Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a resort. This site will compare thousands of hotel sites and usually will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the highest rated in the area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you choose this place you definitely won't be disappointed. Exceptional and superb service!! Front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming. The spa and the swimming pool were also wonderful. What I most appreciated is that you could feel they care each of the guest here. We had such a wonderful stay here and will surely come back again.

Had my birthday stay over at the okura. Amazing service, was greeted with a cake and beers in the room. Bed and pillow was amazing. Great sleep. Also had 2 complimentary laundry and press. Chose Japanese breakfast and had lounge access during the evening. Free flow of cocktails and finger food. Would love to visit again in the future!

It's indeed a Japanese prestige. To sum up my experience in one word is "paradise." The room was very comfy with genuine green tea and the lovely pot. The Japanese breakfast was so great. The afternoon tea was also second to none. The staff was friendly. I highly recommend if you look for a luxury staycation during this time.

This hotel is just amazing. First of all the location of this hotel is very convenient. Second the hotel itself is very luxurious. The staff are super friendly are willing to help you with anything you need, not rude at all, they need more credit. The pool is amazing with a gorgeous view. The rooms are cleaned everyday, towels are replaced. Breakfast is included, and let me tell you this breakfast is really good food, with variety of choices. Will definitely come back here without a doubt. If you don't want a bad experience, then definitely this is your choice. No hustle, no problems, no rude staff. Thank you okura prestige for a wonderful stay. Enjoy your stay

It was okay stay, room was super humid, even the paper on the table somewhat damp, we had to ask for air dehumidifier and got almost full water in the tank within half day. Bad circulation, room was a bit smell as well (moldy smell). Bed was nice but blanket are bit too small for a couple. Staffs are nice but not well attentive towards customer.

An unforgettable experience! I arrived early and was very tired. But the staff informed that the preparation room was finished and welcomed me nicely even It may take a lot of time at the front. But the service was better than I expected. in a room was clean and tidy(I'm not sure if it's because I'm sick or the room's ventilation is bad, I feel dizzy all the time and my throat was dried). Here, the atmosphere is warm and luxurious. The staff in each service area provide good service at every point. The service at Yamazato restaurant was amazing (I love Japanese breakfast set so much). The staff at the pool were very helpful to me. and I thank you for the fast work, delicate, and thoughtful of the cleaning staff. Last day here, I have an urgent teleconference. So I couldn’t check out on time. I called Okura service to ask for help, The staff also helped to postpone the check-out time. Thanks a lot!!

Pros: - Conveniently located, with easy access to public transport and next to several shopping malls. - Very nice dining options, with michelin-star restaurants included (we tried Elements) - Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Great variety and good service. Quality was very good, also when we had lunch right after our arrival. - Spacious room with good views. - The pool was insane!! Cons: - In my opinion, even though service was super efficient, it was somehow distant. - Room was definitely dated. Furniture was old and not very well kept. I believe if they would update this, the look and feel would be better. Our room was a standard one. - We just spent one night and, upon check-in, we were told they would do maintenance works on the electric system that night. This translated into not having A/C during several hours and, which was particularly annoying, into having the emergency light of the room turned on at night. I understand the hotel needs to run maintenance works but, as a 5 star luxury hotel, I would have appreciated to receive this info in advance. To sum up, we had a good experience at the Okura, but not an excellent one (which is what we expected). In any case, I would recommend it.

Amazing on all fronts. Stayed here for 3 nights and it was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The customer service is incredible here, they try hard to make it personable and special. I’ll only stay here when I come back to Bangkok

Highly recommended! Convenient central location for shopping/transport/access to local tourism spots. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of Continental and Asian cuisine with chefs preparing food for you at multiple stations. The afternoon tea in the lounge is definitely worth trying, and the evening cocktail hour is also recommended with a good choice of signature cocktails and good selection of wine. Major highlight is unquestionably the infinity pool. Just a beautiful oasis of a spot to relax and take in the outstanding panoramic view. What sets this hotel apart is the fantastic staff. The General Manager Niek and his team, continually go the extra mile to ensure you feel comfortable and looked after. Already looking forward to our next stay!

Great service, great room however wifi in room barely usable if at all. Nice location with cool views. I will note that the tour company recommended by the hotel took us to a elephant riding and tiger petting camp on one of the tours. Such places are inhumane to animals.

Well deserved 5-stars, but I would give more if it was possible. Big, clean and modern suite with an amazing bathroom. Great swimming pool on 24th floor with amazing view on Bangkok. Tasty breakfasts. Staff is very helpful, I was able to check in early in the morning, right after my flight.

We finished off our 6 week honeymoon here. They upgraded our room and the place was perfect. The breakfast is incredible with 2 restaurants to choose from, the pool overlooking the skyline is wonderful and the service and small details made this a very enjoyable place to stay. We will definitely be back here.

The room and breakfast is very good. The lavender afternoon tea is super instagramable. On ground service is great too. Internal coordination could be improved. We booked a room, dinner, afternoon tea all at once but afternoon tea wasn’t booked for us. Asked for late check out during check in but also was not recorded.

Our experience at The Okura Prestige hotel was just that, prestigious! We were upgraded to the Presidential Suite on the 34th floor due to our anniversary, we were extremely grateful. The hospitality and customer experience at this establishment was top-tier and one that I have never came across. The staff were professional, welcoming, kind hearted and so helpful. We were greeted with fresh fruit, a happy anniversary card, chocolate covered fruits and rose petals in our bathtub. Celebrating our first year wedding anniversary here was well worth it. The hotel itself is beautiful, from the rooftop pool, our room, the gym and the lobby area. Everything was pristine and clean. The international cuisine breakfast was really good, it had all sorts of dishes that were well made and delicious. The hotel is centered in the city. It is connected to a 7eleven and the skywalk that leads to the Skytrain along with the Central Embassy shopping mall, very conveniently located. Overall, my husband and I were extremely pleased and impressed, we will for sure be back for our future stay in Thailand! Definitely would recommend this phenomenal hotel.

Excellent Japanese style service (polite, responsive, not overbearing) and attention to detail. Rooms have great views and are quiet. The bath and shower are excellent - never ending hot water! :) The green tea they provide is delicious. I loved my stay at this hotel!

This is one of my favourite hotels to stay at, the staff are amazing, the rooms are equally amazing, it is just an overall quality experience and certainly has yet to be beaten by any other hotel I've stayed at, either in Bangkok or anywhere else in the world. My most recent stay was unfortunately marred by an accident however the staff did their utmost to accommodate and make an honest effort to make sure I was well taken care of. And the management were excellent to deal with in relation to the incident.

Come to use the meeting room. The location is good because it is in the center of the city. Parking is easy to find. Convenient entrance. The meeting rooms are large and suitable for meetings. Service in the meeting room is good. The downside is that the toilet smells. The corridors are rather gloomy.

Simply a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Fabulous pool and charming interior. My suite was large and comfortable with everything I could want. Loved the huge bath. All the staff were kind and helpful.

It is what it is, a prestigious hotel with a great view, stylish nice modern rooms, super kind staff and everything you need in an elite hotel. The bar had a good vibe just like the restaurant in the night. I’ll definitely return here in the future and recommend this to anyone.

Loved everything about the hotel. From the amazing staff, the interior design, the great view from my room n cleanliness and not to forget how they handled my last minute flight cancellations and delays. Their responses via email are phenomenal, highly recommend this place. Can't say much about their food cuz I spent most times at the pool or going for walks and/ tours.

I went to the Okura for my birthday. They give a chocolate cake. It’s so yummy. The room is a good view (3218). There is a bath tub, tea maker. The spa is very good. The food is out of order some menus because they had an event , so many people

Okura Prestige never fails to amaze me This is my second stay at the Okura Prestige Bangkok. Services rendered to me is beyond my expectations. There are just too many things to name from pre-arrival to checking in to departing.

This is a Japanese brand hotel, and is a part of the One Harmony program. This program also includes brands such as the Nikko, and the JAL city hotels. This is a five star luxury hotel, located in a very convenient area of central Bangkok. It is a mirror to three minutes walk from the Ploen Chit BTS train station, and minutes away from major shopping such as the Central Embassy. The rooms and the overall hotel decor have a very Zen feel to it, and it is simple yet elegant. Especially in the rooms, you can see a lot of use of wood, and I stayed at their regular room, and that was still quite large. I believe it was about 45 m². The king size bed, is probably twice the queen size bed, so it is larger than a king size bed. They have really well thought out the design, so the rooms look and feel larger than it actually is. The switches are located just by the side of the bed, and little thoughtful features, such as the hot pot bass that is built into one of the drawers, so you don’t have to fumble with the power cords or find a power outlet. They have I believe three or four restaurants, but I think only two are currently open. One is a high-end Japanese restaurant, and another one is the restaurant by the check-in area, where they serve you breakfast. Food at both restaurants were amazing. As a Japanese person, I can tell you that the Japanese restaurant food quality is just as good as any high-end restaurant in Japan, if not better. On the menu of breakfast items, there are a few unique items, such as their own take on French toast. It looks like a large Japanese egg omelette and is pure heaven to eat. I highly recommend trying that. I have posted two photos, one as a whole, and another one sliced, for your reference. I absolutely loved this pool. It is a nice area that is open, so even though there are buildings around, there is enough distance between the two buildings, that I don’t feel like people are just staring at you while you were swimming. And the pool is an infinity pool, beautifully maintained and designed, and plenty of seats to sunbathe at. The entire staff from all departments, were absolutely welcoming, professional, helpful, and received a lot of nice smiles, which was great to see at this difficult time, where you don’t get to experience a lot of human connection. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is coming for a visit, or even staycation-ing in Bangkok.

Good hospitality by professional staff. Everything was treated well. Due to COVID situation in Thailand, all restaurants were closed but we can be ordered some as room service. TEPPAN BOX and SUSHI deluxe BOX were very tasty and good for couple. Just one little thing, when breakfast was served, it came with coffee. Since there were so many dishes to enjoy eating breakfast, it took more than hour to finish. The iced coffee & hot cafe latte should be served after we finish eating and when staff clean the dishes up.

Everything was great except for the internet. I've stayed here twice and the accommodations are perfect. The only problem is the struggle with the internet. It always disconnects and gives a hard time reconnecting.
