Desk
(Night
shift),
no
good
manner
of
greeting
or
during
checked-in
process,
not
willing
to
help
and
service
and
not
even
escort
or
show
direction
to
our
room
and
when
we
asked
where
is
the
way
to
go
there,
he
like
very
have
a
bad
gesture
for
us
...at
that
moment
was
so
late
at
night
so
why
we
don't
wanna
complain
anything.

only
asked
us
to
do
fullday
as
walked-in
rate...but
to

honest
i
believe
that
others
hotel
will
try
to
find
better
solutions
for
guest
like
day-use
or
whatever.
no
even
sign
registration
form.
Front
Desk
in
the
morning
seem
better
to
help
or
try
to
listen
our
needs
but
unfortunately
the
manager
still
not
find
any
good
solution
enough
also
not
checked
their
job
well
before
i
was
leaving
from
the
hotel
(i
asked
her
twice
about
any
documents
or
payments
before
left)
The
manager
called
me
after
i
checked
out
for
process
charge
my
credit-card,
i
said
i
will
be
back
when
available
cause
i
have
things
to
do
whole
day
(actually
who
wanna
go
back
with
this
hotel
and
this
service?
not
me)
finally,
after
she
try
to
blame
me
back
at
some
point
and
not
even
accept
their
mistake,
now
already
done
the
charged
without
my
signature
....
wowwww
so
impressive.
Room
:
on
the
floor
was
so
dirty,
felt
like
dust
everywhere.
not
same
with
hotel
picture.
Amenities
:
Good,
good
smell.
