Positives : A truly beautiful hotel with a beautiful room and thoroughly enjoyed my 3 nights here , the staff made you feel like royalty and was very personable, in my opinion they are definitely higher than a 3 star for sure!. Negative’s : First of all, The gym floor needs to be a grip type floor rather than marble, as that is dangerous and also the machines move when you are using them as they are on a marble floor. Secondly, we checked out at 12 and we went out for a couple of hours, upon our return to collect our bags from the baggage rooms , we politely asked if we could have a quick shower in the leisure facility as we were about to go to the airport to board our plane and they informed us as we are no longer guests at this hotel ( which is technically true ) we would have to pay 400 Baht to shower. Which I think is a very disappointing end to our stay at the hotel. In the end we had to pay and shower and the showers were freezing cold, so we weren’t particularly happy. All in all I would stay here again but I’m just a little sad with the customer service in the end.

The Twin Towers hotel is one of the best hotels, Bangkok.. Centrally located, easy to access all important places and easy to get cabs The hotel is neat, clean, and well maintained.. The room is spacious, with bigger size beds, a comfortable table for laptop working, a fridge, etc., Breakfast is good and has lots of food options Swimming 🏊‍♀️ pool nice.... Also, street food is right opposite the hotel with a good price.. Behind hotel 7x24 super market, get all things in 24x7 day.... Room price is okay through online sites... Overall, it's star rated hotel 👏👏👏👍👍👌

For the price, service, and location.. it’s worth the value. The service is just outstanding, I felt very well taken care of and my kids just loved everyone. It was like walking into family and a relative home.. from the people outside with getting a taxi or helping making sure you are safe in a grab to the bell service greeting and…I had a mishap with online ordering and didn’t realize I order from too many vendors.. the employee all where so helpful.. I had a package come after I checked out that was a vendor trying to make up for an order and lucky they were able to ask my friend to help get it to me. Breakfast was ok, pool was great, and the room where spacious. The room could use some updates but honestly it’s like staying at my relative homes in Bangkok… but someone helps me keep it clean.

Today is just my first day but so far I have been impressed with the hotel. It looks inpressive for such an affordable price and is very clean. My room is spacious and welcoming and I love that it has a tub as I love soaking myself every evening. It is more than what you pay for, guaranteed! And the staff are all super friendly!

We were looking for a place to stay for few nights in Bangkok. We found this place on booking. Pictures looking good but This hotel is very old. Rooms are large but old dirty. Toilets are old dirty. Floors not smelling good. For 2 or 3 nights it's okay for the price but not for a long time. Or when you with your family. Staff is very nice and helpful Location is also okay but next time we will book at shukumvit.

Liked the hotel a lot, you should know that it is very large you encounter countless other guests but the hotel is managed well and the size is not an issue. The personnel was professionel and friendly. The breakfast was good and it changed every day. However the coffee was served plain black without creamer of any kind.

The hotel is right off the expressway and is easy to get on and off. Situated in a quieter part of the town, the stadium one and restaurant options are 10 mins walk from the hotel. The staff is quick to respond to customer requests. There are two reasons: 1. I was charged double for the stay on two different days. When contacted the staff checked and provided refund in 3 hours, 2. The days I stayed there were group tours of 150-200 people (picture) who seem to be traveling first time and chaos. The smiling staff was an assurance you will be taken care of

It's labelled as a 4 star hotel but the building and interiors are very old. Lots of patches in the toilet, central lighting but some of the functions don't work. The room is quite dark. I requested a master bed but got a double bed instead. The mattress is horrible and has to be replaced at once. The location is quite strategic but not near the BTR or MRT stations. Lots of street foods at night across the road and a 7-11 next to it. The staff are friendly but not that helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to asking about train stations. A good place to stay if you don't mind all these flaws and a good price for an old 4 star hotel.

We loved this hotel! The room was so spacious, very clean, the staff were so helpful and always around. It was quite a busy hotel but never seemed out of control. The pool was freezing but I put that due to it being over cased for a couple of days. The food was lovely at the hotel too. Getting Tuk Tuk or Taxi is very easy they are usually parked outside on the main road. Seven eleven is just on the main road too. Would 100% stay here again if I was in Bangkok.

I lived there for a month. Good quality for a monthly price. + Room service every day +- everything is close, but nothing is very close. + Nice swimming pool and gym + Good air conditioner + Nice king size bed - for a long stay - no kitchen. -+ no safe in the room, but there is a safe next to reception. -+ ok internet, but not working pretty often. - weird, not convenient shower - not very clean for the ones, who love very clean hotels - not possible to open windows - no balcony

The lobby was nice and that’s about it. the room was FILTHY, there was a cockroach on my bed when i first came in and the bathroom is disgusting (but there was hot water contrary to what some of the reviews are saying) location is terrible (the surrounding area is full of sewage) but it’s only ~1.5km from the city centre.

Great place. Staff was amazing. Location is about 1 km from station. If you don't mind walking. However accessible by walk or tuk tuk for 50 baht. Highly recommended. Staff were very accommodating they allowed me to check in earlier as I arrived hours before check in time.

Service was top notch. Rooms were falling apart and mini-fridge was full of ice in the freezer box. Location is nice if you take taxi or tuk tuk. I find a 1 hour walk to most places fine but others won't.

My stay at the Twin Towers Hotel was impressive. The spacious rooms offered excellent value for money, and the staff, particularly the receptionist, were exceptionally kind. We were pleasantly surprised when our room was upgraded to a deluxe one. The only downside was the lack of a charging port near the bedside, which proved to be a bit inconvenient. Nevertheless, the toilet facilities were decent, and the overall atmosphere outside the hotel was quite enjoyable.

Room was great for the price, old school room controls. Service was not very speaking good English but all understandable. Walking distance from Chinatown, bus to Siam Paragon and Metro to the Airport. Would recommend!

Had a seminar in this place. Common facilities were OK. F&B was above average. Dim sum was the best among other dishes I had here. Staffs and services were average. Carpark building was a bit old yet excessively available. Didn’t have a chance staying overnight anyways.

Hotel staff really friendly and helpful, front lobby and pool are look amazing. When you get to the rooms they are a bit dated and dirty. Other than that can't complain.

Excellent value for the money... Noisy room but for the price can't complain at all

It seems this place becoming hospitel, coorperating with Thonburi Bumrungmueng Hospital for Covid patient now. I visited there for my dad's home isolation package. I purchased the package with Thonburi Bumrungmueng and they requested to get the medication and items here, also chest x-ray. There's no restroom available for detected Covis people. Need to be prepared yourself if you have to visit here for Covid treatment. Outdoor parking lots available.

Staff were fantastic. Massage was awesome. Unfortunately the motel is still in restart mode after Covid. We will stay there again however.

For the price paid, the room and facilities available is great. There is a breakfast buffet if ur interested at 200 baht. Alot is still under renovation during my stay but overall it was pleasant. Possible to walk to train station if those planning for a Chiang Mai train ride. Many local food across the street too

This hotel is located in a very convenient location in Bangkok. Easy access to most of the mall's. The hotel restaurants were going through a renovation. Very highly recommended

This is an old huge hotel. It is clean and not overpriced. I got a room for 30$/night. Rooms have a table and chair - so it is possible to work. Swimming pool there just for checkbox. Staff are great and very helpful.

This place was part of my trip itinerary to eat lunch. And thier lunch was a buffet option, given that it was only buffet the food was surprisingly really good. At the entrance before being seated they offer appetizers which I suggest you try if you are open to try new things. I can not recall what all three were other than one being fried tofu. There was a salad bar, mini sushi bar with very small pieces in a cup, different types of rice selections, soups, fried chicken and desserts.

Room is large but dated, smelled of smoke. Beds are hard and shower head is low so anybody over 5’7” will struggle. We booked a room with a king bed but got 2 doubles and a cot. When requesting if it was possible to change rooms or get a softer bed, there was a miscommunication with the front desk who sent a staff member to turn our AC up. The pool is nice but does get busy mid day. You need to leave a key in the room to keep AC/electricity on.

Kind a hotel's restaurant where you can find buffet, international and local food. We had buffet at dinner for our last visit however we were told that there won't be buffet for dinner everyday. Variations of food are good, so does the taste. A bit pricey for a la carte menu but can be expected from hotel's restaurant. Service is nice.

Amazing experience. A little off the typical well travelled path in Bangkok, the Twin Towers provided a nice oasis to explore the city. Ample breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day and all food we had on site was amazing. Spacious, clean, comfy rooms. Staff was incredibly helpful and great at offering suggestions for sightseeing. Went on many night strolls around the hotel and always felt safe. Will stay here again. hopefully soon.

The breakfast here was very good. The hotel has been hilled as a five star hotel, but personally I would say it's a strong 3 star hotel. Like in the top categories of 3 star hotels, which are very good. The rooms especially are spacious, but they can feel a bit under furnished but still extremely clean. I would recommend as it is super convenient to get around the top shopping areas but a bit of a walk from kho san road. All in all, a good place to stay.

Great food!! Ordered 10 menus of Tim sum splitted with a friend and we're very full. Price is reasonable. We paid around one thousand for the night. Considering the quality and amount of food, it was very well worth it.

Have a big room, clean, nice view, easy to travel in the city. But not so good for workation cause it has low lux.
