This
place
is
supposed
to
open
at
11.00.
When
I
arrived
at
11.10,
the
sign
on
the
front
door
said
CLOSED
and
the
door
was
locked.
When
I
looked
through
the
glass
door,
I
could
see
a
woman
inside
behind
the
counter.
When
I
knocked
on
the
door,
she
looked
up
and
when
she
saw
me,
she
put
her
arms
together
like
a
cross
to
indicate:
"The
shop
is
closed!"
But
it
was
after
11
o'clock.
When
I
knocked
again,
the
woman
entered
the
main
room
and
went
to
the
back
door
where
she
turned
the
sign
around
to
indicate
the
shop
was
open.
Then
she
slowly
walked
to
the
front
door
where
she
turned
the
sign
around.
She
unlocked
the
door.
She
could
see
me
standing
outside.
Did
she
open
the
door
for
me?
No!
She
walked
away.
I
entered
the
shop
and
asked
her
when
they
open.
She
said
11.
I
asked
her
what
time
it
was
now.
She
did
not
answer.
She
walked
away
and
appeared
again
behind
the
counter.
I
asked
why
she
had
ignored
me
when
I
knocked
on
the
door.
No
answer.
She
began
moving
some
cookies
from
a
jar
to
a
shelf.
She
took
them
one
by
one
with
her
fingers!
When
I
asked
her
why
she
was
touching
the
cookies,
she
finally
said
"sorry."
I
told
her
it
was
too
late
to
say
sorry.
I
told
her
the
shop
was
going
to
lose
a
customer
and
then
I
walked
out.
Apparently,
she
did
not
care.
I
was
sad
to
learn
that
this
shop
has
an
extremely
low
level
of
service.
