No water pressure. The shower didn’t work at all, as in no water came out at all. The faucet dripped just slightly. Imagine not being able to shower after a day of sweating in Bangkok. Staff refused to help and didn’t seem to care. I Asked to transfer to new room, or fix it, and they replied “nothing we can do”. They told me to shower outside. They brushed me off and ignored me. Rest of the room was so so. Linens smelled a bit like body odor. There was some crumbs in the bed. Not that it made me dirtier because I couldn’t shower properly. At least the air conditioning worked. Stayed one night and left. Not worth it.

By far one of the worst places I've had the misfortune of staying in. The room was very run-down with peeling paint, the heater was leaking which further reduced the already dismal water pressure, the basin outside the bathroom with the tap almost falling off, the mini-fridge stank of mold and the balcony was shared with adjacent rooms. The only saving grace was the relatively nearby bars and food options.

This is from a solo travel on a budget. I really liked the staff. The beds were comfy. Its is not really the cleanest place but it is a option if you are looking for a cheap place not near Khao San. Theres a lot of restaurants near by. Close to a lot of malls which was nice. Theres a broken pool table and people laying around the common area all day that dont seem to be guest.

Before Covid, I spent 2 to 3 times a year every now and then some days in the area - in different low "low cost" hotels, i.e. with prices around 1000 THB per night. The first time now in the CheQinn Hotel. I liked it very much, nice and clean, big room (less than the 32m2 indicated in booking, but sufficiently big). The staff was always very friendly. We even were partying one evening at a nearby place :-). So, with my short experience of this hotel, I rate it as the best (price performance ratio) in the area. I will come back again

During my whole stay, the hotel staff was helpful, friendly, and full of energy. The hotel has a lot of services, such as room service that is available 24 hours a day. It was a great place for my birthday party.

This hotel has room service three times a day, which makes it one of the best places I've stayed in the past few months. The beds here are made of soft foam, which makes them perfect for a good night's sleep.

Most staff members are friendly. All of the rooms are clean and well-appointed. The patio is great because it has a fire pit. After the music, it was fun to go back to the hotel for ice cream.

Knew I made a mistake as soon as I walked in. Staff is uninterested, everything is dirty, it smells and there's just an overall grim atmosphere. Unfortunately I had already booked and paid for 2 nights online. They didn't want to give me a refund. I left anyway. Avoid.

The room has a water leak. The bathroom has a smell !!!!!! that doesn't match the actual room at check-in. I can't sleep. Please choose another hotel. I'm Thai and still can't sleep !!!!!!!

The rooms didn't live up to expectation with old rooms, no lift to fifth floor & noisy corridors due to staff & inmates but the people at reception were very friendly and went out of their way to resolve the issues raised regarding AC.

Nice place. Stayed in a private room which had everything you need. Close to everything with 7-Eleven a 1 minute walk away. My only bad experience was housekeeping. They would knock on your do (only happened once) and I said I was still sleeping. They kept knocking. I said I'm sleeping, come back later. They didn't get it until I had to yell at them. Frustrating! The next day (departure day) I was in my undies checking my phone at 11.30am (check out is 12pm). They housekeeping lady unlocked the door and walks in, no knock or anything. She look at me to get out and I said no, checkout it 12, good bye, and she finally left. Other than that place is nice.

Do not book and pay hotels in Bangkok because the photos online and room are often different. There are other factors such as old door locks of rooms that make it noisy whenever other guests open/close door. For this hostel, it is located at the very back in an alley off 7-11, where many ladyboys stand at entrance of alley. There are a couple budget hotels inside but the alley is strewn with rubbish. Location is difficult to find, the telephone listed in Google is not useful as noone answers the phone, no matter how many times I call. There are 2 branches of this hostel. One without lift and the other with lift. Bed is hard. There are a group of Arab muslim men sitting and crowding the main entrance of this hostel at night. Friendly staff though.

Just a few steps from the bustling crowds and pubs in NANA. The beds are good, comfortable and the AC is working properly. The price is reasonable.

After 8 straight nights of bunkbed in khaosan n sukhumvit soi 10, i needed a few nights of break n watch some tv.....aside from a few broken knobs n fan only, i loved n appreciated the peacefulness n the small balcony n the low price in the ocean of craziness on sukhumvit soi 4 (na na plaza).........thank you Be aware, right outside hotel across the alley, a guy named sunil may tell you how sad his life is n get money from you......he scammed half a bottle of sam song from me:((

The only good thing about this hostel is the staff. They are very kind and helpful. Other than that, I can’t run out of bad things to say about this place. - TERRIBLY DIRTY!! For some hotels or hostels, they’re dirty but they’re trying to hide the fact that they’re dirty. But for this hostel, even upon entering, you can already see that everything is a mess. Very very dirty! When I got in the room, I could even see bread crubs on the sheet and the drawer had a lot of hair! The staff who guided me to my room saw it and even apologized but didn’t even bother cleaning it. The worst part is the bathroom!!! So so different from the picture! The dirtiest hostel bathroom I’ve seen. The smell was horrible. The sinks were clogged because of falling hair, yellowish tiles, toilet papers on the floor and a lot more horrible stuff! - Then, I was excited to rest after feeling so tired and hot after goong around the city, until i realized that they turn off the aircon in the middle of the day, from 11 am to 4 pm. I came a day earlier than my friend and when she came the next day, the first thing she did was to look for another hostel. We just didn’t care about the refund or what, we just wanted to get out of there! Plus, I emailed them about the pouch I forgot in my room, they said they will check it but they didn’t reply back! Like what I told my friend, even if someone will offer me a free stay in this hostel, I won’t ever come back! Worst hostel experience yet!!

No toilet paper, no towel, no cleaning of room or toilets and everything is full of dust and with chewing gum on the wall. DO NOT STAY THERE!
