It's a nice building but couldn't go inside today (Tuesday) hence haven't been able to give this place more than three stars. The approach is nice, set back from the road with a short driveway and several fountains.

Old Thai temple in Chinatown area. The place is not big, very few parking spaces. You would need 5 bht to enter this coin operated public restrooms.

Had a walk around the gardens of this temple which is situated in Chinatown. Lovely place, definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

A wonderful and very authentic temple with a peaceful atmosphere, a whole variety of statues, shrines and other beautiful items. And it wasnโ€™t at all busy on a Sunday afternoon

It's free to enter and a quiet place. You might want to take a look inside if you're visiting Chinatown.

Escape from hurry life out there and find a peaceful serene place, Wat Samphanthawong or Wat Ko is like a haven hiding place for relaxing your mind and receiving wisdom. Many Thai people know of Wat Ko for a location where they can pay respect to the statue of Khun Mae Bunruean Tongbuntoem (1895โ€“1964), a Thai Buddhist female saint.

Beautiful grounds to this temple. No staff to be found. Well maintained by ghosts I guess. Not a typical Thai temple. Near Bangkok's China Town.

One side of the time is still in working progress so you don't have a chance to go inside, there was a door opened where I could take this picture but, even from outside is very nice

Itโ€™s a nice temple that used to be surrounded by water. If you go up on the second floor, you are able to open the right side door (if itโ€™s closed) unhook the lock and respectfully walk inside to enjoy the hall where thai people come to pray
