Another thing, if you planning on getting a girl, then there are no extra charges also the property will not be liable nor keep her ID card. You are on your own.

The rooms smell terrible. There is no WiFi here except for in the lobby. The staff are very unhelpful and both of them were facetiming their friends while we were trying to talk to them so they wouldn't even pay attention to us. Towels also cost 50 baht to use. Overall I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone.

Extremely hot rooms without window, consider to hire an air-conditioned one because we stayed in a fan one and it was horrible. Have just cold water wasn't so bad considering the situation but share the room with a big cockroach. The staff was nice enough. Quiet location with many food options around.

I had a very bad experience. * The WiFi was not working and the receptionist lied about it. * The room was too small. * There was no cupboard. * Power plug was far away. * The Air Conditioner was not working. * Unable to lock the bathroom door. * No Air Ventilation.

The room was fine a lil bit dsturbing cause you can hear the noise in the other room, The toilet was dirty. They gave us dirty and reap towel. No free water, Unapproachable front desks (except the one Filipino guy on midshift and The Thai guy on night shift they're very nice) Hopefully next time the guys at the front desk will be able to know how to greet, approach and assist the guests appropriately, and please wear appropriate dress you are working in a hotel! not shorts, slippers and folded tshirts (seems like that one guy in front desk bragging his big tattoo)

The worst hotel I have ever stayed. It's my first time I in countered this kind of place. Rooms are like 100 years old. TV is broken in most of rooms. Best thing is no staff at all. Just one Filipino receptionist is there who even don't know where is nearest atm is. Bad experience very bad experience with this hotel. Be careful to book this place

The place is by no means a 3 star hotel. It's a budget place (in fact one of the cheapest ones) and you get what you pay for. Interior is ran down, but not very dirty. Nevertheless, it's ok for a short stay if you are looking for a private room near Sukhumvit and don't want to spend too much. Aircon and WiFi are ok. The area is not bad and relatively calm.

We are so disappointed with this place. There is no ventilation!AC remote is not working, the towel given to me was like bitten by a dog (seriously). There's a mini fridge and an electronic kettle but there is no complimentary water haha... Staffs seemed to be nice but not trained because you can't feel the hospitality and doesn't even apologize for any inconvenience. There's a paper posted at the back of the door with their rules which they don't even follow! One says like "making up rooms are by request so inform the front desk" I and my friends didn't request to clean our room because we don't want our things to be touched! But they/someone went inside to fold our blankets and towels, what if something went missing? What's the use of the rule or requesting? Emergency exits are not highlighted on where you're supposed to run/escape. So disappointing. #NeverAgain

We dropped our stuff there after staying for 2 nights, told them we would come back 3 nights later (repeatedly to make sure they understood correctly) which we had arranged earlier, they told us it was all good, we come back at 7 pm after a 4 hour bus drive just for them to tell us they booked our room out to someone else, we were scrambling for a place to stay the night during one of the busiest periods of the year and they didn't lift a finger to help us out. their English is terrible and this is the worst hotel experience I've ever had and I hope nobody makes the mistake of booking this place.

Its a great place to stay beyond what you should expect given the budget you paid for the room. Contrary to what the others are saying to it being hot and dirty, the room is quite cold and is regularly cleaned. Of course they felt it to be hot coz they stayed in non airconditioned rooms..what do they expect? Stay in ac room people. As for the cleanliness its clean and you can always ask them to do their regular housekeeping but as guests we have to not be pigs in our rooms too. The room is spacious with a terrace. It has a ref a table a water heater and your own bathroom..and may i remind you all how affordable the place is. The bathroom is sufficient enough and the beds comfy. Plus its accesible to a 24hr mart..to the cheapest diners and restaurants..(i recommend sawadee restaurant .delicious and affordable too). Hotel is a ride away to bts station too. Staff are friendly. Wifi isnt too strong but manageable and gets better when at the terrace. I highly recommend this hotel to all. Especially to those who wants a quality affordable space with access to basic services.

The wifi is bad, the receptionist even suggest us to buy our own internet data. Some of the room does not even have a proper lightning due to the position of the window. The cleanliness of the room was quite bad but the bathroom is clean and tidy.
