Lots of people exercise here and I love the fountain plashing wildly into the pond, glittering in the setting sun. Magical. There are many activities here, joggers, dancers and also mass exercise. People of all sizes and age are here to enjoy the parks. A flourishing of spirit and joy. The lotus flowers were quite a sight standing tall as if saying, I am dainty and above the rest. The shadows casting on the floor were long and dark, which contrast made a good black and white photographs that excite the senses and memories.

Good for having a little walk to enjoy some old architecture, animals and plants. The toilet was cleaned and there’s a shrine inside the park.

Small park but a good place to chill for a few hours. There was quiet a few monitor lizards roaming about during my visit, but I've never seen them cause any problems, except for chasing the birds 😂😂. Next to some good temples, so is worth a visit if you want a bit of time out.

A nice historic park in Bangkok old town. Very serene atmosphere with European architecture and a chinese shrine. Also apopular place for locals to go jogging and working out. Photos are taken during Awakening, a seasonal lighting festival.

Saranrom Park... A lovely park at the foot of Wat Pho the reclining Buddha. When you visit the Grand Buddha or the Grand Palace you must visit this park...nestled neatly between these humongous architectural structures is this quiet abode of fresh air and greens. Enjoy. Just adjacent to the park is a bus stop. From this bus stop bus no 25 and bus no 508 take you to Siam square. From there you can access MTR.

This is a nice and fairly peaceful park to visit if you happen to be near the Grand Palace. It's not as large as Lumphini Park, so you will occasionally hear noise from passing buses, but otherwise there's not much to complain about. Sometimes you can spot small squirrels or large monitor lizards. This park also has some exercise equipment, weights, and evening aerobics.

After being between 1000 tourists at the sights near by, this was a perfect place to recharge. A small park with benches to relax on. I like it a lot and I think that parks are totally underrated when you do sightseeing in a city.

Nice and peaceful place to walk around or just sit and relax after the Grand Palace or Wat Pho tour. You could buy water or other beverages from the gates.

Relativ ruhig.

Beautiful park in the central city area. Great walkways covered by trees, flowerbeds, lovely water features and fountains. I saw squirrels, turtles and monitor lizards. Sports facilities and play courts. Quite an enjoable park.

This small park is great! So peaceful, quite, full of singing birds, not too many people around, and not so warm as outside in the city. The staff doing great job in cleaning the place constantly. Go here to take some time and relax.

Saranrom Palace Park is a hidden gem in the heart of Bangkok. It's a beautiful park located near the Grand Palace and is an excellent place to relax and take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The park is well-maintained and has lush greenery, beautiful trees, and a picturesque lake that adds to the serene atmosphere of the place. It's a perfect spot for picnics, taking a walk, or just sitting on one of the benches and enjoying the view. One of the highlights of the park is the Saranrom Palace, which is a stunning building with a rich history. The palace was built in the 1860s and served as the residence of King Rama IV before he ascended to the throne. The palace is a beautiful example of Thai architecture and is definitely worth a visit. Another great thing about the park is that it's not as crowded as some of the other tourist spots in Bangkok. It's an excellent spot to escape the crowds and enjoy some peace and quiet. Overall, Saranrom Palace Park is a beautiful and tranquil oasis in the middle of the city, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful break from the chaos of Bangkok.

It’s nice little park. You can also see some big lizards hanging around. Not sure what they’re called.

Little green oasis, needs a bit of care and maintenance. Surprising highlight was a pretty completely outdoor free gym.

Lovely park, worth to drop by if it's on your way. But not worth to come specifically. There was a nice old building, sadly it was left unmaintenance 😕

There are repairing works now, but park itself is nice and cozy, with the pieces of colonial architecture

Small park only 500 meter circle walk or run but most of the tree are big and greeny! Love it

Very quaint garden situated nearby the grand palace and Wat Pho temple. The gardens here are maintained in a french style, similar to what you will find in France, Versailles. You will see locals gathered here in the early morning enjoying their group exercises.

This place is a small park which contains some historical architecture inside. The greenery atmosphere will make you relax and this place is good for newbie runner due to the circle route is not big.

In our plan, I and my wife would like to go to Wat Pho, but that place just open at 8:00AM. That's why, on our way, I looked for a public park for taking a rest. This park is so small, it is smaller than a center park of Bangkok city, but in here, I was able to see a lot of outdoor activities in the early morning especially Tai Chi Chuan (a Chinese system of physical exercises designed especially for self-defense and meditation). Paul.

Very calm pretty green park with a good play area for children. I appreciated that there were lots of trees so not all the equipment was too hot to play with. I also appreciated the two exercise areas one of which is next to the playground so your children can play in view while you work out. We were very excited to spots squirrels, birds, fish and even a huge Monitor Lizard! A lovely escape from the hustle and bustle beside the grand palace.
