Big appartments with good prices for rental. However the buildings are aging, you have cockroaches everywhere. Plumbing leaks make the water bill high, internet is slow whatever your package. Facilities are getting old as well, and also poorly managed: swimming pool closed for renovation over almost a year, tennis field impossible to book during the week (few families managed to get a year booking preventing others to add their name...) All in all we could stay a year but happy to leave the condo next month!

I'm happy living here, It's perfect place for my furry babe girl. It's pet friendly condo where the project provide pet area separately with hooman area. This is such a paradise place for pet-owner, can't ask for more!

Love this place! Great international community, Absolutely wonderful for family with kids, and sports enthusiasts! Among the amenities provided, the squash courts, swimming pool and gyms are ideal. Perfect for triathletes or anyone who wants to stay in shape 💪🏻

Good: Good space. Not very big rooms but all rooms are ensuite. Rubbish is thrown down a chute located in kitchen. Comes with a decent maid room. I recommend the A units. Amenities are good and frequently upgraded - there is a cafe within site - food is decent but not great. Bad: Low ceiling and room can be dark especially in lower floors. No balcony and this can be dark dark. Some kitchen especially the B and C units have no windows. Parking is designated spot but car park is very dark. Unpacking of bulk groceries can be difficult. if tourists are back, the whole place is used for Air BnB.

They are affiliated with the Kimpton. Please check to see if they still are. This hotel has been sold. To an Indian Investment Group. The hotel will be closing in November. This hotel is a former shell of what it used to be. Nothing will be renovated in this hotel in the months to come. It is the home to Japanese tour groups and Indian tour groups. Do yourself a favor. Book somewhere else

Stayed here 10 days.The rooms are nice and comfortable. The staff are helpful and room service was prompt with warm food when ordered. The breakfast buffet has plenty to choose l.

The hotel is a but away from the Sukhmawit road but centrally located on the road. There are 2 blocks & it would be good to get the rooms in the main block as they are newer as compared to the block across the road. The rooms are comfortable & the breakfast spread is also quite good.

They've got two properties by the same name just opposite to each other. The staff was generous enough to upgrade our rooms into their new property and the rooms were quite beautiful I must say. The rooms also featured a small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave a hot plate and the required utensils. The rooms were spotless clean and they also offered a shuttle service several times in a day.

Great location and facilities nearby. 24/7 minimart, transports available there. Hotel amenities and services good. No disturbances from staff. Privacy and freedoms assured here. All staff very helpful, social and friendly. The executive serviced apartment where I stayed there was huge space like a one bed room house. It has fridge, microwave, Cook top and many furnished apartments. Lovely stay for a week. Central location for All enjoyment and amusement in Bangkok city.

Presented ourself at the reception to enquire about apartments for rent. We were turned away like schoolchildren by the three staff sitting at the desk. A very rare attitude in Thailand.

I've lived here since 1999 and I'm glad it has been improving since. Just hope the Capitol Club comes back soon!

Great place. Plenty of facilities for kids & adults ie tennis, squash, pools, playground, café. Common areas recently renovated. Multiple roads to access the property. Good & friendly community of residents and staffs.

It is very difficult for a cynic like me to be so pleased with any place. I stayed here for more than a week with my young family and it was a surprisingly good and pleasant experience. The uniquely positive point of this place was the great staff morale which reflected in their interactions. The staff went over and above the call of duty and helped with all sort of things which made our over all experience so positive. The front desk would answer your queries and help you if they could( chargers, advice) etc. The breakfast was amazing and my kids loved it. If you are a practical sort of person, this hotel/serviced apartment will fulfill your needs in a very efficient manner.

Top location, Starbucks across, exit routes to various roads. Slight downside is traffic in evenings.

Very nice hotel. Standard rooms are somewhat dated but a good deal for what you get. Suites are very nice with in suite kitchen and laundry. Clean rooms with very nice bathrooms. Good location near excellent Thai restaurants and shopping. 10-20 minute cab to 2-3 of the entertainment districts.
