Using conference room with ok price Table can be arranged in many ways Staff are OK but lack of some knowledge about cables connecting TV and can't solve problem right away. However, they react fast and urge to help. Snack for break is ok, nothing fancy Chinese food for lunch on 21st floor is amazing! If you looking for conference room with lunch included, I recommend this place

The rooms are not well cleaned. Amenities were not prepared unless we asked for them. The receptionist on the first day was very unhelpful. Breakfast was overcooked bacon. It didn't feel like a five-star hotel.

Got this hotel as it is near to the conference place I was attending. We were also celebrating our anniversary, which the hotel staff has provided very nice decorations and a lovely cake. A great experience! We got the family room with kitchette, which comes with lounge access and breakfast buffet and 2 free pieces for laundry daily. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They are also very efficient in making the room and provide great services. The breakfast buffet spread is good. Ample seating is available. Perhaps one minor point is the consistency (Eg: the hot chocolate and latte taste different on different days, and the refreshing towels were not served on certain days). The room was very big and awesome! Spacious enough for my boy to run around. The bed was very comfortable and provided us with a much deserved rest after days of shopping around and conferences. The room also has a nice view of the Lumpini park and the roads and gosh they were super crowded even at night! I would have hoped to use more of the hotel facilities but time just didn’t allow. Overall, a lovely experience and I will fully recommend it!

Not the fanciest hotel but super convenient and stellar rooftop pool with great steam/sauna open till 10:00pm. Swam every night as the pool temperature is good for leisure and swim. The rooms are old fashioned but quiet and very comfy. Bed is excellent and view of city is nice. I had the executive package for floor and lounge access, which was super relaxing and just redone. Soaring ceilings lounge and nice decor. Can cross the street to Lumpini Park for walks. Behind hotel many fun places to eat and walking easy to mall shops. A great location and a great price. Nice staff. Lots of business people so avoids let’s get drunk/party in Bangkok crowd. Also less selfie idiots huge plus on all fronts.

A home from home! I have been coming here for many years and I always feel very welcome and in good hands. I appreciate the personal receive and service understanding of the entire hotel team. This year I booked the first night under the BKK Test&Go with CP Lumpini and I was extremely satisfied and impressed how smoothly all went. The only caveat I have is regarding the general condition of the hotel, which urgently must undergo a renovation. At least the very old and smelly carpets in the rooms must immediately be replaced. I understand that hotels underwent a difficult time due to COVID, but still I believe that a minimum investment must be done in order to be able to offer rooms of a quality being appropriate to the level of the hotel.

Definitely one of the best hotels in Silom area. I find that a lot of hotels in Thailand are a little tired but the Crowne Plaza has renovated their rooms which were excellent anyway. Great pool too, not just a foot spa that so many hotels have these days! Some people may not like the 2 lift commute to the ground but it was never a problem and I never had to wait. I will choose the Crowne Plaza for future trips to Bangkok.

The room is very spacious. Their tv has both local and international contents. The bath room has supports for elderly people such as hand rails. Breakfast comes in wide variety and all are very delicious.

I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, and I must say that the service during my stay was satisfactory. Starting from the swift check-in process, the hotel staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, and the hotel facilities were comprehensive, truly catering to their guests. However, there is one aspect that requires improvement, which is the breakfast menu that appeared rather monotonous and lacking variety. Hopefully, moving forward, this will be a particular focus for the hotel management. Thank you.

Not deserve for the 5 star hotel. Dont expect they treat you as good as other brand in other country. I am platinum elite member and book it to stay 1 night in 31/12/2022 for countdown. However i checked out at the same day at 31/12/2022 because the way they treat a platinum elite.

I stayed there a couple of times for a business trip. The rooms are clean and big. The breakfast is nice and have good options to serve all kinds of cuisine. It is near to metro station which is only a few minutes away. The amenities are great and staff is always at hand for anything.

A good hotel. 3 stations away from city center. At a large street easy to reach by BTS car or walking. Red light district and gay venues just around the corner. Rooms are getting old and need renovation. They started doing this now. Balcony for breakfast, bar and old reception area as well as floor 24/25 are closed now. We did not have any noise from this renovation. A wonderful view from each room . Pool is open and still the same. Rooms are big, shower and bathtube, 2 sinks and a bidet toilet. Service is excellent. Breakfast is over the standard! Really worth to try! Smoking rooms available! Very clean rooms and perfect beds.

Pros: - everything is very quick (they clean the room while you are having breakfast) - every request is handled immediately - WiFi is good - breakfast is intimate, there is always smth to choose from - coffee is ok - 2 restaurants in the hotel, 1 bakery and 1 bar with live music in front of the hotel. Cons: -small rooms - windows don’t open

Nice hotel rooms, Their lunch is amazing. Location quite ok 2-3 stops from Siam, Bike would not close more than 40-50B. Overall fine will stay again!!!

I stayed here for my anniversary. I stayed in premium room, had a afternoon tea, cocktail dinner, and breakfast. The place is clean and well maintained. The room is clean and neat. The bathroom is lovely, good size, good shower,good water temperature. The bed is clean and tidy. Food are all good.

Stayed here for the 1st time. Hotel is under renovation. Our room was ugraded due to IHG membership status. The suite is huge but the interior is old. Room is clean and the shower is superb! Breakfast at the club lounge is wonderful with many choices. Love the overnight oats. Lots of foods that I can eat and staff are very helpful. Some cannot speak English but the have others who can assist. They really try their best to make every guest feel welcome and treated well. Good job Crowne Plaza.

Hotel location is right at center of Bangkok business district, easy access to all services in town. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Club lounge at level 31 is one of the best, wide open space for relax and discussion. Currently there is some renovations work at hotel. I concerned noise during office hour, front desk manager K. Bee take immediate attention to our concerns and offer us upgrade to quiet corner. We have wonderful time during our stay. Highly recommended.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The suite room was very nice. Valuable price to stay. The room is clean and full facility. The food is good taste too. I reduced 1-star because of it noisy from renovation at daytime, by the staff didn't inform me when I booked the room. If so, I will change the plan to stay.
