During my visit to Bangkok, I stayed at the Hyde Park Hotel. The room was average, and the washroom was dirty. Paint was peeling off from walls. Need maintenance. The swimming pool was very small and the water was too cold. They are storing things openly near lifts. Staff attitude was like a diplomatic BOSS, and they were treating guests as their workers. There was only one car parking available in front of the hotel and always occupied by themselves.

Good value for the price. The room was clean and had all the amenities needed. The location is good near Sukhumvit and within a walking distance from the skytrain station. Also the rooftop swimmng pool had some decent views, although the building isn't that high.

Our room needed a good maintenance: wallpaper is peeling off somewhere, peephole was broken with a paper in it. Also there was a cockroach in our room) We got a first room on the first floor, and sometime when people were smoking outside the hotel, we felt the smell… Stuff is friendly A cleaning team is very responsible Good location It was quite at night

Horrible service. Rude staff and NOT flexible in terms of check in and check out time. The older lady was so rude and kept repeating sarcastically “can you wait? Can you wait? Can you wait? Can you wait?” When we asked if we could leave our luggages in the store room. She said it was full so we had to leave it in the lobby. Book at your own risk. Also, there’s no window. Room is gloomy. There’s only a small balcony that’s for the aircon compressor. Would we stay here again? Definitely not. You get what you pay for.

No frills and enough to complain about. The biggest for me were that the balcony was locked, the city view sucked really bad, the only way to get fresh air was to leave your door open, and the shower had no pressure. The one positive is the location of restaurants and shopping

A very disappointed and sad experience in the hotel. We check in all fine, cleaned room and big space. Unfortunately, we were questioned with very impolite way regarding on the cheap and no one wanted to touch type bath shampoo which come with bottles when we checked out. We noticed there were no shampoo🧴 in our room and we just ignored it as we have our own one even continuous no supply in our 4 days stays. Then, we were questioned why the shampoo bottles were missing and why we didn’t report it. But, back to us why you never ask us if you wan to refill during the room keeping time. We would thought it is put a stop after we explained it but the owner still making ignoring discussion to his staff. Poor thing.

This hotel belongs to the budget hotel range but it's worth for the money. Staff spoke English well. Our room was big with private bathroom. Clean and neat. The pool was very clean judging from the water filter. Situated pretty close to Pratunam and from there it is easy to get to the places in the city. I recommend this budget hotel.

Amazing place to stay. Very clean comfortable and with a pool on the rooftop. With my girlfriend spent 3 nights there, stag and reception very kind and helpful. Place is very well located, 15 min waking main malls, 3min walking to the MRT special to go to airport. Pool is very good with nice views and enough area to sunbathe or relax. Room we take was clean comfortable, with tv, a/c and small fridge.

The location was strategic and convenient, close to BTS and the airport. I got the room on the ground floor and it was noisy when people walk pass the corridor especially at night and early in the morning (between 6-7am, probably the staffs). In the middle of the night, I was woken up by cigarette smell although it's a non-smoking floor, it was most probably came through the air ventilation which was horrible. Found one cockroach on my 2nd night. The staffs were friendly though.

This hotel does the job if you just need to crash before a flight or are not spending too long. The balcony in the room was locked. The walls were pealing off a bit and the bedsheets smelt old rather than of clean laundry. Overall there was no bugs or dirt or anything so it was clean and hygienic, but just felt like it lacked maintenance to be seamless. The location is ok, it’s walking distance to shopping malls, but overall would not say it’s the best location in Bangkok. The rooftop pool is definitely a redeeming factor with a really nice view. For the price it’s completely fine, and it’s a descent clean place to crash.

Very good service. Room is not big but clean. The mirror is very big, if you need makeup, this is great choice.

It's the worst hotel to be in Bangkok... Please withdraw your bookings if done.. no ventilation, no room service, no basic facilities, no bell boy tooo.. if you need anything then come to reception and take.. this is geniune review.. room smells and there are mosquito all around.. booked through travel agency.. don't go by room pics it's mere misrepresentation.

We loved this hotel! Convinient location, comfortable beds and pillows, good wifi connection, quiet rooms and excellent service provided by the staff. Nina was super helpful and ladies cleaning the rooms are super nice. They made us feel at home ❤️ Thanks for everything

Location was good..about 10 mins walk to Pratunam area..train line from survanabhumi airport is 4 mins away..hotel room was big n clean..staff was friendly and attentive..

Nice place. Only problem is they lock the balcony doors if they suspect you will smoke there. Don't know what's the big deal smoking there. Other than that the place was nice. Has a lovely terrace with a view of the baiyoke tower 2 and a small pool.

Used to be amazing when it was new. The pictures are from when the hotel is new. Now it looks very different. It has unfortunately not been maintained properly and has broken decors, leaking toilet, balconies closed but can't close fully so you get plenty of mosquitos in the room although you can't enjoy having a balcony you paid for, dirty towels and bed sheets. I asked them to change the sheets as they were obviously stained. They told me yellow stains are normal. The bed cover was so stained it literally had human remains on it. This they replaced with no further complaints. This should have been done, who wants to negotiate that a clean sheet doesn't have stains on it??? Pool area has some funny sitsacks instead of sun chairs, very uncomfortable and you can't sit in them in the sun without getting burnt. No unfortunately I will not return nor recommend this hotel again.

Love this place, feels like home, on a quiet street 10 minute walk to the action, and rooftop pool. Lena the manager kept bringing me snacks and coffee.

Unprofessional and uncaring attitude of staff. First impression is very important and sometimes first impression is last impression. Hence role of Hotel reception is very very important. This is where Hyde Park hotel fails miserably. The attitude of receptionist makes you feel that you are not welcome here. Not even provides water when you come for check in.

Dont Book, Really Poor Service. Very Bad Receptionist who has no etiquettes. I was checking at late night around 1AM with my family ,the lady(Receptionist) denied to give a glass of water, didn't allow my family to go in the room even when I was paying her. She even charged extra for my one child [considering 2+1] I booked two rooms and both were on given on different floors She was not even sorry for her utterly ridiculous behavior . I have travelled many countries and lived in different hotels but never interacted with such an ill mannered Receptionist seems like she is a naive in hotel management Horrible experience.

Location is great, the customer service is excellent able to assist with any issue hotel accommodations such resupplying bottles of water, fresh towels, and cleanliness are all top notch. Last but not least consistent WIFI and Hot water for showers I will definitely be booking here when I decide to return to Thailand

It has no frills and also nothing to complain about. It's very close to airport line. A7 stop. You can also use this stop to get everywhere. The front desk speak english and are very helpful. Staff at every station are very helpful. The food round the corner is very cheap and very nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We are from Yorkshire.

I would recommend Park Hyde Hotel, when in Bangkok. The place is clean, quiet, and most of all friendly staff. The hotel is close to the main road, easy access to transportation. Everyone made me feel like I’m home away from home. The staff will go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Thank you Park Hyde Hotel for making me feel like I have a home in Bangkok.
