Newly refurbished hotel. At first I was a bit skeptical after seeing the overall rating and the mixed review. But I was totally blown away by this hotel! Very cute & instagramable retro theme, most importantly the room is clean and spacious. Service is good, our room was cleaned everyday. My friend and I had very good sleep for our 3 nights here. Good location, lots of eateries within short walking distance and near to train. Very good value for money! Highly recommended.

I don't usually leave reviews but this hotel really exceeded my expectations. Prior to the trip, I had to ask them some questions and they replied very promptly. The location of the hotel is very convenient too, there's a 7eleven downstairs and its walking distance to both MRT lines in Bangkok. Upon arrival, the staff were all very friendly, helpful and patient, and check in was very smooth. The rooms were very clean, spacious and well equipped, and the interior of the hotel is very aesthetic and pleasant. It says online that it is a 2-star hotel but honestly I personally thought this was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

Tbh I was skeptical & almost cancelled my booking after reading the reviews. I am not sure if the mixed reviews were there before the renovation. I was fortunate that I didn’t make that call. The hotel is still undergoing some renovations at the moment. So, bear in mind that there will be little noises but it’s for the good cause in the long term. I got a room with a nice bath tub. The downside is the door can only shut either the toilet or bathroom. Besides, it could be even better if they could have provided more hooks to hang the clothes in the room and toilet. Other than that, everything is perfect. It is certainly a newly renovated and beautiful hotel but there are still room for improvements. Their staffs are friendly and helpful. I guess it’s much more of the Thai hospitality.

Very impress with the hotel. Newly renovated with designed. Our deluxe triple room quite large with the high ceiling and lots of space. It came with one double bed with two separate twin beds. A plus with the large outdoor pool to unwind. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. They communicate very well. Affordable and value for money. Great location very close to both sky train and subway all in walking distance. Definitely will come back stay and highly recommend

Rooms are big and clean. Walking distance to Nana Station. Price is very affordable. Housekeeping staff are friendly and honest... son left wallet at bedhead table. Back to hotel after 8 hours. Room was made up, and his wallet and contents were still intact. Could have a chair in the room.

We had a lovely stay at this beautifully designed hotel. This is not a full services fancy hotel but a beautiful boutique hotel. We used to live down the road from this hotel and have watched the renovation for the last 2 years. We only recently moved from BKK and our first trip back we knew we wanted to stay here. The Hotel is a IG dream. 3rd generation owned and operated. The current generation has been renovating and refurbishing the old into new retro chic. It really is beautiful. It is a no fuss hotel but amazing location just off Soi 13, so easy to get anywhere. The staff is super nice and the rooms are so cute, clean and nicely sized! Also, the price is very affordable. The hotel has been used for many photos hits as well as films… definitely a nice place to stay!

Everything was perfect in this hotel! I really loved the whole vibe and how clean, affordable and spacious the rooms are. If I were in Bangkok, I’d definitely come back here to stay. It was so strategic to just walk to Nana station nearby, had two 7Eleven downstairs and a whole street available for food, drinks etc at night. Cons: It’s a little noisy by the pool area early morning if there are kids screaming and swimming etc esp if you’re a light sleeper, the walls are abit thin. But other than that, loved our stay!

We really love this place. Everything here was lovely. From the pool to the room. The public area was well looked after and clean. The ambience and energy of the property was perfect for getaway vacation. Beautiful designed newly renovated hotel right in the center of the city. The hotel exudes an ambiance of classic midcentury modern vibes, and sophistication that is hard to find elsewhere with the gallery collection everywhere throughout the hotel. The room was beautiful furnished and came with all the modern conveniences that may need during the stay. The staffs were friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make stay as pleasant as possible. Overall, Miami hotel is a highly recommended hotel for anyone. The exceptional services, stunning facilities and enviable location make an unforgettable experience with the affordable.

I really liked this place, I stayed for 3 nights leading up to the Chinese New Year. I tried to extend my stay, but the rate had gone up a lot and the availability was a problem, so I went to another hotel. I would have loved to stay here. I stayed in room 320, which was quiet and very comfortable. Everything worked great (AC / WIFI and hot water). The bed was comfortable and the service was like clockwork and super friendly and accommodating. They provided two bottle of water per day. The location is great, close to the BTS, which will allow you get anywhere in the city quickly without dealing with cabs/grabs or traffic. I walked everywhere from here and I would definitely stay here again on another visit. If I had to gripe about something I would say they could improve storage for clothes, the room I was in had a few hangers, but no drawers to put stuff. Otherwise, a great place.

Outstanding. What a surprise this hotel was. Great location, fantastic rates and super helpful staff were just the beginning. You can only rate one hotel shower as "best you've ever had" - Miami Hotel currently holds the title after 35 years of travel. I'm definitely using this hotel any time I stay in Bangkok. I can't endorse it any more than that.

Wonderful experience with the new designed hotel. Rich character with the midcentury modern vintage ambiance. The room quite large and very high ceiling. All staffs are friendly and very helpful. The location is the best located in the heart of Bangkok. All in walking distance surrounds with many restaurants, department stores and all mass transit both skytrain and subway staytion. Worth to stay, will definitely come back again.

Fabulously located and everything you need is close by. Clean, renovated/upgraded and comfortable but very noisy from inconsiderate guests slamming doors constantly and shouting in hallways etc, don’t anyone know how to close a door gently and quietly? 😂 Staff/hospitality as far as friendliness and professionalism goes?, I would say that that it was just acceptable, cleaners and the guy running the bags and suitcases were the friendliest and most welcoming. Would stay again

Great experience with Miami Hotel. New designed hotel. Best location in town. Easy access near to all mass transit both skytran and subway surrounded with many restaurants, shopping malls and night street market. The hotel room quite large and nice decorated. Comfortable and affordable. There is 7-11 store, money exchange, body&massage shop, two restaurants inside the hotel arcade. Trendy plaza where VFS global for VISA application center located just next to the hotel. Overall worth and value for money.

The hotel close to everywhere, 5-7 mins walk to Terminal 21 shopping mall. 5-7 mins walk to Nana BTS sky train station. 7eleven shop is right next to the hotel and also ATM and money exchange in front of the hotel, it is very convenient to all travelers. Great value hotel. Extremely clean, good Aircon in the room. Newly renovated. The only negatives; - You have to leave a room key deposit in cash, no credit card option was given. - If you like a quiet room, this isn't for you. Lots of loud noises from people in the hallway. Doors banging closed at night. If you're a sensitive sleeper, you will be woken up. Great location.

Fantastic location. Extremely helpful staff. Stayed for 3 weeks in three different rooms. The hotel is decorated in the typical 60's style. So is the layout with a pool in the middle, surrounded by the hotel rooms. The rooms are very nice. The Internet is good, I used my own Chromecast. Storage is a challenge if you don't like to live out of your suitcase. Unfortunately there is no work desk either. I will stay here again, no doubt.

A really good spot to stay in a hotel. Close to great bars, food, and close enough to walk around Bangkok and find lots of neat places. The hotel itself has a really cool 80s Columbian feel to it. Most of the place is really well kept maintained. Rooms are quite nice and have a great AC for the 30+ degrees nights. There is a pretty nice pool at the ground level if you need to cool down. Some parts of the bathrooms could use a little bit of more cleaning in the corners but other than that its pretty clean. One thing that did bother me is the super heavy doors that slam shut and sound like a bomb just went off. People coming back to their rooms at 12 am can wake you up. Other than that I'd say for the price and quality it's worth it to stay here.

Location, location. Classic 1960’s architecturally designed hotel. Recently refurbished. Modern ascetic. Our room was located to the rear and quiet. Fantastic deep pool. ‘No frills’. If you are looking for a bed and a place to freshen up.. this is a great option in the hive of Sukhumvit next to Nana bts station. Good value on a budget.

We stayed in their signature room for 4 nights and it was amazing. Very nice interiors and comfortable. They provide 2 bottled water and change of towels everyday. We checked in early at 7AM and paid additional 500 baht (depends on availability). Service was superb! Shoutout to Mr. B, you’re the best!!!

    * update. I switched room and got a room on 4th floor which is very nice, tall ceilings, and comfortable bed. Best of all it doesn't smell. So problem solved. My advise is not to get poolside room as they are much smaller and seem to have issues. Once construction is over this will be great hotel with lots of character I just checked in a thought i would review already. I got a poolside room and for some reason there is a horrible unrecognizable smell possibly from shower drains. I read other review ad see other people complained about this. Also the hotel is loud and stuff is everywhere because it's under construction. It's not the relaxing poolside room I had hoped for. Well at least I only booked 2 nights. Oh the smell.. again horrible. Of the hammer drills!! Will they stop??? The wall they put up to separate construction side is haphazard and unappealing. This hotel has a lot of potential and character. I hope they get it together. Maybe I'll try next year. I am going to ask to switch rooms I'll update with how they handle situation. Maybe up the stars if handled well. Even a after bleaching the drains I am totally distracted by the smell of funk so I would have nothing to say but this is a total disaster. They are renovating and screwing residents out of value

The good thing about this hotel is that it’s in the middle of the city, so you’ll find everything close by, and there’s even a metro station right around the corner, and the rooms are also nice. THE BAD PART 1)You can not check in before 2 o’clock no matter what, even if the room is cleaned and free to check in. Need to pay fees. 2)There are some loud noises in the morning due to people cleaning, fixing/ doing construction work on top of the hotel( especially 3rd floor). 1 floor was fine. 3) The lobby’s staff will stress you to check out as soon as possible. I have like 5 mins left and they will remind you to check out, you will also find staff that are already waiting for you to clean the room right around the corner. No doubt, the staff’s are nice but the service wasn’t for me. I would recommend this hotel if you’re going to stay for a day and busy exploring around the city, but would not recommend it if you’re going to stay more then 2-3 days.

clean room, good service. the hotel next door was remodeling and work continued through the night. the glass windows of the hotel are very thin and I slept 2 hours. when I asked for a new room, I was told the hotel was fully booked. no one was called to ask to quiet down, police didn't get called. no refund given. I'll not return

Premiere plus room comes with a lovely bath tub that can fit in 2 of us. I stayed in room with pool view as the room facing the driveway can be noisy. Front desk service can be further improved by greeting the guests .

I came here with my fiancée to have our annual pre-Christmas holiday trip. My comments: “You get what you pay for”. Pros: 1. Hotel/Room: Easy to find due to the big signage, instagrammable decor/fixtures/ambience, daily clean towels, additional tissue rolls, topped up water bottles, cleanliness of room and entire hotel is consistent. You will always see their staff cleaning one area or another. Room was spacious enough. 2. Service: If you request for anything, they will ensure your needs are attended immediately. They are very strict on their no drugs rule and accommodating to strangers entering the hotel. 3. Location: Close to a lot of amenities (dry cleaning, ready to eat food, massage parlours, grocery store, 7-11 and train line, etc.) Cons: 1. Hotel/Room: Baby cockroaches found daily in the bathroom, room entry area (where you store your shoes) and the bedroom carpet area. Loud noises of banging and clanging starting anywhere from 1.30am-2.00am and will last for some time (coming from Hyatt Regency next door). Plug point locations not the most convenient. Could have more fixtures or place to put things (tables, shelves). 2. Service-Reception staff friendliness is questionable, dependent on their moods they might greet and smile at you, they might give you a judgy look or they might blatantly ignore you when you are talking to them (no eye contact, no words to reaffirm they acknowledge what you are saying, you’re not even sure if they are listening). Also please always latch your doors or try not to walk around naked/semi naked because the housekeeping will barge in without knocking or apologising (probably due to the language barrier), even though the room’s “occupied” light up box is on. 3. Location-Area is very dodgy especially at night if you’re coming back from a day out or just wanting to go out at night to catch the nightlife. Advisable to not walk alone if you are a woman and also to always watch your belongings.
