I recently stayed at Siam@Siam Design Hotel Bangkok and overall had a pleasant experience, despite a few minor inconveniences. Here's a breakdown of my stay: 1. Room Assignment: I had emailed the hotel months in advance, specifically requesting that the two rooms we booked be next to each other. They responded and assured us that our request had been noted. However, upon check-in, we were given rooms that were not adjacent to each other. I approached the staff who assisted us during check-in, showed them the email thread, and politely asked if they could fulfill our request. Unfortunately, our rooms remained separate. This was a disappointing start to our stay. 2. Dim Lighting: One aspect that could be improved is the lighting in the rooms. The yellow lights were not sufficient to adequately illuminate the space, especially during the evening. It created a somewhat gloomy atmosphere, which made it challenging to navigate the room comfortably. 3. Water Taste: Another minor issue was the taste of the water provided. There was a slightly unusual flavor that was noticeable when drinking it. It would be great if the hotel could address this and ensure that the water provided is of better quality and taste. 4. Late Check-Out: Initially, when we inquired about the possibility of a late check-out on the day of arrival, we were informed that it wasn't available. However, on the day of our departure, we decided to give it another try and asked once again. This time, the hotel staff accommodated our request and allowed us to stay in our rooms until 2pm. It was a relief and made our departure more convenient. Despite the aforementioned inconveniences, the hotel staff remained polite and professional throughout our stay. The overall cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel's facilities were satisfactory. Additionally, the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. In conclusion, my stay at Siam@Siam Design Hotel Bangkok was generally enjoyable, but the issues with room allocation, dim lighting, and the taste of the water slightly detracted from the experience. I appreciate the staff's assistance with the late check-out request, which helped improve our overall satisfaction. With some improvements in these areas, I believe the hotel has the potential to provide an even better experience for its guests.

Very disappointed in their happy hour. They are promoting their happy hour in the hotel and elevators. When we wanted to have a drink during happy hour on their rooftop with two friends, they gave us the menu. We asked if it is happy hour and they said yes. When we wanted to order something they told us that the happy hour is with a voucher and that it is only for ‘in house guests’. They also told us that there are certain ‘conditions’ for this happy hour. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and were neither given a voucher nor this information. When we asked for the voucher, we (in house guests) were given this voucher. Our friends that didn’t stay there, didn’t receive this. However, nothing is said on this voucher about these "conditions". It only says: Happy hour. When we told them about this little ‘scam’ they couldn’t answer anymore so we left. From such a ‘design’ hotel we excepted some more professionalism…

Located in the vibrant center of the city, amidst the lively hustle and bustle, this hotel offers the perfect location. Situated just a few minutes' walk away from popular destinations like MBK, Siam Square, and Paragon, it provides easy access to shopping and entertainment. Additionally, the Stadium Metro station is conveniently reachable within a mere 3-minute walk. The hotel itself boasts an eclectic and colorful ambiance, with various themes beautifully woven throughout its premises. While the food outlets are limited in number, the breakfast options are satisfying. However, it's worth noting that some room amenities, including plugs, curtains, and the AC, are showing signs of wear and tear. It is advisable to request a room inspection upon check-in to ensure everything is in order before settling in and unpacking. The Chief Concierge, Tina, deserves special mention for her exceptional service and unwavering helpfulness throughout our stay. Her assistance added immense value to our overall experience. Despite minor shortcomings, we had a good time at the hotel.

Loved everything except the breakfast. They only let you choose one hot item, and everything else is on a buffet full of sweet stuff but no real food. Don't pay extra for the breakfast, and if you get it included, don't choose the fried noodles. They are dripping in oil with no real taste. The pool is lovely, but one again, skip the food. Pastrami sandwich looked great but was mostly inedible. The quality of the pastrami was bad. Just stay at the hotel and eat elsewhere.

Amazing and welcoming staffs from front to back. Manager Natta is caring, polite and understanding. We had a flight delay, not hotel fault but he still worked with us to accommodate and welcome us after a very long flight. Hotel is not huge but the design and cleanliness have been well taken care of. For the price and location, you can’t go wrong. We have been to bigger brand name hotel but Siam hotel was the best experience.

Awesome hotel in a great location. More of a mid-range boutique hotel— much better than staying at some of the behemoth hotels a few blocks away. Been staying here for years and years— glad to see it’s just as strong now after Covid shut things down. Well designed rooms; walkable neighborhood with great transport links; awesome breakfast; great design and super friendly staff. Will continue to stay here in trips to Bangkok.

The room was a little hot and the AC didn't seem to help that much. And there were ants, but not many and we were able to take them out without further incident. Pool was small but amazing. View of Bangkok was spectacular. Drinks at the bar were a bit pricey, but there's a market nearby with plenty of cheap booze if you wanted. Here for a couple nights, will see if it improves. Overall really happy so far except for the ants and temperature. Location right next to sky train so easy access to the rest of the city.

This is one of the more unique hotels I’ve stayed in so far. The ambience is very nice. Love that the hotel lobby is very dim and filled with character. The check in does take abit of time though. The room was similarly nice and dim. Love the decor. It’s spacious with a sofa and table area to enjoy the view. Very near the stadium. The bathroom is adequate with a huge bathtub. The toilet area is a tad bit small. The location of this hotel is great I would say because the streets are clean with no street vendors. The surroundings are just very tranquil and quiet and peaceful. There is no reasonably priced massage parlours nearby though. The hotel wasn’t very flexible when it comes to accommodating guests’ request. We had booked the room without breakfast and would like to top up for breakfast but we would be paying the full price as non-guests. The breakfast is also very expensive if you buy it on the spot so make sure you buy the breakfast package when booking the room.

First of all the location is amazing. Very close to the next train station and to different important places. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned everyday and they always gave us new water bottles the next day. The whole design of the hotel was amazing and special. I would recommend any person to go there and to stay as long as possible. I will come back to this hotel when I am the next time in Bangkok.

Definitely a five star experience. Beautifully designed hotel with a bit of an antique touch. Great design overall. The room was nice and clean. Bathroom and other facilities were great. Excellent location close to Metro and walking distance to many shopping malls. Reasonable price and certainly good value for money.

We got a free upgrade upon check in to the club floor which was fabulous! Perfect location.. a 15 minute walk to Siam paragon and other shopping centers. Decent swimming pool with a nice view. Very helpful staff but reception can be more responsive when requesting a service. Highly recommended. Kob kun krab🙏🏻

Overall this hotel is great clean, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was amazing and catered for Asian and Western tastes. The location was perfect near public transport and walkable to mall's. Only a couple of negatives but wouldn't stop me from staying there again The room is very dark lighting needs to be improved and WiFi is Rubbish

❤️ 1. Eccentric mix of industrial designs, the artsy little details & Asian elements in their decor. 2. Very decent breakfast buffet. Staff are very helpful & attentive. 3. Room has a good view of the sunset & free viewing of whatever is being played at the national stadium. 4. Near train station, malls, konbini, restaurants & local eateries. 4. Convenient placement of electric sockets! ☹️ 1. Free wifi internet is slow. 2. Room could use a bit more lighting.

Rooms, pool and gym are all fine - what you’d expect. Ground floor lobby and Chim Chim restaurant are bright and airy with lots of plants and cheerful, hand-painted planters and wall surfaces. Very good breakfast buffet.

Great hotel, very beautiful design from the lobby to the rooms and even roof bar! The breakfast is tasty and there is a large selection, watch the sunset from the rooftop bar with a cocktail and walk to a handful of malls to buy whatever your heart desires.

Very nice hotel in Bangkok. The rooms are spacious and clean. The employees were very nice and you felt right at home. The entire hotel, including the pool area, made a clean and well-kept impression. The location is also great. The Skytrain station is just around the corner and the shopping center is not far either. A very clear recommendation from me.

Last week I approach one of their staff to help me setup my husband birthday surprises. I know I should request in advanced but I am so caught up with works. Luckily one of their staff to willing to offer me do a quick surprise for my husband. He loved it so much. He didn't expect at all. Siam Siam staff did so well in execution. I loved it so much! The location the services is top notch. Will definitely come here again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Poor service, bad facilities. I had sent the request email for baby cot before a month but hotel replied late and they didn't prepare although I check in late at 6PM. The staff brought the crib to my room at 7PM and it was old and dirty. In addition, when I came to my room, the electricity wasn't working. I have to went up & down many times for reception's help, but they only changed & gave me many other room cards and no one volunteered to check the problem. Nice view but the room is extremely dimly lit. Room only has a few yellow light bulbs, no white light and it's hard to find things at night. My room card was disabled before I checked out at the counter. Even though I checked out 20 minutes late, it was annoying that I wasn't informed of this in advance. In short, the service is bad compared to the price and 4-star standard, will not return.

Location is good, near National Stadium Station, and all the staffs are friendly and helpful. Room wise, it's a little dated I feel. The room wifi was very patchy. Most times, I have not internet connection at night or in the morning while in my room. Had to depend on my mobile data package. Love all the TV channels though!

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location is great and nearby to MBK, Siam square and paragon (5-10 min walk). It’s a fun and very lively area. There is also lots of nearby halal restaurants. The service was also good, especially from the concierge staff which were all amazing and very helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast and room service were also really good.

Highly recommended. One of the best customer service ever encountered. The WiFi in my room was slow. Informed the desk, they brought a 5G router up to my room while they resolve it. That aside, the room was fantastic. I love the bed, super plush. Room has that rustic but modern feel. You have everything you need, including a huge smart TV. Do check out the rooftop bar. View is beautiful.

Staying here 22.11.23 to 29.11.23.resonable location ,right next to 3 stadiums that have concerts until 10pm and restart again at 7am with window shaking music.close to train station, mbk shopping centre.room is dark (insufficient lights were you need them) and dated with very poor painting and tiling finish, chipped and damaged edges of counters,tv remote did not work properly, had do ask for new remote batteries.views...views of city smog and concrete jungle, but this is Bangkok.  The music in the breakfast area is SOOOOO loud.asked many times if it could be turned down a bit please but was told it can't...sorry.just to loud, can't have a conversation. Location good for markets and shops but comes at a cost of comfort and noise pollution inside and outside hotel.

Pros: - Hip & stylish hotel. - Excellent location. - Friendly service. - Room dated but still acceptable. Cons: - The whole hotel area and rooms are very dim/dark. Stylish doesn’t mean dark, unless it’s fine-dining or nightclubbing. - WiFi is horrible. Kept dropping off and even after I called the receptionist and she supposedly reset the router, still the same. Reconsider if you would need to do work video calls. - The hotel is next to a school, and from 06.15 in the morning you will hear loud megaphone guiding schoolchildren to do morning exercises. Consider this if you’re not a morning person.

I can not speak more highly of this hotel! Staff were amazing, room was immaculately clean and in great condition. Pool is just fantastic! Breakfast was great with plenty of options and loved the views from the rooftop bar. I will definitely be back!

Really fabulous hotel. Judging by the appearance of the lobby I was expecting the room to be a slightly better standard but it was still large with an amazing city view. The breakfast was sensational and nothing has compared before or since. Definitely worth booking the hotel just for the amazing breakfast!

An absolutely gorgeous hotel! We stayed for roughly a week and enjoyed the view every single morning. Several big malls are only a 5 min walk away. The borderless pool is absolutely stunning. I'd recommend paying the rooftop bar a visit as well! The staff was very polite and went above and beyond.

Nurses and staff take care and take care of patients very well. Good service. Call the patient to check the symptoms periodically. There is food to be delicious as well. In this regard, I would like to thank all the staff who really worked hard. And take care of patients like us. Finally, thank you very much.

Service at the hotel was amazing and staff are very attentive and friendly. The hotel is beautifully decorated and is lovely. The restaurant serves amazing food and it's a great perk being able to walk 5 mins to the sky train to help cut costs of taxi and time in traffic.

Simply fantastic hotel! Ideal location- close to BTS train, MBK, Siam and Central malls. Wonderful attentive and helpful staff all over the hotel, from the warm guest services, to reception and the cleaning staff - they left my wife a complimentary dessert on her birthday. Spacious and beautifully designed room, one of the best hotel rooms I have seen for the size and price. The bed is heavenly. Great breakfast- all the standards plus a unique special every morning. All the little things, it’s got a great vibe as a hotel. The guests and staff all seem happy 👌 Will definitely stay there next time I am in Bangkok.

Really lovely hotel. Close to the sky rail (BTS) and also close to shopping centre. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were great and very clean. Pool was fantastic with great view of the city. Lots of choice at breakfast, try the bread pudding, it was amazing. Will stay here again.

Hotel staff was always helpful and let you very joyful and comfortable. Especially duty manager K.Nathan. If you have chance to see him when you check in. Don't forget to say hello to him than you will understand what I said. Hotel overall is nice and price reasonable. Location near BTS and you can walk to national stadium for outdoor excerise. It is the hotel that I will continue visiting.

5 star service with very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel design is superb, you feel like you stepped into a museum/modern art gallery. Great amenities in the room with refillable shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel (skip the trouble of waiting for room service to refill supply). Got upgraded to Heritage Room, very spacious, beautifully designed, big bathtub, good bed. Location is great, within 5 mins to BTS National Stadium/MBK centre/Donki/Siam Discovery. walking distance to shopping malls and Siam station. Highly recommended

Stayed there may, 2022. From the onset it was amazing. The staff where very hospitable and friendly. The facilities (pool and gym) amazing. The views from the pool 👌 then chim chim was my favourite. The vibe, the food and the staff. Wish we could have stayed longer. The location was fab as well. from the train and bus, to the shopping.

Very Nice hotel, clean room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is a walking distance to shopping mall and sky train. The WIFI is weak, almost no connect in our room, they might need to install more WIFI AP to cover the dead spots. Over all it a good hotel, we'll stay here again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location if you are looking to do various activities as it is central and easy to get around to different places. Great ambiance and decor and a nice pool. The rooftop bar looked lovely but it seems to be closed. The rooms are very tidy and again nice ambiance Things they can make better: Breakfast: I didn’t get the free breakfast in my booking but I was more than willing to pay for it for the convenience before getting out. It was expensive so I went to check what’s on it and it was disappointing to look at- lots of sugar loaded things like muffins but I didn’t see anything healthy like eggs or even some cereal. Breakfast seems to be a different concept overall in Bangkok/Thailand but for the price of it they could do better than sugar loaded savouries. On my last day I realised their al carte menu is pretty good with great breakfast options unlike their breakfast buffet. The pillows are too soft and sink in and gave me a neck pain every morning but it might just be me. Overall, I definitely recommend this place for anyone planning to do/see various things and are not limited to shopping, sightseeing, nightlife, culture, etc.

We stayed only for a night when we had to come back to Bangkok before flying back home and we wished we had stayed in this hotel upon our arrival when we began our holidays. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Ready to help you at all times. The room was amazing, we really enjoyed the pool and it's very close to major transportation to get around the city. Breakfast was a bit too expensive from our point of view but there are local coffee shops nearby.

👍👍 Honestly much better than maidreamin Akihabara 本店. Other than the super long food wait time, food was good. Staff were nice and kept coming up to talk to us. Very fun vibes with the mini concerts. Very cute everything. But of course very expensive.
