Best for students, workers and everyone who is looking for a quite place to work. Great facilities and good service. They have all kinds of books, good view, museums and even cafe. It was a great experience for me and I really love this place. It is totally free, it doesn’t cost you anything and you can stay until 8 pm in the evening. A must visit place.

There are a museum about history and how to make banknotes and coins, library, meeting rooms, cafe, vending machines, etc. I like to work here as it is quiet and has a good view of Chaopraya River. There is a parking building inside. The staff members are nice and courteous. The toilets are clean and well-maintained. There are ramps and lifts which make it accessible for wheelchairs.

it's good for a quiet reading, study or work. equipped with a nice rama 8 bridge view and economic books (ask staff to grab one). the place is quite restrictive, needing advance online booking, security check and rules. however stuffs are nice and helpful. they also provide free water. the cafe is closed on weekends though.

Too difficult to gain access, unfriendly for public usage. You need to book in advance before going, recheck-rescan your belongings when you change the zone (museum, library, cafe) Suit for researching purpose only

The atmosphere is relaxed and there are no fees. You can enjoy four hours of free parking. It's an excellent place for self-learning. When I visited on a late Wednesday afternoon, there were plenty of seats available. Private groups can also utilize the library. There are free electric sockets for charging and computers conveniently placed throughout. The view of the river and the bridge is particularly enjoyable.

Good location, close to the water, view of Rama VIII Bridge, watch exhibitions, read books, sit and work at the library, all very peaceful. .. There is a zone that is a cafe. Including a bookstore. .. There is a parking building.

Bank of Thailand Learning Center (BOTLC) is located on Samsen area. Right next to Rama 8 Bridge. Probably one of the best learning center/museum I have ever visit in Thailand. Rich information on historical background of notes banks, coins, print making, water marking, exchanging, value making, recycling and protection encrypted protocol. Nice interactive video and presentation. And kudos to our tour guide, very vibrant and informative. The tour takes around an hour. Booking need be made in advance via the website. 10x ppl per round. I think there is 3-4 round each day. Free of charge too. Nice cafe downstairs as well (A-Cup Coffee). Brilliant coffee and beverages. Best to commute via cab as there is limited parking and no where near BTS nor MRT public transport. Closed every Monday.

Well designed place. Library: Located in front of the river alongside some well mannered crowd, lots if financial books. Museum: Free access! Museum of money history. You may or may not need to book visit time. Cafe: They have well selected coffee shop on the first floor. The space is not so cozy but it does have good view.

Best space for study! It's really quiet and there are everything you need such as museum, private study room, meeting room, audio books and of course lots of English text books in finance and economics field. The cafe on the ground floor is decent with very reasonable price!

Amazing space for working, hanging out or just chilling out by the river. Good coffee and not so expensive as well. Cool library with cool facilities. You don't have to be a member to use the facilities, though you can't borrow books or other special offers for membership. Still, big impress with the facilities.

A source of learning about the country's finances and finances. The role and responsibility of the National Bank There is an ancient building to visit (Bang Khun Phrom Palace). Convenient parking. Parking is free for 4 hours. The next hour the parking fee is 20 baht. There is a coffee shop and automatic machines serving simple food. There is a library service. The place is spacious, clean, convenient.

Very good. Museums & libraries are valuable sources of knowledge. The place is spacious, modern, clean, comfortable seats, many zones, quiet, view of Rama VIII Bridge & along the Chao Phraya River. There is a coffee shop, but the seats are quite full. Clean bathrooms, convenient parking, free for 4 hours. Good service staff Especially the museum section explains the details well.

There is the interactive and modern museum about the Thai currency and the Bank of Thailand, just right next to the library. Exhibition is in both Thai and English and admission is free. Note that free guided tours are also available, both in Thai and English, as well. Need to plan at least 2 hours for the museum. Well worth the visit.
