Staffs are very nice and friendly. They're really welcome with full of services. Here I can tasted various type of coffee that's interesting and satisfied. Hope to get back here soon 👍

Such a snobby atmosphere. Its all about sales, and being seen, at this store, not like Europe or Australia where it is friendlier and more approachable, not to mention not so expensive. My coffee in Brisbane, Australia 50 capsules - Bt 935, in Bangkok same coffee - Bt 1250! Both are imported! Disgraceful anomaly.

Very well organized shop. Especially during Covid-19, the shop limit customer only 5 customers at a time. Sometimes, I saw long queue Infront of the store. However, the service was great. The staff didn't rush the customers. The barista was also very helpful. She has a great service mind. Even you try several types coffee, she was willing to brew. What a great Nespresso team. 5stars for sure.

Came to buy a machine. Price not written on all machines. Stood around for 10 minutes with no help from staff so had to walk out. understaffed store with 2 employees speaking to 2 customers for a long time while I received no help. Better to check information and order online from a different shop ... unless you have an hour to waste.

Always great service here. I appreciate the free tasting. I load up on coffee capsules when I am passing this way. Be sure to ask about the seasonal or limited time special flavors. For today, they had cinnamon. Two caffeinated thumbs up for this location.

My fav Nespresso shop in town. The staff is very nice and kind. They always show you what's new and let you try and taste new coffees. It's always about customers care. They managed perfectly.

terrible service. we enter the store with the intention of buying a Nespresso machine and of course different flavors of their coffee. at first we get service and the girl makes two cups of coffee, one of which tastes good. we decide to look at which machine suits us best, but here the service stops completely. the girl who initially helped us instead starts focusing on offering coffee to others and now completely ignores us. we stand for a long time waiting to close the deal while 6 other employees stand and watch and don't make a sound. we try to get in touch with them but they try their hardest not to do anything or answer any questions. after 20 minutes we give up. We may try another store, but we will never go here again.

Same as every shop around for Nespresso. The good thing in here is that there's not many people same as in other places.

This review is for the store at Emquartier. Very well trained staff and excellent service. Staff speak above average English, and really know their product. Spent far too much and loved every minute.

They have a place to drop off capsules for recycling. Pick up a free recycling bag or 3 from their recycling station. The salesperson mentioned how happy they are to see customers come in and drop off their used capsules. You can sample the coffee flavor of your choice before buying. Great customer service and the staff speaks English very well.
