While walking around the Khaosan road, came across this mini park with beautiful and peaceful surrounding. The bed of flowers on the entrance will pull off anyone to pay a visit to this park. That is how I landed up walking around this serene park. The farther side of the park has he beautiful view of the river and the other end a fort.

Very beautiful and peaceful little park alongside the river. The pavilion was not accessible to go into. Seems like a nice place to relax or even take a nap on one of the benches in the shade like some of our local hosts were doing

A small park with a beautiful pavilion and view of the bridge. The old Fort also adds to the charm of this corner park. Mostly residents of nearby apartment blocks and some transients lounging on the benches and under the trees. Temperature check.. in an open air venue? None the less.. got my photos, walked through and moved on.

A really nice park. It feels safe to be here. I can see many families with children playing here and enjoying the scenery. The river view with the bridge is also really nice.

Great view of the river and the bridge Rama VIII. It has different vibes at day and night. The staff work hard to keep this place nice and clean. The temple is not open for public access. At night there might be a venue for exhibitions in a cultural/ social event.

Small but so beautiful. No drinking or smoking and monitored by cameras so very safe. There was a small class doing a fan exercise class that was entertaining to watch and a sunset over the river was great. Also beautiful views of the Rama 8 bridge.

Small, clean park. It would be cool if the temple were open, but it's not. Great views of the river, including bridges and temples on the west side. We used one of the longboat guides posted up here - it wasn't the best deal I've ever read about, but they were upfront and fair, and we probably could have haggled a bit too.

Nice little park near the riverside in bangkok. Good place for morning and evening walks and nicely kept and maintained. Has a few good historical buildings in it

Very small park, itself there is nothing interesting. Drinking and smoking is prohibited. In the evening however it is perfect spot for watching light and music show at the nearby bridge. During week it's each 30 min from 19 to 21. Different hours for other days in a week, 2-6 shows per day. Lights how is nice and worth visiting but only ig you are nearby, don't come especially for the event becouse you will be disappointed.

Nice park Its prohibited to smoke and drink alkohol here, which keeps the place clean. Also forbiden to take dogs here. Regularly sweeped of leaves and greens watered. Its peaceful place to chill and read.

A nice quiet place to relax by the river with views of the bridge. I hung out here sometime because it was close to everything. Jump on the ferry ⛴️ less then one block away. Get a taxi from here can get you one highway fast. On good access to the light rail is the downside. But the ferry can get you to it

Visited during the 241-year Ratanakosin anniversary as shown in pics. In normal days, it's a great place to chill, stroll around, and admire the panorama view of Chapraya river bank. Many great resto & cafe around. Street parking is available on Sunday.

Great park for all active activities with a great view of one in two forts left around Bangkok. The park situated near the river and closed to community as well. Come strolling through the park or just sitting with breezy environment under a big tree and cooling river water.

The view from the park looking across the river is beautiful. It's also a great place to get some shade.

A beautiful park where I have already spent many hours. In the Corona phase, a few benches seems to have been lost. I find the closing time at 9 p.m. exaggerated and I don’t like the permanent presence of police or security at all. I seriously wonder what they are paid for.!? And one more thing: the terrible loudspeakers used in the evening gymnastics show belong in a museum.

It is a very calm place to sit and watch small boats going. It is a small park to spare a couple of hours.

A small park surrounding a historic fort in the old town. - Take a walk/jogging - Aerobic dance with dance lead - Nice bridge view - Surrounded by street food and restaurants - 10 minutes walk through Rambutri to Khao San - Next to Phra Artit Pier where you can ferry to another side of Bangkok, Thonburi.

It's a small public park next to the Phra Sumen Fort, which looks quite nice. You can sit in front to the river and relax and make pics of the Rama VIII Bridge, wich is illuminated in night.

Beautiful lake side park, sunset was so perfect here with the blowing breeze and large trees

  • 5/5 David F. 4 years ago on Google
Beautiful scenery, absolutely loved the vibe here. Kids and people from all walks of life will enjoy this public park, need a good weather as places of shades are limited. Bring mosquitoes repellent as the mossies will start buzzing in near the evening.

Its a good place to cool off the heat during afternoons and a place for recreation and relaxation. It also gives you a good view of the Phra Sumen Fort and the King Rama Bridge both day and night. It was also a good thing that we were able to experience a traditional and cultural fair there too.

Nice public park on the river. It was pretty clean

  • 3/5 Alessandro B. 4 years ago on Google
A nice place to visit if there is a fair, if not is just an abandoned garden near the river, few minutes are in half to take some photo and the tower is not open to visit. Frankly there are a lot of better places to visit near khaosan road.
