EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. The drinks we tried were not worth it. The dark beer cake looked beautiful and tasted quite nice, well-balanced and moist. Price: 200 THB (very high but at least it delivered) Signature drink “tamarind coffee” literally tasted like an espresso tonic that you could get for much cheaper in Europe. No hints of “salt-cayenne”, hints of tamarind only at the bottom of the glass. Looks beautiful when it’s served but placing a big ice cube on top as a decoration is impractical - your lips will freeze when they come in contact with it. Adding a metal straw to the glass would be reasonable, if you can’t omit the ice cube. Price: 250 THB (almost 6,5€) As much as cocktails at some of the top rooftop bars in Bangkok 😳 I got no rooftop view here. Drip coffee. We asked for the one with the most acidity, yet the coffee that we received still ended up being mostly bitter, with bitter aftertaste and almost no acidity. It still definitely tasted like specialty coffee and not the regular dark-as-hell coffee in SE Asia but the price (250 BHT (6,5€)) is insane considering we didn’t even get what we were promised 🤯 INSANE. The staff was actually quite nice but the 10% additional service charge is not justified. We didn’t receive any napkins, nor did we receive any complimentary drinking water (something a place with such high prices should do automatically). It surprised me that the second floor was completely empty even though we were told the place was fully occupied - I guess only the few tables on the ground floor were accessible to the guests at the time of our visit. The rooftop was inaccessible as well (it opens at 5:30 p.m.), shame, maybe the view would make it worth it.

As a person exploring new cities I want to find the hidden gems the city has and this is definitely one of those hidden gems. The cafe has the right amount of decor. It’s subtle and not in your face wherever you look. A big bonus is that you will find a big fluffy loaf of a cat napping on one of the chairs. Do not be afraid to pet it. The coffee is top class! The food is even better! We got chicken wings and calamari. The Calamari is the best I’ve had in all of Thailand. A word of caution, the portion sizes for mains are very small. So you will have to order more than you think. The cakes are super fresh! Also, the restaurant accepts card payment, if anyone is wondering.

Intrigue by the interior design and vibe. We got lucky that they still got a table for 4 pax and we grabbed it. We really loved the vibes of this place, nobody talk to loud and they enjoyed the time they’re spending there like us. We order some cakes and coffees, my hot coffee latte taste great and got a really good aroma and punch, our cake taste so yummy. Will be back soon

We had a large reservation in the rooftop bar for a party. This was an awesome venue for hosting a large group for drinks. The staff were super attentive and helpful by making sure everyone in our party was getting served, and helping with some of our special requests. The cocktail and mocktail menu is extensive, so non-drinkers in our group were super happy. The food menu had a nice mix of small bites and appetizers, as well as main dishes, so we could order a few plates throughout the night for people to nibble on. It got pretty busy as the night wore on so reservations are a must. Also, there were French bulldogs on the premises. No place that has a bunch of French bulldogs can be bad.

If you’re into vintage vibes, then this is the place for you. The cafe boasted that chic vintage feel with eclectic decor and of course plants & flowers. They served an interesting array of cakes, coffees, and other drinks including cocktails. The cafe opens until 6pm, but you can continue to the rooftop bar that opens until midnight. Tried out the brownies, yuzu tart & dark beer cake. All were packed in flavors! Delicious. For drinks tried out cappuccino, chamomile tea & hot chocolate. Perfect for the afternoon.

A bit disappointed. I looked in the pictures of this restaurant and I thought it would be more flowers in decoration. In additional, drinks and cake are too sweet. Howsoever, it looks nice for photos.

5 stars for design / beauty, 3 stars for prices. The Cafe / Bar sprawls over 3 levels of its corner location including a cool rooftop bar on the evening with nice views of the quiet Chinatown streets. It was packed the evening we visited with the trendy Thai crowd. Friendly and efficient service. Quality of product. Prices however made me believe I was in Central Thonglor, so only bothered having 1 cocktail.

Alot of hype for thai young crowd. Service was disappointing, had to go ask all the time. Food was ok, very photogenic and creative. From small bites to homemade cakes. Great choice of imported coffee with a barista in charge. Very busy on weekend. I call those instagram ☕ shops.

How very magical is this place? Every little corner has some beautiful detail, brought back from the dead. Absolute rustic, reclaimed aesthetic. Dried flowers fill every vase and corner, broken cycles, old pots and yet the vibe... Alive, buzzing, jazz playing in the background, dim lights. We ordered from their signature cocktails and they were probably the most delicious cocktails I've had, or can remember. If I lived in Bangkok, I would be a regular here. ❤️

These was such a great place for an evening drink! It was an old house redecorated to a very stylish cafe with great music and nice selection of cocktails. They have several floors and a rooftop. Amazing experience. Staff was very accommodating and prompt despite a lot of customers around. 💜

First time visiting this cafe after reading all the good reviews. Everything is nice and the decor is so enchanting. Feels like I am in a beautiful jungle. And the cat made a special appearance which added more charm to the beautiful place😊

In evening, they transformed from cafe to bar/ restaurant. Love the cocktails, not only beautiful but also delicious. Our group enjoyed the ambience at the roof top. The place is not huge, reservations recommend for large group. You need to take long winding stairs to the rooftop, for ladies, short skirts not suggested.

Hidden gems!very cool decoration and settings. Climb up the seems to be never ending stairs to the open rooftop for a chill breeze with a view over old town street. Nice drinks and cakes to offer. Recommended

We walked in without a reservation, and although busy, they were able to accomodate. There are many levels and stairs in the venue, but every floor is beautifully decorated and had a great atmosphere. Middle levels were less busy and more quieter, top level was busy and had a lively atmosphere. We ordered mocktails and they tasted incredible. Possibly best drinks we’ve ever tasted and they looked magical! The menu had lots of options, Asian and Western style food. We ordered Japanese dishes as it appeared to be a cuisine highlighted in their menu. Food was exquisite. Service was wonderful. Helpful, patient waiters that had good English. We were able to pay card at the venue as well. Would recommend for a romantic date night or drinks and dinner with friends. Awesome spot!

Found this gem on a late night out for my birthday and it is just stunning! Rustic meets chic at this gorgeous cafe. We had some delicious cocktails at the rooftop bar and we were not disappointed. Prices very reasonable too!

The café has a cozy vibe and is a nice place to hang around with friends. Their food taste good but the portions are quite small. There are various cakes and drinks menus to choose from. My friends and I tried a couple of their cakes and recommended drink menus and we find it delicious.

Cozy atmosphere in a really nice area of the town. Both cake and salmon tasted great. Big choice of dishes. You can come just for cake or dinner/lunch. A bit overpriced compared to other places in Bangkok. But it’s worth it

Amazing place in China town with a great eclectic vibe. This multi story joint in the heart of Chinatown is a great hangout. Great music. Good food. Amazing design sense. The menu is great but the quality of the food could be better. Given the high quality of food and menus in the city, this place needs to step up on that front.

  • 4/5 Dianne L. 4 months ago on Google
Very aesthetic cafe though it felt abit too rustic (and abit dusty feeling in my opinion!) though the cakes are very pretty and the coffee is quite solid

Surprisingly very nice little cafe. Located in old neighborhood, in a rustic little building. Not only it has nice ambiance, but the foods are also delicious. A hidden gem in Bangkok. Surpasses all my expectations.

Its an interesting cafe, alot of plants inside. The cakes are gorgeous, definitely insta/tiktok-able. The interior is airconditioned, which makes it a nice pitstop before braving the heat again. Had the yuzu cheese cake, which was just right, light and complimentary to their bestseller chocolate cake. We ordered 2 drinks and 2 cakes, which was too much for 2 pax. If you are on a food trail like us, just order 1 cake and 1 drink! Save the tummy for more amazing food in Chinatown. The price for the cakes and drinks are on the pricier side, more like SG cafe price! Spent about 990baht here.

Such an instagramable place to visit and their cake is so good! My favorite is Dark Beer Cake nya, literally melted in my mouth!!! The interior is amazing, love this kind of vibes. Staff is very welcome and professional. Such a great place to hangout and chill!

Funky place with a really individual, unique vibe to it. I love the layout and use of every nook and cranny, with some exceptional design and overall decor. Food was decent, cocktails were good, but manly coming for the rooftop vibes. Our kids happily hung out in the corner of the upper deck with us, like we had our own private terrace amongst all the plants and shrubbery! Pretty special.

Wallflowers café brings back my childhood memories of typical Chinese style buildings, rustic and industrial with some western elements. The ground floor was much cooler and the second floor was slightly warmer. The top floor was only available at 5pm. The staircase was once an elevator shaft and the building goes up 3 floors. The bathroom is through a cave opening which can be a little difficult to reach for vertically challenged people. There was a small stage for live music. The cappuccino we ordered was aromatic which was well-balanced with a Banoffee tart. Overall the ambience was refreshing and it was down a small alley. Wallflowers also has a flower shop next door if you’re looking for a rustic, wild bouquet.

A very chill and greenery cafe at the corner full of leafy greens. Their signature coffee in the photo surprisingly good 👍🏼. Servers were friendly and able to speak English. All the desserts and drinks were well decorated with “real” flowers 💐. Other than cakes they also serve other hot foods. Another hidden gems in bangkok

This is a great cafe for tourist. They decorate store with vintage and cozy furniture. Their staffs are nice and helpful. Food is above average and tasty. Price is a little bit high.

Both cakes and signature drinks are superb! The staff gave us a good take care while lots of customers were there at the moment. The last order must be made before 5.30 pm. as the cafe for dessert will be closed at 6 pm. in order to prepare for the night cafe for alcohol drinks afterwards. Gentle reminder, 10% service charge applied.

The cheesecake is very delicious. The price of coffee is a bit high. But maybe because the business is getting better and better. Their service is very poor. They don't care much about the customers anymore. They often take the wrong things. They forget to make the things that have been ordered.

Wasn’t open when we arrived but had a glimpse over the inside and it looks amazing. Also the outside area and the connection with the streets is very interesting. I think it makes a good Bangkok experience
