I
came
here
with
my
fiancée
to
have
our
annual
pre-Christmas
holiday
trip.
My
comments:
“You
get
what
you
pay
for”.
Pros:
1.
Hotel/Room:
Easy
to
find
due
to
the
big
signage,
instagrammable
decor/fixtures/ambience,
daily
clean
towels,
additional
tissue
rolls,
topped
up
water
bottles,
cleanliness
of
room
and
entire
hotel
is
consistent.
You
will
always
see
their
staff
cleaning
one
area
or
another.
Room
was
spacious
enough.
2.
Service:
If
you
request
for
anything,
they
will
ensure
your
needs
are
attended
immediately.
They
are
very
strict
on
their
no
drugs
rule
and
accommodating
to
strangers
entering
the
hotel.
3.
Location:
Close
to
a
lot
of
amenities
(dry
cleaning,
ready
to
eat
food,
massage
parlours,
grocery
store,
7-11
and
train
line,
etc.)
Cons:
1.
Hotel/Room:
Baby
cockroaches
found
daily
in
the
bathroom,
room
entry
area
(where
you
store
your
shoes)
and
the
bedroom
carpet
area.
Loud
noises
of
banging
and
clanging
starting
anywhere
from
1.30am-2.00am
and
will
last
for
some
time
(coming
from
Hyatt
Regency
next
door).
Plug
point
locations
not
the
most
convenient.
Could
have
more
fixtures
or
place
to
put
things
(tables,
shelves).
2.
Service-Reception
staff
friendliness
is
questionable,
dependent
on
their
moods
they
might
greet
and
smile
at
you,
they
might
give
you
a
judgy
look
or
they
might
blatantly
ignore
you
when
you
are
talking
to
them
(no
eye
contact,
no
words
to
reaffirm
they
acknowledge
what
you
are
saying,
you’re
not
even
sure
if
they
are
listening).
Also
please
always
latch
your
doors
or
try
not
to
walk
around
naked/semi
naked
because
the
housekeeping
will
barge
in
without
knocking
or
apologising
(probably
due
to
the
language
barrier),
even
though
the
room’s
“occupied”
light
up
box
is
on.
3.
Location-Area
is
very
dodgy
especially
at
night
if
you’re
coming
back
from
a
day
out
or
just
wanting
to
go
out
at
night
to
catch
the
nightlife.
Advisable
to
not
walk
alone
if
you
are
a
woman
and
also
to
always
watch
your
belongings.
