Local area seems rough although in reality we experienced no issues. A few minutes walk to kaoh San road. Free mountain bikes for use by guests (all brand new) Would definitely use this hotel again.

Mark, the overnight security, housekeeping staff are amazing. The customer service is amazing. The location is close to shopping and temples. However, the homeless camp and smell of urine outside the hotel ruined the experience. It would have been nice if the rooftop bar was open. Would recommend only because of the excellent service. Hotel staff made sure that we were safe and secure.

Perfectly located if you want to see the major sights of Bangkok. The hotel was clean and the service great. All the staff made us feel welcome and the breakfast included was perfect start to a day full of adventure. All the sights are literally within walking distance of the hotel and those that slightly further away are just a short taxi ride away. The riverfront is within walking distance and you can go and have a coffee while watching the boats go by. The rooms are no frills but perfectly suitable for a good night sleep. The pool is large enough for and perfect for a quick swim on a hot Bangkok day. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice and clean hotel with a nice jacuzzi pool. You can book trips from the hotel, the staff ist very helpful and supports you anytime. There a free bikes to explore the area. There's a lot to See nearby, for example the great palace, the giant swing or the ferry on chao phraya River, which takes you to War Arun.

We stayed for 4 nights and found everything great here. We choosed this hotel because of many good recensions and can confirm all. This time the hotel was not fully booked and mostly we were alone in the pool. The roof top bar was open but not operated. We had made mistake in booking but all the stuff was friendly and absolutely helpful so everything met ourwishes. Specially to mention the young philippino receptionist Mark O. Espinosa. Thank you all in Siri Heritage Bangkok Hotel!

Lovely hotel in the centre of Bangkok. Quiet but 5 minutes walk to culture or a fun night out. However, it was the staff who really made this hotel an extra special one. One of the family had a major problem on arrival in Bangkok and the staff were incredibly helpful and supportive. Well beyond what anyone could ask. Not knowing Bangkok they helped solve the problem quickly and were truly, good, hearted people. Thank you. I highly recommend staying at the Siri. Thank you.

The worst location one could stay on a vacation..its in a shady street which smells of urine and sewage. all around are homeless people. it was even hard to walk around to find food in that area. it was close to the sites but Still not worth the hotel in itself was okay but due to the location, there were a lot of mosquitoes

Hotel was ok, sure it is a 3 star hotel at the end of the day but it’s got a nice swimming pool and breakfast menu is Ok. The rooms however need to be sound proofed, we can hear what the other rooms were doing all night, and it was too noisy.

We liked it so much we stayed here twice during our Asian trip. Very cosy hotel, impeccably clean, and they provide bikes for free.

Nice little hotel set in a pretty gross part of town. Nice staff, cute rooms. The area around it is repulsive, but it’s close to major tourist attractions.

A hidden gem in the heart of Bangkok. Rooftop terrace and the pool are terrific. Breakfast was worth the money. Very unique style for a city hotel. In walking distance to the palace and KSR. Highly recommended, will come again.

Warm welcome friendly staff. Smart comfortable airconditioned rooms. Located down a back street but in relative easy reach of river, palace and some tourist trap streets. Good selection for buffet breakfast with eggs cooked on demand for you. Enjoyed a dip in the pool. Bangkok is a big city. I felt this hotel old city location was suitable, central and safe.

Excellent value for money. We went as a family and got a cot and a bathtub for our 2 year old girl. Very well managed and the staff very friendly, the room very clean, good wardrobe and comfortable beds and clean. Interesting details in the room. Good location, quiet street near the tourist area, you can walk to the Royal Palace and Wat Po. The small and nice swimming pool, we loved the place and we recommend it!

Beautiful hotel in a not so beautiful neighborhood (but completely safe!) We used their bikes for the day - free of charge and went all around the city. Their pool was great and the room was just amazing. Everything was new (it only opened last year) and the staff are very attentive. One thing I would say that needs a bit more work to is the breakfast - it was pretty average..or maybe that’s just because we had the same breakfast for the past few weeks! ;)

I stayed here back in December of 2019 and meant to leave a review then but me remembering to do it now is a testiment to how much I enjoyed my stay. The location was excellent for seeing allll the temples nearby, we walked 15 miles in the first day. The staff was very helpful with finding excellent nearby restaurants and having useful local tips. And don't get me started on that breakfast buffet. They had all the food groups covered and a very nice lady who made amazing omelettes, truly, bravo. Can't forget about "Champ" the toaster either. I hope everyone enjoys their stay as much we all did!

The hotel is very nice and has a good terrace. Its location is central and very close to the Palace and the different temples as well as khao san road (10 minutes walk). I recommend because you get to visit a big part of the monuments walking
