It says 4 Stars. No it is 2,5 Very dark, need total renovation. You can find much better place for the same money. Only positive is location and 24 hours restaurant.

The hallways were hot and with dirty carpet throughout. No where to sit comfortably in lobby. Rooms faced busy car park or main road. Bus loads coming into hotel until midnight. 2am complaining to hotel manager re noise from other guests, buses in car-park below and air conditioner. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Shower in a very high sided bath, too low to stand under. No toilet paper into toilet (what??) shows standard of accommodation.

They upgraded us which was really nice. Room was decent. Service was good and the food wasn't too bad. Just wasn't spectacular. There's a tour guide in the lobby but people kept trying to scam us in Bangkok so we stayed clear. The front desk was welcoming and check in was smooth. We really enjoyed our time there, thank you ! Might come back as it was in a good location

Our breakfast was included in the package which we had requested it to be strictly vegetarian. There was hardly any choice for us. When we asked for cereals it took them long time to get it for us. The staff were very miserable in the dining room. None of them spoke English so couldn't understand simple requests. Won't recommend to anyone who is vegetarian.

It is situated in close proximity to major tourist attractions. Staff very friendly, clean room and the bed was comfortable. As we were traveling with our 4 year old daughter they gave us a bigger room with three beds.

Hotel was pretty good for the price. The staff really cares about your experiences. The guys who offer tours are super nice and they are competitively priced. The location is great to a lot of the major tourist sites and some of the best food. If you stay here go to Thipsamai Pad Thai which is just a couple blocks down.

I booked a 4 night stay and left after one night. It was not a horrible hotel, but not what I was expecting. Staff was very friendly, English is passable for most requests. Also relatively short distance to shopping and the river. Restaurant is not great but very decent food. My main complaint was that it sells itself as a somewhat upscale hotel and it's not even close. It feels like a motel 6. Wifi is slow even with full bars and even when it's available it constantly drops a few minutes at a time... Even with full bars. The main reason I left though is that I had issues with the electricity. There is only one outlet in a corner. We needed to charge three phones. After the converters, we only have access to one port. So that was going to be a problem. We left a phone charging whole we went to grab food. 3 hours later, our phone had charged about 20 percent. This was the first day of our one week vacation. We knew it wasn't going to be doable, so we checked out and got another hotel.

Don't forget to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking a resort. This site will compare thousands of hotel sites and usually will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the highest rated in the area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you choose this place you definitely won't be disappointed. Conveniently right in front of Sam Yot train station. Good spread of breakfast. Hospitality from friendly staff too. Just the acoustic sound proof in rooms are very weak. Can hear each rooms knocking clearly for morning call.

We booked in here for 6nights and decided to oeave the very next day we checked in. Reasons? 1. The room is extremely outdated. 2. There is basically no chanrging port. Only one for TV, if you decide to watch tv and charge your phone/laptop at the same time, no way dude, you gotta scarifice either of it 😩 also the charging points are local, if you dont carry a universal port converter, you’re gone. 3. The lights behind the bed is awful, the switch is hidden under the bed, god knows who planned it. 4. They provide 1.2 litre of water everyday for 2 persons, which means 600ml/ pax per day. Any extra water costs 100baht for 1.2 l ... thats one of the costliest water i have ever drunk. Last but not the least, this is really not even a 3start hotel and they say its 4 star.

The staff was excellent. Our driver, Peter, was a phenomenal guide with patience when dealing with our, sometimes fussy, 16 month old. The breakfast was superb. Close to the palace, Chinatown and other destinations. Not a bad thing to say about our experience here.

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Standards of service are ok. In terms of doormen and welcoming guests was excellent. Food is really nice. Location is great. My customer service experience varied from staff working in the bar. We’ve faced a lot of difficulties maybe because of the language barrier.

Good value hotel directly next to MRT (seven stops from Asok) Good location for chinatown and palace complex area & riverside. Raan Jay Fai (famous michelin star street food) is 2 minutes away on foot. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are nicely decorated and modern, with an open wet room style shower. Would recommend if you want to be located near wat pho and the grand palace. (My visit during COVID-19 so limited hotel amenities)

This hotel has great access to many sights. The train station is directly across the street. Staff is very attentive and friendly. You need just ask and they will help. Restaurant and staff are open and available 24/7. The room I booked was massive And a top floor. It had a full sitting area, two king size beds, large ‘dorm style’ fridge, microwave, two televisions. There were no unpleasant odors Inside or outside the room and I had no issues with noise from neighbors or the city despite hearing birds chirping occasionally in morning. I absolutely LOVED the breakfast buffet. You can choose buffet or a la carte menu. The buffet of not included in your room is $10 adult, $5 child, free for young child.

Very old and outdated. Also very expensive for food and drink. Friendly and welcoming staff give this place the 3 stars
