    For several weeks, the hotel did not respond to our queries about the ASQ with the hotel (several calls, emails, Line messages but no answer at all). Once I was able to reach them, the reservation staff who picked up the call was very rude. Before I could finish my sentence, she kept interrupting and raised her voice and seemed to be upset about the call which was about the questions regarding the ASQ. At the end, the staff was still unable to answer anything. NOT RECOMMENDED for anyone looking to stay here for ASQ or test and go or even stay here in general.

    Stayed a night for quarantine. Bought a test and go package from a website. Pros - Reasonable price. Reasonably big room, stylishly and newly refurbished. Large bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub. Quick PCR test result, tested at 5 pm, result came 6 am the next day. Nice and polite staff. Cons - Mattress was extremely hard. (The beddings were of good quality though.) Food was quite bland. In general it's a good choice if you are looking for a quick stay.

    Wont' regret staying here. Stayed 1 night for quarantine. With Free pick up from airport to hotel Things are sanitized when entering. Have designated staffs. Room is clean Food is properly distributed may not suit your taste but its okay. Room is spacious. Have view at least to look into. Have time for the test and they will call you to go down. Had the test at 5PM,result was 8am the next day. Good had time to relax after flight before taking the test. Just the language is the barrier . Need to look someone who speak english in the hotel But all staffs i met and talked with ,theyre all nice Thank you so much.

    Service : Poor, specially with Front Desk (Night shift), no good manner of greeting or during checked-in process, not willing to help and service and not even escort or show direction to our room and when we asked where is the way to go there, he like very have a bad gesture for us ...at that moment was so late at night so why we don't wanna complain anything. He only asked us to do fullday as walked-in rate...but to be honest i believe that others hotel will try to find better solutions for guest like day-use or whatever. no even sign registration form. Front Desk in the morning seem better to help or try to listen our needs but unfortunately the manager still not find any good solution enough also not checked their job well before i was leaving from the hotel (i asked her twice about any documents or payments before left) The manager called me after i checked out for process charge my credit-card, i said i will be back when available cause i have things to do whole day (actually who wanna go back with this hotel and this service? not me) finally, after she try to blame me back at some point and not even accept their mistake, now already done the charged without my signature .... wowwww so impressive. Room : on the floor was so dirty, felt like dust everywhere. not same with hotel picture. Amenities : Good, good smell.

    Quite a few bad reviews. They are trying yo re-novate and rebranding into ‘Graph’ not sure if the same owner. In my experience, the room looks different from online but not so bad. Pretty good location many Chinese food. Stuff when I checked in not so good but when I checked out was pretty good. Hugh space for parking.

    Its a worst experience of my life to stay in hotel chada bangkok We went to bangkok and stay there when we went out for dinner they open our room n stole all our money which was for shopping n vacation i will neverever recommend this hotel to anyone not even to my enemy they all are so unprofessional n disrespectful they all are doing cheating with team work they didn’t allow us to see the footage they all are theafs cheaters dont ever go to this hotel if you don’t want yourself to be looted

    The managment is very unfair when it comes to refund money. They are great liars and this hotel should not be booked by any travellers who wish to visit Thailand. They keep customers money without doing any service, which is a mean and unethical act.

    Our $1700 got stolen from our room when we went out for dinner at 11pm. We reported to hotel and police but nobody listened to us. We had a very bad experience . We had booked 2 rooms and the theft happened in both rooms at the same time

    Solo travel and stayed in the superior room for 1400baht per night. The cleanliness and design of the room are pretty decent. You can tell the hotel is a bit old or run down from the paintwork of the wall. The lobby was under renovation during my stay but luckily they gave a room at 12th floor so I didn't hear any noise disturbance from the renovation. There isn't any restaurant for breakfsst buffet but they will serve it to you in your room. I think the price is reasonable for such room but my only dissatisfaction is the bed, it was so hard not even springy I felt like I was sleeping on a parquet floor. Luckily I only stayed for 1 night before moving on to the next city otherwise my back would be hurt. Need to improve and change the bed to a more comfy one.

    Horribly bad experience - Waited 30mins at airport for another passenger who never turned up and ended up missing the last Covid test slot and needed to take the test the very next morning. Told the staffs at the reception that the hotel could have done better as I had to check out at 4pm instead of 11am if I had reached the hotel on time for the last Covid test slot. Secondly there is no chair in the room and this is nonsensical! Does it mean to say visitors are not entitled to have chair because we came in via the Test & Go?! Also several chasers had to be made before the chair arrived. How did this make any sense?! Staffs at reception were extremely rude with bad attitude when answering calls, no greetings at all nothing at all except ‘2mins, yes 2 mins!’, coming you wait!’, ‘you take covid test already?’ etc i was flabbergasted how the staffs treat the customers. I will absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone and stay in any chains related to Chada.

    They all are cheaters. Bangkok is loaded of cheaters. We have worst experience with this hotel.Hotel staff non cooperative, they have stolen our money from the room in our absence, to our surprise they don’t even allow us to see the cctv footage, Police also wasted our time and did nothing for us staff members are so unprofessional they laughed at us because they were enjoying our trouble. Hotel management is the worst it was our vacation time which they have ruined n stole all our money . We will never recommend this worst hotel to anyone beware of these cheaters. Never ever go to Bangkok and to this cha da hotel .

    Good location, walking distance to The Street Ratchada, tuk tuk to Jodd Fair costs only 22 baht, friendly and helpful staff at the entrance, smooth check in and check out process

    I booked it via Agoda. I stayed here for few times. The first time was terrible because it was renovating. But the rest were totally fine. The place is full of tourists. Location is quite convenient (near 7-11 and mrt). All facilities after renovation are all fine. Standard room is perfect but deluxe is quite old. I personally hate the red curtain and antique sofa.

    Hotel is now renamed as Graph hotel but under Cha-Da group, if you grab you can put Bangkok cha da hotel if you didn’t manage to find the hotel. The room has been renovated slightly, able to see slightly old design but at least the toilet is clean, breakfast wise if you are not a picky eat it’s edible, if you are picky eater like me, just skip or don’t get the breakfast option. Head to somewhere to eat is better and to save some money. There’s a 25% off Starbucks ( in the lobby) if you are a staying customer

    It was Bangkok Chada Hotel currently it name now has changed to "graph" with nicer renovation, Starbuck Coffee shop is provided ...cool and chic !

    Hotel room is clean and they are near to MRT Huai Khwang station. About 4-5 mins walk. There are 7Es nearby and bus stop too. No iron, toothbrush provided for Superior room. Receptionist can’t understand English very well. Tips: hand signals & GOOGLE 😅 Unfortunately, they can’t speak and understand English. Poor thing for people who are working at a hotel ESPECIALLY AT THE FRONT COUNTER. Wasted 30 minutes about the wrong charges they made! What more disappointing is the hotel staff was so defensive despite their mistakes. It was a very straight forward laundry form. All the price and type of services listed on the form and DOESNT require English to understand that. Didn’t expect Thais to use proper English. I respect their culture and language but if you are working at a freaking hotel AT LEAST GO TO FREAKING ENGLISH CLASSES! Tourists come from all over the world not just Thailand.

    Fair priced hotel that was renovated not very long ago. Has lots of Asian guests which might not be for everyone. Close to public transport (Metro) and good restaurants, market and entertainment. Friendly personnel and a decent breakfast buffet that will serve every taste.
