The room was not clean at all, but the shower and the toilet were disgusting. Lot of noise during the night. In the same zone, lot of hotels, cheaper and cleaner ( not difficult to be) Very disappointed cause I read good commentators before

Only stayed the one night before heading to Cambodia. Friendly staff and clean rooms which have lockers. Bathrooms werenโ€™t the best. Great location just behind Kho San Road. Little coffee shop downstairs too..

Good location, comfortable and big beds, good and filling breakfast that includes tea, coffee, eggs, toast, cereal and fruit, oh so much fruit. Bathrooms could really use an upgrade, specially the toilets. They didnt keep clean for too long.

Clean enough, location is fine, close to KhaoSan but without so much outside noise. However, no common space to meet people, no kitchen what so ever, just a microwave and few stools. Not even utensils. Breakfast is a joke, unless you're fine with a tost with artificial jam and some cereal or bit of salad and a banana or watermelon don't bother, better to eat out. Steep stairs and no elevator, but that is not unusual in Asia. Very acoustic, so you're sure to hear other guests re-living their buckets in a toilet on another floor. Also single room doesn't get any cleaning during stay (like empty trash bin anyone?). Staff is friendly and helpful though.

DONT GO THERE!!!! Worst hostel ever! Rooms are okay, but donโ€™t have separate bathrooms for men and women - bathrooms in the hallway (!). BUT WORST: they just rip you! They wonโ€™t call you a public taxi to the airport, you need to book their way overpriced service, donโ€™t wonโ€™t even help you to find a cheap alternative. Booked a bus ticket with them to Kanchanaburi and had to pay 3 times (!!!) for than the regular price. Just found out talking to other people. Of course no refund or anything. A hostel should be a place to help people on a budget to travel, not to rip you!

DO NOT BOOK BUS THROUGH THEM! Really lovely hostel, super clean and very friendly and thoughtful staff. Would have given 5 stars but had to take a star off because the lady at the front convinced us not to take the train to Chiang Mai and instead take the "luxury" bus ... We knew we shouldn't take a private bus but she was so helpful and persuasive we went for it against our better judgment and ended up paying an excessive amount for none of the promised amenities (wifi or working reclining seats) to be dropped off several km outside of Chiang Mai and forced to pay extra to be dropped off in the city centre. Summary: stay with them, don't book travel through them- and if you do, brings toilet paper and wear good walking shoes.

Good location, within walking distance to Khao San road but far enough away from all the noise. Rooms & bathrooms are nice & clean. Although the beds are a little hard. & service was good
