I’ve been using this dog park for a year. We have constantly sent our dog into the dog park for extended periods of time, expecting a high level of care because this is one of the most expensive dog parks in Bangkok. When she first started going there, the staff at the park said that she was very friendly. By the third time we sent her in for a long stay, she had received a gash about 1mm away from her eyes. We requested that she be separated from whichever dogs were too rough and caused the injury. We noticed in a video of her playing during her stay that the staff grabbed her and dragged her away from another dog. When we asked why, they said she was being too rough. We thought it was reasonable to expect that other dogs who were also “too rough” would be separated from her as well. We let the first injury slide and sent her back to the hotel again. She was bitten and cut again on the same eyelid, this time there was no space between the injury and her eye. She could’ve lost her eye. The staff at the dog park just shrugged at us when asked what happened. We had already requested that extra care be taken to prevent another injury. If staff step in to protect other dogs when she is being “too rough,” we expect the same action to be taken to protect our dog as well. They did not do so, they claimed to have no idea what happened and that this was completely normal! I didn’t realize that this was the kind of ‘dog park’ where injuries sustained to eyes were the norm. We won’t be returning again after the second injury and discrimination against our dog. She could have lost her eye despite this being one of if not the most expensive dog parks in Bangkok.

An amazing place to bring your dog for a day or longer stay, meet other owners, and chill out. Only downside is that the cafe attached to the dog park is on the pricey side and has bad coffee, but I wouldn’t knock a star off for that. We moved to Bangkok in June 2019 and have been bringing our dog (Eden) here at least once a week in the last few months. She even stayed at the Dog Park Hotel for over 3 weeks throughout July and had a fantastic time. No other place (that we’ve found) provides the service that Dog Park 49 does. Their daycare and hotel offerings give your dog plenty of chance to play and socialise, and to keep you at ease you’ll get plenty of photo/video updates. And with a free shower every few days, as well as a nightly clean up, I’m pretty sure they did a better job of looking after Eden than we do usually! I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. If you have a dog in Bangkok, you need to come here.

We have been here for dogpark/ daycare/ hotel. They are great with dogs. Great staff team. I have seen them separate dogs before fights happen, not my dogs—-but it makes me feel safe putting my babies in their care! Safe for 🐕 dogs and shows that staff knows what they are doing! Clean place. They have plastic grass which gets clean everyday~ and means less bugs. We are a regular here!

My dog’s favourite place on earth and my preferred park as a worried dog mum. We’ve been going here since my boy was 5 months old, he’s over 2 years old now and still goes twice a week to play. Also stays at dog hotels a few times for when I’m out of town. The owners and dogs that frequent here are so fun, kind, and sweet 💖 📍parking available ! + restaurant with food and drinks available too (but doesn’t taste too good) + outdoor park is a turf field so no need to worry about muddy dog + indoor ac room - slippery floors here though + pool available and the swimming staff are all very nice and fun - my doggo’s coat does not like chlorinated pool very much + the hotel staff are vert kind and accommodating, my dog likes to be fed by hand and need someone near him to sleep and they do all of this for him for the whole stay 🥹 - facilities are quite small, but my labrador doesn’t seem to mind at all And of course, there are a few cases of accidents with less social dogs etc., but every time anything happens I see that it gets dealt with very quickly and smoothly. (I’ve reviewed a couple other places too if you’re curious about other parks- but I recommend this one the most especially if your doggo is not super big)

This place is a nice place for you and your dog to hangout. Your dog can run around with other dogs outside, and if gets to hot there is a small indoor air conditioned room for dogs to cool off. Dogs can also go for a swim while the owner can have a meal or drink at the cafe. What I love about the cafe is that you can see an over view of the doggie playground/running area and the pool is also visible. Trail and tail is bigger and has real grass which is why I sometimes prefer it over dog park 49. The staff at the front reception also seem a bit unbothered. Price for there dog hotel is quite high for nothing special. Park is okay and restaurant is good. Nice place for eating or spending time with you're dog if you live in the area but if you want to exercise you're dog the playground is too small and fake grass doesn't offer much.

Very unfortunately, we did not get to enter today just because suddenly the park is under maintenance. No notification or anything on Line although I texted the park. On top of that, we were not allowed to go into the air conditioned room because the park staff said that there are some aggressive dogs in there; this is very confusing to us because we remember clearly that the park's rule says that no aggressive dogs would be allowed. Was not a pleasant experience today but probably next time. Giving them 2 stars just because the restaurant staff was nice and even brought out bowls for dogs to drink :)

Good place to get to see dogs from a distance. You cannot enter the garden unless you bring your own dog. Also entry fee per dog is 250thb on weekends and 150thb on weekdays... timing is 10 am to 6 or 7 pm..not sure on closing time

Spacious and Friendly Staff! This is really the place to be if you are looking for a space to relax and let your dogs socialize. The staff is very knowledgable and kind. The place is divided up nicely between pet-zone and diner-zone. Very neat and clean. Highly recommended for all.

You can sit and watch your dog in the dog park from the Hungry Pack restaurant next door. It's 150 baht per dog for the dog park though, you'll need to register, and show proof of vaccinations. Unfortunately we drove all the way from Phuket and didn't have copies of the vaccinations with us, so we weren't able to go in. Parking is available. If you eat at the restaurant, they'll stamp/ validate the parking ticket.

Great little haven for dogs smack in the middle of downtown. We've met a lot of other friendly dog lovers and our big boy has met many playful dogs. It's not the cheapest place around, but the atmosphere and staff makes it a good value.

Nice facilities. Very affordable for the basic services/facilities. The restaurant can be a bit expensive depending on the cuisine.

Normal I am not a person who is good in reviewing. I have been so many times in dog park and I always bring customer there.in Aug 22 at 1.30 pm. I bring client and they stay there more then 2 hours. So I am parking my car in parking space and I need a stam for my parking ticket . I went to ask the lady who working in dog park information. When she see me sames she is mad for something😢 I ask her to stam in my parking ticket she just unhappily do that then security guard tell me I have stam 1 more times for 2 hours so I need one more stam. I go there again & she just ignore it and she just swipe the stam on my ticke it's just like a rude mode & throwing it. You can see in the photo its even not clearly. I just want to ask to the management. We all work and try to earn and make our living. Please be polite to the customers. Or just well behavior is make other person feel batter. If you are bored your job. You can leave the job. And I am looking for management to focus on it couse. They put someone in business who is not well behavior My apologies for my bad English and I mean no offended to anyone 🙏🙏

Great spot for dog lovers, great installations, good and friendly service, hamburger and juices were delicious but a little pricey. Giving them just 4 starts for that and bc there was an aggressive dog inside the park, scratch the nose of my dog trying to bite him and hurt another dog too , the dog was in charge of the staff , they apologies and offer to check my dog.

My dogs really love meeting new dogs here. This place is always clean and the staff is always friendly. I'm always amazed at how you never smell a bad odor among how many dogs visit here. If your fur baby needs some socializing, this is the place to go.

Our favorite dog park in town or potentially anywhere. We come frequently for the park, cafe, shop and sometimes dog hotels. Their staff are all super professional and caring. I think they arguably take a better care of my dog than I do, which made my travel a lot easier thinking my dog is also having a good time. Overall great place for your dog to socialize with other dog and people. Price is on a higher end but definitely worth it. Only down side is that they don’t have real grass which my dog love, but everything else is great.

After I checked out many dog parks in the city, this one is by far the best! The staff takes care of my dogs so well, and they are very attentive. The park is spotless for dogs and owners to socialize, and it even has an air-conditioned playroom to escape heat or rain. The food in the café is excellent, and you can watch your dog as you eat. My dog loves grooming treatments and the swimming pool. A great place to enjoy your Sundays!

Even though this place is much smaller than Trail and tail but the staffs are super attentive and friendly. They always entertain dogs and train some tricks unlike the other place where they just let dogs do their own businesses. My dog was always shy until she has been coming here regularly, she always has fun with the staffs and other dogs because of their nice bonding and encouragement. Also, the receptionists always send me tons of My dog’s cute pics while staying here. Last but not least, food at Hungry Pack is always awesome!

Hunter has been coming here since he was a puppy to now at 1 years old. I am super pleased and happy with the service and professionalism of how everyone handles and maintains the relationship with both customers and the dogs! My dog is always happy and loves all the staff and I’m sure all of the other dogs in the park too. In my opinion this is the best dog park in Thailand 100 stars if possible! Definitely recommend for all your furry friends the come enjoy and meet up with new friends!

We boarded our dogs here for almost a week and everything went perfectly. Our dates changed many times and we appreciated the Dog Park 49"s flexibility. Staff was immediately responsive to any questions and they kept us up to date with photos and reports on what the dogs were doing. No problem with refunding us for days we had paid but did not end up needing to use. They have a van fitted out for pet transport so the dogs could be brought to our new place without having to use the dreaded pet carriers. Most importantly, the dogs were clean, happy and well fed when we got them back.

If I could give 10 stars I would. The staff are incredible; dedicated, attentive and caring to all the dogs they look after. We use their service every time we go away and our dogs always come back so happy. We alway experience such a fantastic service. The regular photo and video content makes the separation so easy and we can feel confident that our dogs are being looked after so well.

This place is absolutely superb!!! Delicious food in the cafe. But most importantly, the staff are incredible and provide such amazing care to the dogs who stay in the hotel- I cannot fault them at all. Wonderful!

Great place, good vibes, and friendly / attentive staff. Took our pup here to swim a few times and she always has a good time.

Took my little Sophie for a grooming. They are kind, caring, did a wonderful job. Coffee nearby to wait is delightful. Will return.

it was ok cuz too crowded sometimes. a bit pricey for yearly package cuz u need to pay each time anyways.
