I always revisit here at Pullman Bangkok King Power because of family time. My kids love its grand swimming pool that big enough and feel like freedom to play in water. The most I love here is their staffs that try to take care and so kind to put their mind in our family, we feel more than the customer but family. Even my kids, they love the staff’s service so much, there were many advice to get the best service, all we need to know we can ask to anybody, then they try their best to get answer back to us. I did stunt with the environment and area that should be one of the best place for photographers.

I visited Bangkok for work this time. I stay at Pullman bangkok king power hotel every time I come to Bangkok. I'm staying here right now. This time I stay for 10 days totally, twice 5 nights each. The reason I visit this hotel is delicious breakfast and swimming pool. However, the swimming pool has been broken since a few days ago, so I asked the staff to the time fixing, but they don.t know when it would be fixed. I can't use the swimming pool during my staying here this time. And for the first five nights, I booked a king bed, but I got a twin beds. So when I checked in for the second five nights, I asked for a king bed again and I've got it. Anyway, swimming pool makes me sad and uncomfortable this trip. And also there are no more free shuttles to the station. But still this hotel is very good in Bankok.

Excellent location. 5 minutes walk to the Sky train (BTS - Victory Monument). Have got 2 x 7/11, a clean massage parlor and a Mini mall right next to the hotel. Service was excellent. Rooms are tidy and cleaned several times everyday. Toilets come equipped with Muslim shower. They allow you to select a pillow type of your choice. Breakfast is amazing and caters for all types, and displays all allergens. Overall a very good stay for 6 days in Bangkok

Really not what I was expecting after the other reviews. First the positiv. The fitness room and the pool are really nice. You can train (when there are no children playing...) and swim. It's really nice. They tried to made up their mess with 4 free drinks which was a nice tried apology Now the negative: When we arrived, in the evening, the room was dirty. Hair and something liquid on the floor. They said they are going to clean it again but after we came back it was still the same. One time the room wasn't made up at all although we hang the sign to clean at 9:30in the morning. At 4 in the afternoon we had to complain. After that they came but forget shower gel and stuff like that. That's not really what I am expecting for 5 stars service. The room itself is a little bit old and the air conditioning is loud like they used to be. There is a lot of dust under the bed, seams like they don't clean here at all. The breakfast is okay. Nothing special but you can eat it. Sorry to say that but I would not recommend the hotel and would not come back, it was not a good ending for our holiday.

Warm welcome with thermometer check point and Alcohol washing gel services. There's the access ways for elders or wheelchair users as well as friendly used elevator. I went there for meeting, and dinner. All facilities are great, with delicious food and drinks.

Absolutely superb hotel. Beautiful gardens, awesome huge pool and the friendliest most helpful staff. The buffet breakfast is perfect. The location is also very good with easy access to the metro and taxi network. Highly recommended.

    1. Excellent gym, well maintained. But lacking some essential equipment. 2. Very huge pool, perfect to relax and maybe exercise. Depth is not very huge which makes it a bit less desirable but most people will be happy. 3. Rooms are a bit old fashioned. Doesn't look modern but they can everything from ironing to usb charging and great bed. Spacious rooms and don't make you feel claustrophobic. 4. Food service is very poor. We ordered food at 10pm, we were super hungry, they sent food at 10:50pm after 3 consecutive calls to them. 5. Smooth check in check out.

Aircond will become noisy and warm during mid night. The room is nice and spacious. Bathroom Cleanliness can be improved. One of the lady front desk staff is rude, who did room check in for us. Overall is satisfied. We requested connecting room before arrival but is not given. We request again and wait until 6pm only able to check in. This is inconvenience to us becuz we have a small baby and a senior with us. All of us wait until exhausted. :( The rest of the staff is helpful.

Stayed here many times over the years, and just completed another stay for a short business trip. Love this hotel. The service is great, the lobby is nice and quiet, rooms are well furbished. Only recommendation would be to place a small desk in the room.

Premium Hotel which located approximately 5-7mins walk from Phaya Thai train Station. Muslim guest will have no worries on their complimentary breakfast as halal buffet selection are available. No duty free shopping is also located right beside the hotel to enjoy great shopping experience. Hotel staffs are extremely accommodating and ensures that you had a great time staying at the hotel.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pullman Bangkok King Power hotel for two weeks, and we couldn't have been more impressed. The location was perfect, with the Victory Monument BTS Station just a short 5-10 minute walk away, making it incredibly easy for us to explore all that Bangkok has to offer. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently situated next to a duty free shopping center with an excellent food court, and there are also plenty of traditional food stalls nearby for those who love to indulge in local cuisine. The food at the hotel was absolutely fantastic, with a wide variety of options for both breakfast and lunch, including both Western and Asian dishes. The menu changed daily, and we were pleased to find that they also offered Halal options. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a luxurious mattress and fluffy pillows that made for a restful night's sleep. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping everything spotless and tidy throughout our stay, and the amenities provided were top-notch. We were also very impressed with the efficiency and courtesy of the staff, who made our check-in and check-out process quick and smooth. However, due to the size of the hotel complex, it did feel a bit like navigating a maze at times, and some rooms may be quite far from the elevator. Additionally, the restaurant could get quite crowded during peak times for breakfast or lunch, so timing is essential. Overall, our experience at the Pullman Bangkok King Power was nothing short of exceptional, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay in the heart of Bangkok.

My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights. This is a 5 star hotel that has earned its stars. Everything about our stay was perfect: service, accommodations, food. The breakfast buffet is the best we've ever had; literally better than any breakfast buffets, let alone hotel breakfast buffets. The inside of the hotel is gorgeous and the rooms are filled with fine details that make us swoon. The location is decent and centrally located. We walked to night markets, massages, pharmacies, etc. Highly recommend!

Staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. The accessibility features for wheelchair users are good. One suggestion is to have a bigger shower chair as the one fixed to the wall is rather small and does not provide much stability. An additional grab bar installed near the shower chair would be good for users to hold while standing or transferring.

Had a short but very comfortable stay here. Modern, clean and efficient with good public spaces. Food at both breakfast and in the lounge were very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient for airport train link. Recommended.

Although not centrally located in Bangkok, it is easy to get around with close proximity to transport hubs. The rooms are incredibly spacious and the housekeeping staff are very meticulous, leading to rooms and hallways being clean at all times. However, the air conditioning occasionally has an odour of cigarettes. The pool and spa facilities are immaculate, however, the pool is not heated, so I do not recommend swimming in the afternoon when the pool is in the shadows. The food is reasonably priced for a luxury venue and staff are always dutiful and friendly.

The hotel is very nice and all the facilities including the pool are lovely. The staff are well trained and very helpful and the restaurant food was excellent. The only reason I only gave 3 stars for the location was because I was visiting as a tourist and the journeys into the main attractions were quite long and if you travel in "rush hour" it could be frustrating. The door man did negotiate good prices with taxi drivers for us.

My stay there was very relaxing and comfortable. Room was clean and everything was kept meat and tidy every day. My check-in/-out experience was great. It didn't take me much time. Breakfast was great and I also enjoyed having massage at LeSpa. It was amazing.

Hotel room was good. Don’t have kids channel though. Service staff are very friendly. And they help you in every manner possible Please do not ever eat the hotel buffet dinner for these reason. That’s the reason why I gave it 4 Star. 1. Oyster was not fresh 2. River prawn was mushy 3. Beef was chewy in every donees 4. Beef noodle (is it suppose to be sour?) 5. Dessert (I saw a mosquito land on a mash mellow) 6. Ice cream is like a rock

Wonderful Wonderful service. Truly the land of the smile. I forgot what good customer service looked like. Big room. Bathtub. Comfortable bed. Gym. Pool. 24h concierge. All the amenities you'd expect. Great location near Victory Monument BTS. Lots of F&B around. Bargain prices available these days. Big duty free store attached.

I was there for dinner at the cuisine restaurant, the restaurant look nice, staff are friendly, food is okay but not much choices. To be honest, you can easy to book online to get cheap price for the buffet. The hotel room is good, clean and large paces. Location is 10 minutes walking from the Monument victory BTS station.

One of the best place to stay for business trip or getaway in Bangkok. Staff are friendly, Bee and Kelvin and make you at ease upon check in to check out. Not forgetting the awesome breakfast buffet spread you can start your day with. I love the juice section which have many varieties for your selection.

I stay in this hotel every time I come to Bangkok. Very good quality of service. Nice staff. Clean rooms. Swimming pool, gym, … The only thing which is not perfect is the « Unplugged » restaurant. You can easily find a cheaper and better food outside. By the way, I really miss the New York Cheesecake which was removed from the menu. I put a picture from my archives. Please bring it back ;)

I've been coming to get pizzas at the Unplugged Cuisine several times during the lockdowns without a fuss. I would give them 9/10 for the taste and for the price is right. However, just earlier this week, I went back and ordered a pizza and I found the staff to be rude to instantly approach me for payment while I was waiting for the pizza to be cooked! I was even more surprised that the Manager I asked to speak with would give me 100 irrelevant reasons why their staff would try to get me to pay right away. Can't you just wait until I receive my pizza? A similar incident occurred to me several months back where I had called in days before to make a reservation for my spa treatment. I showed up the morning of my appointment but no staff was there and spa was still closed. I had to wait around by the pool area for about half an hour. When the spa was finally open, no one was at the reception. I had to call out for assistance for a while to see if someone would show up to greet me. A female staff came out and checked to see if I was their first appointment. Then she asked me to fill out the health consent form which I was doing it half-way through when she asked me for an immediate payment!!!! I had left. Spa Manager was not helpful as I was on the phone with her. No apologies from them. What can I expect? How could you ask for money when you had not even provided the service. Pullman King Power is the most ridiculous hotel I have ever been to. I mean their staff are making me feel like I am being robbed. I am not used to being asked to pay without receiving any services or goods. I definitely have had enough with them and will not be coming back. I wonder why they are obsessed with immediate payment rather than making sure their goods and services are professionally provided and/or handed to customers first thing first??? It feels like a total scam. I DO NOT owe you anything!!!

The hotel was super cheap as I booked during this lockdown period but they maintained exceptional good service and made me feel home and safe during this special time. Thanks a lot for the great hospitality!

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. I'm satisfied because of the good services and strategic location which close to King power, other shopping centers and many restaurants. You won't feel disappointed with the breakfast even during the covid-19 pandemic. Definitely a must do if you are looking for a good time.
