On my return to this fine establishment after extensive travelling; the warmest welcome, Services from the Heart and professional dedication was accorded to me by all the beautiful staffs of this Hotel! Words cannot describe my appreciation and gratitude towards these fine promising intense hoteliers. Namely Supreeya, Nat, Pai and most of the receptions here can at any day, anytime, stand toe to toe with any International finest hospitality services!

Didn't stay overnight in this hotel, just had breakfast twice. The buffet breakfast was very good and the service impeccable. I was staying at another hotel nearby but the breakfast in the Marriot was a much better dining experience. Based on the lobby my guess is the rooms here are very nice as well.

Stayed at the hotel for more than a month and it feels like home but the only downside is that sometimes the ants spread on the table, location is good but would recommend them to have a transportation as Tuk Tuk to drop guests to the BTS ( metro ), staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Excellent service and reception

Very attentive front of house. Friendly staff and always put on a smile whenever I see them. Check in and check out procedure is fast. Lost my credit card during the stay, but hotel manage to find it somewhere within the premise and return back to me. Location is good with a lots of dining restaurants but slightly walking distance to BTS, it would be great if can provide shuttle to BTS for those people that having problem with walking. Just my few cent’s thought. Overall a comfort and friendly stay experience. Would definitely come back next time.

The location of this place was very good. I still can't forget Ms. Mickey's kind guidance and smile. There are 600m distance from BTS Chit Rom Station and 300m distance from other BTS stations. Also, there are many shopping malls around. The menu for breakfast is made with fresh ingredients and supplied. The fitness club and swimming pool are great

Very good apartment for family with Marriott standard. ❤️ Near by the park and malls. The rooms are large and breakfast was very very good i would love to stay this hotel again.

For the first time I see the hotel where everything is very well managed from the front desk, through breakfast staff to the room service. Perfect communication between departments! If you raise a problem to housekeeping, the reception already knows about it👍 Pros: spacious rooms washing machine with dryer kitchen good breakfast perfect staff(!) special thanks to Pao drip coffee maker in the room attention to requests, everybody is really helpful and friendly. Cons: old furniture cockroaches in the room (appeared after 3 weeks of staying, so we had to leave) windows can’t be opened not enough light in the room.

After staying many times in Bangkok, this time I have made a change to Marriot Executive apartments. Luckily I got an upgrade during check in to a 100 sqm apartment on the 20th floor. This is a great hotel with great service. Entrance not as impressive as in other hotels but the focus is on the rooms which are absolutely great. And the service... and the friendliest staff... and an excellent breakfast buffet.

The location is very good. My friends stayed here for two weeks. We went to the rooftop bar for a drink and then walked to the bar.yard opposite.

We booked the 3-bedroom apartment, and it was generally alright. The positives: + Sufficiently furnished and spacious for 4 adults and 4 children + Generally clean. Housekeeping came by every day which is nice. + Decent swimming pool and gym. There is also a tiny kids play area. + Service, while minimal, was generally alright the times when we needed someone. + Location alright. It is located on a relatively quieter street, but still accessible to the train station and shopping malls (10 minutes walk away) A few not-so-nice bits though: - For Marriott Bonvoy members, the number of points and elite nights awarded for the stay are watered down. It was disappointing that this was never communicated when we made the reservations, and came as abit of a nasty surprise for us when we were informed only at check-in. - Some of the fixtures did feel old, and some things in the room were on the verge of no longer being in working condition. - The air-conditioning was literally out-of-control. No matter how we turned the thermostat, it always felt the same temperature. The only control working on those things was the on/off button

We stayed for a couple of nights and found the service in this hotel to be outstanding. The breakfast is simply fantastic. The property itself is aged as can be seen especially in the kitchen unit and cabinets in the room, but everything is clean and well maintained. Example for great service: they prepared breakfast boxes for 5:00 am with no extra charge. We will stay here again. Taking a Grab/Bolt will have you ride for 30 mins to the main sights. You can walk however to the next big supermarket in about 4 mins and to the main shopping mall in 15 mins.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - to experience hospitality at it's best I cannot thank enough to all the amazing people I met at MEA. In today's time where everything is extremely commercialised and genuine hospitality is lacking, Mayfair Bangkok- MEA has taken the essence of hospitality to next level. I am short on words for the kindness and passion for serving guests attitude displayed by all the team members whom we had interacted during our stay. This shows that the staff are driven by pure customer service flair to provide exemplary service which comes to them as natural and this is what it makes them outstanding. To me this is on of the best hospitality I have ever witnessed while travelling around the world and I am so thankful to the management for honing such amazing talents who are assets to Marriott in harbouring such a wonderful experience for us. Big shout to Bell team ( Ms. Aor, Mr.Don, Mr.Tono and Mr.View) Front-Office Team ( Ms.Kath, Ms.Mook,Ms.Nat,Ms.Vii, Ms. Supreeya) Ms. Nikki have been phenomenal and delivered nothing less than the best despite of how busy she was. My partner and lil baby were both became huge fans of this purest form of hospitality which to us is the best thing...Apart from that staff went out of the way to ensure we had a perfect stay for few days which we stayed and believe you me, we highly recommend to stay in this property and experience the epic hospitality which the team is dedicated to provide....Keep up the great work team, Xx Cheers

Its a great hotel, my family and i lived there for 2 years and we have not been any disappointed for all those years. This hotels location is loud but it looks luxurious:) About the rooms, rooms were very nice, i couldnt ask for something better. I can highly recommend this hotel!

Great location and huge rooms. The key card or the elevator key card reader is a mess. Had to exchange my key card 3 times. Go for older properties like this one if you value room size.

This hotel is always consistent with the highest of standards and great quality of food - great location near Lumphini Park, you can also walk to Central World or Siam Paragon The hotel has got everything you could ever wish for , great location, superb facilities and their staff deliver first class customer services without exception There is also a newly built complex opposite hotel, which has a range of restaurants and food shopping market - all high end quality The rooms are of excellent standards and good value So if you are coming to stay in Bangkok this is the place to stay, it has it all Scotty (Room 2202)

An ok hotel. Tired but spacious rooms. Breakfast probably the worst I’ve had in a hotel in Asia; cramped, peculiar selection of items, decided to eat elsewhere for breakfast after 2 attempts here. 3 stars mainly for the excellent service of the reception staff, helped me with bookings and information.

Luxury condo that is loosely tied to the Marriott group. Location is not far from 2 BTS and 1 MRT stations though not exactly nearby.

The entire hotel staff was excellent and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special!!!! Thank you
