I stayed in different rooms as they messed up my booking. One was extremely moldy and smelled bad (back building) the front building was much cleaner, no mold or bad smell but the door is basically just a window that does not close completely facing the reception and the road. It is really loud for sure as motor bikes pass by 24/7. In the back building, there were local bar girls staying in the room next door. They came home like 3-5am in the morning every day loud. One of the girls came knocking on my door to go out with them to their bar. Also borrowed some money to help pay the hotel and never paid back. They said they stay there often when they work in the city. So be aware. Even the rooms are relatively cheap, it's not worth it. The property is open for the public to just walk in as the parking lot between buildings is open to the street. I came to this place because a hostel I always go to nearby was full. This has been the worst place I ever stayed so far even though I had my own room.

The room is clean and spacious, bed is hard, pillow soft. The room itself was on the ground floor. On the street side, its not a highway, but you have motorbike driving around at any time, if you are a light sleeper you should consider. Internet in the room laggy , nearer to the reception better. Good price.

Room was dirty with a lot of hair on the floor. It was very hoot in the room because it’s just under the floor. Wifi is poor. And stuff is not friendly. Can’t recommend this place

Room had everything i needed for that price, good working AC, comfy bed. Short walk to the MRT.

The staff dont understand any English so u have to use the google translate or any others apps to communicate

The hostel was good for me. It was good for the price. But in the room has mosquite at night. So I hope they put mosquite killing item(just cheep one enough) on the room, if it is possible 🤣 But totally there is nice and enough for my buisness trip ☺️

Loved so much about this place. First value for money - good clean rooms in a great location about 200m from Queen Sirikit MRT Station and one station away from the main hub of Sukhumvit where you can either connect to the BTS and go further afeild or check out the multitude of sights and shopping around there. The hotel situated on the edge of an old village of shoplot that's been there for about 80 years - the area looks a little dingy on first appearance when you are walking through but actually it's a goldmine of authentic food and friendly shopkeepers who will be very happy if you visit their shop. It's also very close to Khlong Toey market, a wet market open 24hrs with tons of great food too. For people who are looking to get out and explore BKK but don't need 5 star accom, this is a great option for a quiet convenient place to stay.

One of best rooms i have observed at low prices. Ambience and location is excellent. Please plan it advance as it is usually sold out in advance.
