We booked through expedia and when we arrived we found a padlock on the gate and the whole place looking like it was closed. We tried to contact them by message and by phone and they didn't respond. We ended up having to book a much more expensive hotel because most hotels were closed in the area. Hopefully this helps someone.

My friends and I really enjoyed this hostel. It’s clean and has a good atmosphere, with a pool table on the main floor. The complimentary breakfast was also delicious. We loved our beds, as they had a curtain and the mattress was comfy; however, the blanket was more so a large towel and the room was extremely tight (we shared a room that had 4 bunks). If you have larger luggage, it‘s going to be a challenge to fit it in the room. Aside from these, this hostel is a great option! It’s also a close walk to the train station (approximately ten minutes).

This place is a great respite from the chaos of Bangkok. Tucked away in a little residential area, but it's just close enough to the train to make it quite convenient to get around the city and back. The staff were super friendly, especially the cleaning staff. One of the front desk guys seemed kind of rude but that didn't spoil it for me. They serve an EXCELLENT free breakfast here, and the hostel itself is very reasonably priced. Definitely would stay here again, it was one of my highlists of Bangkok.

Beautiful hostel within walking distance of the BTS and in a prime location for food and nightlife! I only stayed for one night but enjoyed it very much. The hostel is in pristine condition; clean, well-kempt, and highly instagramable! Will definitely stay here again.

My boyfriend and I stayed here during our first 3 nights in Bangkok and we couldn't be happier with the experience! The staff was friendly and very helpful especially after a mishap with our booking (only booked 2 nights instead of 3). The rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms were always clean and the showers had really good water pressure, which was nice after a long journey. The common area had bean bag chairs, a TV, a fridge to store your food, a big dining table, and a washer and dryer. The location was also super accommodating since the metro is only a couple blocks away. There is also quite a few food and drink options on the main road as well as a mall a few blocks away. I couldn't recommend this hostel more!! We already want to come back. 😄

The place is really great! Have been staying here for 2 weeks. Location is very nice: very close to Si Lom metro station and Lumpini park. Room was clean and nice, with very interesting design. The staffs were super friendly and helpful. Special place for me, where I definitely would like to come back!

Overall a really nice experience! The hostel is very clean and the rooms are clean as well. The bed was very comfortable, the pillow was perfect and the blanket was great as well. The only things that you should note are: When I stayed there (middle December), there was not going on and I didn't get into any conversation with another traveler since it was not as full. Also, the walls of the (private) rooms were not too thick so I was able to hear what was going on in the room next to me. Still I would come back! I enjoyed the time by myself

Stylish, very clean, comfortable hostel set in a nice area close to restaurants, shopping, metro etc. Great common spaces with free tea coffee water, tv, books, guitar & comfy seating. Staff were very friendly. Would recommend!

Really good and cool hostel! Owners super helpful and nice! Room was really clean and was the shared areas. Water, tea, coffee all offered. Let us keep our bags here once we checked out as I train was later which was really kind and nice of them! Overall recommend very much, quality hostel!

Great hostel in Silom. Near famous pubs and bars. Conveniently located within all the actions you can get in Bangkok.

Such a great hostel! They were so nice the entire time and very helpful/accommodating. They had a complimentary breakfast which was lovely. They also have a really nice common area. It was also very clean!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I have stayed at Cloud Hostel since it opened and I can't imagine staying anywhere else. I've stayed here with just my family and with groups of over 60 people. The staff is amazing and I would highly recommend choosing to stay at the Cloud!

Quite a nice hostel with a very beautiful interior design. The rooms feel comfortable and high quality. There's a common room with a guitar, a fridge and games which I think is great for a hostel. If you don't want to sleep in dorm with strangers, you can also take a bedroom for two.

A good and unique looking hostel, you can mistake the place at a first glimpse but if you come and make a stay you will find out it's located at one of the convenient area ever. Right in the middle of Bangkok but surprisingly very quiet during night.. now due to covid19 situation they offer you a very very good price per night, even as a hostel you could own the whole dormitory cause there's no tourists yet.

We stayed there for a couple of nights and we totally recommend it. The employees are very nice (they allowed us to check in few minutes after our arrival, even though it was too early for doing it), it is very well connected by public transport (metro, skytrain and bus), it is very clean, the breakfast is great and there is the possibility to refill drinking water so we didn't have to buy plastic bottles. We would come back there again!

Amazing place to stay! Really chill atmosphere. Exceptionally helpful staff. The rooms and bathrooms are nice and clean. The hostel is close to the Canadian embassy (6 min walk) and also the BTS station is a 10 minute walk. There's even a new rooftop bar with really good beers. Highly recommend

A wonderful little hostile! I had never stayed in one before, but it exceeded my expectations. There was a delicious breakfast provided, and the rooms were adorable and clean. The staff was super friendly and accommodated our large group of people really well.

Nothing special. Nice to get away briefly from the streets though. Expect the playing of loud music for dance exercises! But it is probably the only place to exercise so it's generally pretty crowded especially approaching sunset

Location is good. The atmosphere is quiet and tranquil.

Excellent value hostel. Very stylish. Rooms, public rest areas and bathrooms are very clean. Decent sized rooms. Service is very friendly. Breakfast is included with the price, which includes cereal, chicken porridge (congee), sausage and hard boiled eggs. There's a triple stage water filter too so there's unlimited clean water. Washer and dryer is available for a small price. Only downside is there's no elevator, so be mindful of this

I would highly recommend this to place to anyone (family, solo, friends etc.) It is very very spacious everywhere. It has a nice chinese theme which is consistent throughout the place which is just a little extra bonus for the atmosphere of the place. It is also in a very lively area, close to a shopping market, clubs/bars, shopping mall, the metro is also very close. They provide a light breakfast every morning and they also offer a pool table for 20baht per game. Great and very friendly staff, clean and comfortable. By far my most favourite hostel.
