Very cheap rooms, ask for one not to the street side. We got that for the second night and had a comfortable stay then. Very clean rooms, the cleaning lady was so friendly and helpful. She even moved all our staff including heavy luggage in the new room on a different floor. Metro is 750 meters away, if you go by taxi make sure to tell them to use the meter...

Nice new hostel. Rooms are very clean, staff is very friendly. Many little bar's and restaurants around with good food. Little but far away from the center. Subway station is about 10min by feet. Taxi about 80-100 Baht. Overall nice, but for me a bit to far out of the city (5-6km from the royal palace)

Booked a double bedroom (March 2023) at the last minute here with my husband after a very early check out from another hotel with poor security. The hotel is conveniently located. There’s a cafe right across the street, and if you walk down the street towards the left, there’s plenty of massage parlours, local cafes/restaurant, and a 7 Eleven. The Lumphini station is about 15 minutes walk away too. Check in was a breeze and the lady was very helpful! The hotel is located in like an apartment complex, so there’s a security post right at the gate. To get to your room, you’d need your key card to access thru the door after the reception, it’s locked 24/7. The front sliding door to the lobby is open 24/7. Our room was clean, smells fresh, and the toilet was very clean too! The bed sheets were soft and blanket very fluffy! There’s only one table (console table) and no wardrobe, but it was fine. The room was quite spacious. The industrial design made the staircase feel scary as you ascend and descend, but no big deal. There’s a smoking area but they close it at night, and there’s no table or views. So you’re kinda awkwardly standing there 😅 The area is pretty quiet, even with all the amenities around. It’s not a rowdy place. The hotel itself is pretty quiet too! It looks like a low-density stay. For the affordable price, it really is worth it! Highly recommended for a quiet and convenient stay.

Lady at the counter is extremely rude and unsympathetic. Staircase has extreme gradient with very little foot space. Internet is very poor, rooms towards the roads are prone to noise. Corner of the bed is edgy and might hurt if attention is not paid to. Ventilation in the toilet is poor, making the room smellier when you do the business over there. NB - I would recommend any budget hostel in Sukhumvit over this place.

Nice and clean room, not to big but enough for a decent price. No elevator so have to walk up a few floors. Decent location near some food options and the metro line to get around easy.

Very good rate. Simple and small, but bright and clean rooms. No refrigerator. Beware you may have to walk up many flights of stairs. Coffee in the lobby.

The place is clean, secure, and quite. I just love staying here. It's not so far from MRT, 5-10 mins walk. 7-11 is just nearby. The price is also reasonable. It suits for people who want to get 100% rest. Btw, it doesnt suit for people who want to meet or make new friends, since the common room is too small and there is no place to hang out with people in the hostel. Everybody seems separate. But if you like staying in privacy, you can ignore that.

There are very thin walls, so every movement of a person in a neighbouring room is audible, I also suspect that there is something wrong with the A/C system, because during the whole stay I had a sore throat and started to cough, similarly I could have heard many people in other rooms coughing, I had no such symptoms in my next accomodation. My room was dark, with window view on another property’s wall, which was very close. There is no fridge neither any kettle. From the pros, the bed was comfortable and there was a possibility of a daily cleaning.
