If you are going to visit Chinatown Bangkok, this is a great location. You can walk to the street food action in 10 minutes or so. There is also a lot to eat in the area. The hotel has a restaurant, but I did not eat there. The front desk staff is extremely friendly. But they ask for room key deposit AFTER I paid for the room. It was only 100 baht, so whatever. The room is adequate, cleanliness is a 6 or a 7 on a 10 scale, could have been cleaner. I got the room with the balcony, 2nd floor, and facing the street. Noise is minimal, as the sliding glass doors are double pane windows, nice!!! I paid 1200 baht for one night on a weekday during September.. It’s also right next to the metro, walk out the hotel front door and it’s 10 feet to the right to take the escalator down to the metro. And a side note: My room was private with private bathroom. Not a hostel, a hotel!

I give 4 stars on the guesthouse standard. It was really clean and comfortable and in a perfect area near the train station. The food was a little pricey for Thailand but there are many places to eat just outside for a great price. I got the best room with a view but I would recommend getting something not directly in the sun because it was so hot that at one point not even the air-con on high did the job. Other than that it was fine. It could stand to be 40% cheaper for the rooms though

Staying here was a great experience. The staff are very friendly and it is relatively quiet most of the day. If you’re a solo traveler and looking to make friends, there are better options with more touristy accomodations. This hostel’s location (east Chinatown) will give you more of a local feel while still providing access to the tourist attractions. Thong (pronounced Tong) often works the front desk and is my favorite! Make sure to ask her for food recommendations.

My wife and I had room 301, a "superior room". Good value for money. Clean, comfortable, quiet enough. Air con and hot water were a bonus. Great location as it's just next to the metro and the main Train station. Perfect for us as we caught a 5.55am train to Cambodia. Would recommend.

Great place next to the train station, the receptionist was extremely nice and spoke very good English which was refreshing. The room was nice and clean, there was also a good restaurant downstairs that served smoothies, American breakfast as well as a traditional Thai breakfast.

From what I gather, only good thing about this place is the location. I have MAJOR concerns with the cleanliness of this place, as I spotted multiple ants in the room around the bed area on the walls, as well as the bathroom sink. Random black stains on bedsheets as well. I would highly recommend to look elsewhere for lodging. If I could get a refund I would have immediately left. Photos are nothing like what this place actually is.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Bangkok and just above the Hua Lamphong metro station MRT Blue Line. Very efficient staff who will do the necessary to help you get what you need. Comfortable beds and good A/C system

A nice hostel located nearby the MRT hualamphong station. Staff service is good. The room is clean and small but there are some little insects on the floor. The room is quite noisy from the sound outside the room. Good to sleep here at night and go outside in the day time.

This will be my go-to hostel when staying in Bangkok. The reception staff are lovely, allowing me to check in early as my flight arrived early in the morning. The rooms are very clean and comfortable & location is great.

I stayed here for three months. It was a perfect place to stay while getting my Thai Non-O Visa and retirement extension done. The owner was very helpful. She wrote me a short-term lease that the Thai Immigration required. Very nice people!, and they allowed my chihuahua pup to stay with me!

I had very good experience with my stay here. Staff was very helpful and dedicated. I had a room on top floor, although it didn't offered any beautiful views, since location is in middle of city (which is quite good). Everything in room was working without an issue. Has perfect metro access. Also, they have restaurant with tasty food.

Nice and cozy place. The staff very friendly, cheers and helpful. I stayed in mix dormitory room where everybody from around the world interacted each other. Near hua lamphong train station, the MRTs and the interprovincial train station.

U can wash your clothes also and dry also and so nice price. 40 baht to wash 10 baht for dry. One room for night 1000 baht. So close to everywhere. So lovely friendly people. Location is prime just beside the MRT station however the room and the quality of stay is rated (lousy) full of mosquito and cockroaches, thumb down.

Perfect located to visit China Town or to use the train at Hua Lamphong railway station. Staff was very helpful and supporting. Use MRT exit 4. Credit card surcharge 3% for payment at the hotel.

Staff are very welcoming, beds are hard as rocks but surprisingly comfortable. Linens were provided and clean. Some dirt around the matressm edge but minor. A/C works great. Quiet area. Good showers. Great location. What more could you ask for? Deducted one star for dirt around the edge of the mattress, but I'm paticular about that, so if you're not... Then count it as a 5 for a hostel.

This hotel is very quiet. The employees are very kind and very useful. The location of the hotel is perfect, close from the train station and the metro line.

Was told the only room available was the deluxe to up charge me. Even in the "delux" room the ac makes consistent noise. all electric outlets shut down if you are out of the room, so no charging. No kettle or microwave. the smart tv can only use Thai Netflix. Bed is only a double. Costs around 1100 Baht. A joke.

Very nice hostel right above the Hua Lamphong MRT Blue line metro station. Nice comfy rooms with large bed and fully functioning A/C. Smiling professionnal staff always ready to help and the restaurant offers very good food at reasonable prices

The staff were wonderful, the warmest people you could ever meet. After tiring myself out walking around the beautiful city, I couldn't wait to get back to the hostel, see all of them and relax in an inviting room. The location is terrific. China Town is a short walk and you won't break a sweat footing it to Chao Phraya jetty. Will be staying here every time I'm in Bangkok.
