The first stay right after I landed in Thailand, and I was pleasantly surprised by the hostel, the reception and the service. A few disclaimers for the good: 1) You have to leave your footwear outside the hostel 2) Strictly there is no early check-in. But they do allow you to keep the luggage in the reception till then. 3) There is a common kitchen and you get almost everything free there, right from a quick snack to a coffee machine, clean water etc. 4) The common bathrooms don't have doors, but only a screen to cover. The toilet has doors though. The staffs keep the place neat and clean. Other than that, you get a comfy dorm room with neat beds and linen. Definitely a 5/5.

A wonderful 2 months old hostel with 4 floors and lift. The room I stayed has 4 bunkers very clean. The toilets are shared very clean too. The operator was so kind to give me a ride to the nearest pier for a boat trip during my first day there. The pantry are stocked with snacks and drinks 24-hr. The only reason why I didn’t give them 5-star is the beds are still wrapped in plastic not sure if it is intentional or what. There is not way a bed in plastic could provide a sound sleep in the night. Pls remove it and u will have 5-star hahaha...

Awesome!!! One of the best places I've ever stayed. Marvelous treat, the stuff was awesome, providing tips, helping us with our lunch, telling us where to go. New instalations but more important tidy and clean. Very organized. Amazing breakfast, seriously. Lobby is super comfy if you want to laid back as well. Don't hesitate to stay here guys!

Would definitely recommend. Clean and free breakfast, drinks, cold water and all day snack bar. Helped us organise a trip to the floating and train market which was great.

An excellent hostel in the middle of the city with free breakfast. The rooms were very clean and quiet, they were air-conditioned, and had personal lockers.

High quality hostel with free snacks and coffee all day. Breakfast is cereal milk juice eggs bread and (bacon and sausage).For the money and compared to many other hostels it's very nice. However not a health spa most hostels aren't and a little heavy on the synthetic scents. But super clean! Many won't care about the scents and its pretty much everywhere,, they were pretty accommodating to my needs and besides the scents they had I will give them 5 stars. Because for dorms this place is a 5 star resort compared to anything I've seen in Bangkok.

It's a very nice hostel. The price is affordable, compare with the facilities that was given. Super clean and nice staffs. Meant to stay only one night, ended up stayed three days. Laundry machine is available.

Just great!! Especially beds - super comfortable and with clean snow-white bed linen including blanket-cases, which is quite a rarity with budget hotels not to mention hostels. Dorm rooms are small but just 4 beds in each, beds are not shaky and have thick curtains, personal lamp& electric socket and a shelf. Each guest is given electronic key. Spacious air-conditioned dining area downstairs, nice breakfast included. There were some problems with wi-fi, the signal disappeared a few times, but I hope they'll fix that. Staff are very friendly and helpful, 1 girl doesn't speak English which was a bit of an issue but she tried her best to understand me and called some English speaking person on the phone. I ended up staying there 6 days instead of 2 and will definitely come back when I'm in Bkk.

Best value for price i had in Bangkok. The staff is super helpful and the place is clean. Big private bed area + locker are very convenient.

Rich 8 hostel is amazing accommodation for stay in Bangkok. The price for a dormitory is 315B, but everything was clean, comfortable. Breakfast included the price (from 7-11AM). You can get free chips. The lobby and outside are good for chill. High recommendation for stay in Bangkok.

Great place to stay a few nights in Bangkok. Clean, polite and quiet. Not perfect for connecting with other guests, but possible even without a frequently used common room .

If you want a nice quiet spot close enough to plenty of restaurants then this is a good location. Only 10 minute walk to Khao San Road if you want some noise. Wonderfully clean. Dorm room is very comfy with good Aircon, clean sheets and towels every two to three days and a privacy curtain, two lights and 2 sockets, a locker with hangers and a duvet for your comfort. All other guests were very respectful in keeping the noise to a minimum so it's very easy to sleep undisturbed. Free breakfast is most welcome, just ask if anything is missing when you come down in the morning and it will be replenished. Bread, spreads, croissant,banana,yoghurt,cereals,sandwich,biscuits, cake, sweets, coffee, juice and fresh chilled water. WOW. Bathrooms are amazing for a hostel, you feel like you are being spoilt. A very safe and welcoming environment. Fantastic value for money You will not be disappointed, book now before you miss out.

I stayed here 1 night and I have to say it’s been a pleasure. I’ve stayed in multiple hostels before and this is definitely one of the cleanest and nicest I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Bangkok. Recommend it to anyone thinking of a clean hostel experience. (Which I think is everyone lol)

Very very clean, I appreciated that a lot! AC was working perfectly and staff was overall friendly. Location is very good near Khao San Road. I recommend Hachiban Ramen! :-) The elevator is not reachable barrier free. You need to walk a few steps to get to it.

Amazing place. This hostel cost US$10 a night, only one more dollar than my previous one which was a loud, old pee stincky place. The facilities, the comfort and the breakfast are way superior than many hotels I've stayed before. There's absolutely nothing to complain about Rich8. Receptionists are super friendly, smily and accomodating, a trait very important in that industry if one want to thrive their business.

We were welcomed by a very jolly person at midnight. The ambience here is great. Rooms are clean. Washrooms are very clean too. Definitely would recommend this hostel to my friends.

Great hostel. The rooms are quiet and have good beds. The included breakfast is eggs, toast, sausage, ham, and a cereal option. Plus included coffee all day!

We have stayed there for 5 days and it was a really fun and great experience. The staff is really friendly and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure that you're having the best stay at the hostel. The hostel is also super clean, so clean that you could literally eat on the floor. We will definitely come back when we get the chance.

Stayed for 5 nights, good wifi connection, breakfast is the same everyday. Light and bright hostel. Staff's attitude could improved. There's one young girl who does not acknowledge their guest and when I asked her question, she was always busy playing with her hair and chit chatting with her friends. Otherwise, this is a basic yet sufficient place where you can rest during your trip.
