It's not good hotel, Air-conditioning not working and if you complaint they will say "will fix" and when you come back to the room it's still not working. All staff here is old aged and they don't know even English and their reactions are like they are fed up of their jobs. And buffet breakfast here is omelet, bread& juice. All day same food no options. It's totally a waste of money to stay in this hotel.

I live a 150km from Bangkok, I I have chosen this hotel mainly for the parking even if the room are more than average, I'm one of their good customers since 2003, I spent more than $10,000 at this hotel, but the quality of service is downgrading years after years, the buffet for breakfast is replaced by a poor coffee, eggs and cakes, the rooms smell more and more old cold tobacco, there is only paying WiFi and no free water, the staff is getting unfriendly, they recently charged me 3,280 THB for 3 days of parking so I have no reason to go to this hotel again, you come to the right place if you are looking for disappointment I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

Going there for inquiry, the Park couple, the business owners are being extremely loud and rude, accusing me for "invaded their property". It's outside a hotel building at 10am! If you are not open maybe bar the doors or hang up a sign?

It's old building without renovation, smelly place, breakfast provided without any options. It's not good for families or kids, the carpets are so dirty. The only good point is close to Nana BTS.

Smelly place. No choice of Menu for the breakfast. No services. No value for the money. Totally disappointed with family. I don't recommend. Very poor quality breakfast. Not even complimentary water bottles too.

It was a horrible experience to live in this hotel. Rooms are dirty, stinky and damp. Furniture, fittings, drapes and upholstery are awful. Room security was frightful. I asked for the breakfast hall they literally showed me a restaurant on the footpath of the adjacent road. Price was not worth at all.

Outdated and experienced customer loss. Missing repairs. Good location

NB. Check Google Maps prices are for this hotel!! Park Hotel (current prices in photo) is an old luxury hotel - so its quiet, well placed, spacious, light, low rise - and now fairly affordable too :-)

Horrible hotel stayed there 3night non smoking room which turn out not to be strong smell smoke everywhere and on my clothing asked for different room but refused , room not very clean no water or kettle also no safe staff not helpful and very arrogant during my visit would recommend stay well clear

Old hotel, still nice rooms. Stayed there back in 2005. Sure they renovated the rooms since. Close to BTS and Nana Plaza. In 5 minutes you can be at soi cowboi or 15 at the Patpong night market by just cross the soi and go upstairs and use BTS. Asok station is just 2 minutes walk to sou cowboi and Sala Daen 1 minute from Patpong night market.

Bit dated ..and not so popular anymore. Great massage at the back .. Happy feet .. good straight massage
