I have visited Vachirabenjatas Park (Rot Fai Park), which is an ideal location for walking, exercising, cycling, aerobic dancing, or simply relaxing with friends. I highly recommend going in the evening, as the ambiance is quite pleasant. During my visit, the Chomphu Pantip flowers were in full bloom, and the sight was truly breathtaking. There were many great photo opportunities to be had as well.

I wished everyone would check out this park after finishing the shopping at the market. There are a lot of benches to sit down or just walk along one of the many paths and get lots between trees. What was the most incredible for me: The free butterfly garden! Wonderful!

beautiful recreation park in the middle of Bangkok ... an oasis to relax during the lunch break or after work ... well suited for children ... camera and security secured ...that isn't a car dealer but a park. The "Vachirabenjatas Park", also known as "Rot Fai Park", is one of the most beautiful landscapes in the heart of Bangkok. With an area of over 375 hectares, Kamphaeng Phet 3 Road Chatuchak is clearly located in Bangkok. This area also borders the 2 parts of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit's park. And Chatuchak Park.

One of my favorite parks in Bangkok. It feels more natural than other parks with many ponds and old trees all over the parks. Hosting many beautiful birds, squirrels 🐿️ and monitor lizard. The bike track is shaded by the trees in most of the track so it always feel nice to bike around. There lots of grass space to play around or have a picnic. There is also a special dog play ground and a pond to feed the fish.

Nice park with both a walking path and a green biking path. We saw many animals here including squirrels, 3 Asian monitor lizards, a swimming turtle, and many fish. A relaxing place to wander around. Make sure you stop by the butterfly house too!

A pleasant, European-style park. It has a 3km cycle path all the way around (hire bikes for cheap at the north side), sports equipment, a playground, butterfly house 🦋 and places to picnic.

The most relaxing park in Bkk for me. When I step inside the park, I feel so relaxed and fresh. There is a dog friendly space as well. You can rent a bike to cycling around the park. The price starting from 30 thb for a crappie one 😆. The cycling trail is really cool and do beautiful along the way. I saw several fad lizard, they probably living their best life here. During the cycle trail I spot a turtle 🐢 and many birds. They also have butterfly dome, several butterfly in there. Sadly the water building was not running when I was there. Every time I go in the morning they close it but I saw it once in the afternoon. After fishing cycling, walking around the park is a must thing to do. There is a lotus field and gorgeous pedestrian to walk around and taking some cool pictures.

Great park for running and other outdoor activities. Lots of trees and flowers, perfect for bird-watching. There’s a flea market adjacent to its parking areas, good for buying some local breakfast, food and fresh fruits.

Wachirabenchathat park (or commonly known as Rot Fai Park) is located adjacent to Chatuchak park; separated by Kamphaengphet 3 Road. If arriving at Chatuchak MRT station either walk across Chatuchak park towards Kamphaengphet 3 Road (25 minute walk) OR take a taxi from the MRT station to the main entrance 5 minute drive . At the main entrance you have the opportunity to hire a bicycle for ฿30 /hour. There are 100s of bicycles available. If you want to explore the park a bicycle is recommended…. It’s a huge park. As it’s further away from the busy road you become aware of the quiet atmosphere. The only sounds are bird song and the irrigation sprinklers. There are numerous facilities for the fitness enthusiasts, young and old. Either before or after you explore the park visit the Thitaree Restaurant (located at the main entrance) they offer an extensive menu and the food tastes as good as it looks in the menu photos. (Makes a change:) The park is wheelchair friendly and service dogs are allowed into the park. If your personal safety is a concern be assured that the parks are patrolled by security personnel and they are stationed at each entrance gate & car parks.

A break from Bangkok's concrete jungle, this oasis in the centre of town offers a break from the hustle of life nearby. Parking is easy and there are several restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The trees offer shade. It's a beautiful park. Bicycles can be rented nearby and the parks bike path is wel maintained by Thai standards. A butterfly garden is nested within the park. A must visit in Bangkok

Nice ambiance for public areas, a park in the center of Bangkok city. Now they have grown the sunflower garden; it's wonderfully vast. A beautiful park with lovely sunflowers. Thank you so much for creating a nice place for everyone.

Beautiful park, well organised and maintained, enjoyed a nice walk and cycling around the park early morning. We reached the park around 6am and rented 3 bikes for 180 baht. The rent starts from 30 baht each goes up to 100 baht depending on availability different bikes. Please note that there are 2 entrances, we entered at one gate and walked to the second gate as bike rentals were there. Thankfully it was a enjoyable walk in the morning inspite of being a long one

Formerly being the State Railway of Thailand (SRT)'s golf course, the 375-rai (150-acre) plot of land was converted into a public park for recreational activities and doing exercises of the people living in the vicinity. Its name means "Vajira's 50", since it was made on the occasion of His Majesty King Vajiralongkorn The park is commonly used for biking. It has a winding three-kilometer track for walking and biking around the park. At the start of bike track, there is a rental shop where visitors can rent bicycles for riding. Near the bike track, there is a lake where people can rent paddleboats to go around the lake.

It's the perfect place to relax from the hectic society. There are bicycles for rent at 30-40 baht each. Use ID card to exchange and return the latest until 7 pm. I've been biking and picnicking with my friends a few times. The weather here is great, especially in winter. There are many trees that feel comfortable, clean, there are many relaxation zones and there is also a lane for people who ride bikes, and here there is also a a swimming pool, fitness center, and also a restaurant about 2-3 shops, walkout from here a bit, you will find Chatuchak Park and can continue shopping. Across the street is the Union Mall. I recommend everyone to give it a try. Experience the good atmosphere, cool breeze, and soothing nature.

What makes this park so special is that there are so many trees, everybody loves to come here and spend hours walking cycling playing in the playgrounds, or even working out in the public gym area. You are not allowed to bring your dog, skateboard, electric scooter, inline skates but you can bring your bicycle and there are dedicated cycling Lanes. There is a special Lane for small children to learn how to cycle. We taught our kids to cycle here

  • 5/5 Sirinapha J. 1 year ago on Google
I love the biking track. It's one of a few bike tracks in the city. Each round takes around 3km so, by completing 3 full rounds; you will almost hit 10km. Even the track is small, but people are nice, kind and respectful. Many families bring their kids and I think it's quite friendly for family or kids to bike on this track.

Great park just what a park should be. There for recreation education and exercise. Well laid out. Peaceful considering the mayhem of Bangkok is so close. Enjoyed the butterfly garden. The small farm allotments are great.

A well kept public park that has garden, lotus pond, flowers field, running/walking trail and playground! You can rent a bicycle from outside for a very reasonable price with various bicycles to choose from. There is a restaurant that is conveniently located inside the park (right by the exit /entrance)so you can park your bicycle inside while enjoying breakfast or lunch! If you rent bicycles, please be careful to not leave your bicycles unattended.
