Good price in the range of 12-14 usd. Location is far from Silom and Siam/MBK and MRT/BTS. No elevator and you may have hardtime to carry your luggages via the narrow stairway on the way to 5th floors. If you are intended to be around Sathorn area which is nearby Malaysia hotel then it's a good place to try...otherwise, not recommended. For the room, very basic, decent clean for what you pay and don't expect room service daily as they don't clean room until you check out.

Thank you from Indonesia for the warm welcome, you need to provide TM-30 for the foreigner to stay. I was there a month without TM-30 for Visa renewal.

This was possibly the worst customer service experience I've faced in my whole life. This will be a long post. First if all, the only reason we booked this place (through airbnb) was because it said it was close to Mr Joe's (a famous restaurant that we wanted to visit, we only had one day in Bangkok to do so). So first we booked the place with the instant booking option, and messaged our host for the name of the place. No reply. So I typed in the given name into our GPS and ended up in a totally wrong hotel. At this point, we used the directions option on the airbnb app. Nope, terrible idea. We ended up in the middle of nowhere, terrifying slums to be exact. Not a place you want to look like a tourist like. Finally we type in the name of a restaurant located near the hotel and ask an Uber driver to take us there. Finally after another 10 minutes of walking around we find this place (it matched the pictures on the app). But our nightmare doesn't end here. We arrive to a poor receptionist who barely spoke a word of English to find out they overbooked the hotel. At this point we wanted to cut our losses and get a refund. Nope, that didn't work either. We tried calling the host but apparently she was travelling abroad... We tried calling the coowner as well, but he couldn't help either. We finally gave up and found another hotel, the AIM which was beautiful and amazing. Book there instead, it cost more but it's worth it. But our story doesn't end there either. At 1am we were woken up with a message from our host. She said she was sorry but her brother lost the key or some excuse like that. And she offered us to stay with them the next night instead... As if, we had a flight the next day, and we'll never go back after that experience. Now we have to deal with Airbnb for a refubd, because our host failed to do so. Saddest part is, we wasted our whole day, and couldn't go to Mr Joe's 😭

Spent a month here, thanks Ploy you are a very good Hotel Manager. This hotel need to provide TM-30 for Foreigners. I am willing to spent THB 11.000 per month including electricity bill if you can provide TM-30. Thank you from Indonesia. Teacher with his mother who teach at Crescent International School last year. We lived here for 3 days. Staff didn't change the sheet, towels, empty waste basket...

    1. Very good rooms , clean and well maintained . An outstanding and lavish view out the window panel if you're fortunate enough to get the room facing the cityscape. 2. Washrooms and shower is one you would cherish at the price you're paying. Not touche but sure to give the asthetic vibes of aristocracy for what you're paying for 3. Nearby Metro for travel 4. Friendly staff and very cooperative 5. Nearby Seven11 to get your meal or a cup of coffee on the go 6. Internet connectivity is good 7. Relatively dark place and might prove a needle in the haystack to be found as it located deep in a maze of alleyways

They gave my room away to someone else. I had booked just one night at the Boss’ Sathorn Hotel as I was coming from south of Thailand that same day and flying early the next Morning. After a 14 hour journey to Bangkok, quite late in the evening, I was met by a very confused staff member who told me to wait, I waited for a good 30 minutes while he was obviously trying to get in touch with someone. He then told me that the booking was cancelled. I had had no message or anything indicating it had been cancelled until just after he said that when I got an email from Agoda saying that the hotel was trying to cancel my booking. So they sneakily went and cancelled my booking while I was sat there waiting for my room that had been paid and confirmed days in advance. So then quite late at night I ended up having to walk alone on the streets with all my stuff looking for somewhere to sleep. As a female solo traveller this did not feel very nice at all. I ended up finding a place for double the price and in the end, after wasting 2 hours on waiting for them to screw me over and finally find a place that had a room available, I got about 5 hours of sleep. Safe to say I was extremely upset.

First room they put us in the sink was broken, second room the water heater broken and when we told management they refused to change room, the sink was leaking, the door to bathroom broken, multiple other small items broken. Was funny everytime after a while I came across a new broken item, never stayed at a more broke run down hotel before but the rooms are lare and clean. Also hotel did not accept cash very weird.

Stay far as possible from this place.. is a trick! The pictures was taken at the opening maybe, but now is impossible and insane for a human tto sleep there! Is mainly used by the owner as office and storage. In the rooms the air is unbreathable cause humidity is everywhere creating mushrooms on the walls; have no parking as adviced, no light in the upper floors, electric cables hanged on the window, the employee not speak english.. need more? We contacted the owner telling we can not sleep in these conditions and.. no refund! He kept the money for NOT SLEEPING THERE!

No lift and they gave me room at 4th floor but actually it is 5th floor, it was so tiring to go to the room. Also there are gekkos at the room

The furniture is completely worn out. The hotel is dirty. The rooms are not as big as advertised. The premium bathroom is far from premium. The fridge didn't work either. But if you are looking for cheap, then this is the place.

Good hotel for 1-2 nights stay. It's old but has air con and big rooms. The staff is very nice. Street food and little restaurants nearby. Sathorn area, very local.

Absolutely do not book a room here. I have very low standards and even I couldn’t stay here. I walked out immediately after checking in. The rooms are absolutely disgusting. Mold everywhere. Ripped sheets. Just filthy. The worst I’ve ever seen.

At first no star. I am staying now at this horrible hotel. No person at reception who knows little English. No room service, No cleaning. When we arrived no one take us to the room. We found our room of our own. No drinking water in room. No telephone to call reception if any problem arises. I don't understand why site like agoda keep this hotel in their website. Never stay here. I repeat never ever.

The quality price of this place is pretty good. AC, Fridge, TV, King size bed, Hot shower, courtesy water and coffee for a good price if you book online. 15 mn from MRT Some walls need some paint, the staff speak limited English and if you stay at the top floor you need to climb 5 stairs but isn't a problem for me.
