Stay at this hotel since 1998. Great location but in serious need of an upgrade. Believe it's planned for this year 2018 floor by floor. Then it wiil again be an excellent place to stay

They charged us for a floor towel that got dirty , the conceirge barely speak english and the owner insulted us when we gave a poor rating on their facebook page ..

Stayed here during our trip to Bangkok. In the heart of the city. Easy access to all major shopping malls,movie theaters and the BTS sky rail line. Value for money.Friendly staff and great breakfast. Rooms are kept clean and tidy. Enjoyed our stay here very much. 5 stars

the room and hotel location is ok, but the service is terrible. i booked 4 twin room (2 deluxe twin, 2 large twin), 1 grand deluxe room, but they messed up all booking give me all the double bed... takes me > half an hour to check in with 11pax waiting at the lobby. They asked for cash for deposit, but when i checked out, they said i used a visa card.. take me another 20 minutes to get my deposit back in cash while the airport transfer is waiting out there. the deluxe room comes with a spoiled built-in hair dryer, i called reception for a portable one, and it takes 30 minutes. my sis stay in large twin room which is 150bht more than my room didnt get a hair dryer even request, called to reception they said that room didn't come with it. Seriously, for this price at Pratunam, there are many other hotels...

This is just a very old hotel. Not at all hygienic. The staffs are very unprofessional. Not recommended for any tourist. They will spoil your vacation. Free breakfast you can't even put in your mouth. Stay away from here.

Stayed here for 2 nights, room was basic. Bed was okay, clean. Rooms need some attention to spruce them up. Breakfast was ok nothing special. Good location for walking around the city.

Friendly and welcoming staffs greets with a sincere huge smile everytime we enter the hotel, from the bellboys to the receptionist and even the restaurant staffs. Room is great, a standard size for bkk standard with all necessary amenities. Love that they have extra pillows in the room! Breakfast has a good variety and nice setup. Would be perfect if there's sliced cheese and salted butter too. Do try their lunch/dinner menu! Decently priced and delicious food. Love the dried beef and they do have room service so ask if you need! Awesome location with MANY massage shops around. Highly recommend the Jaja massage opposite the hotel. There's also a night market, several cafes and restaurants and convenience store all within walking distance. Tuktuk and taxis are easily available at doorstep. Special shoutout to Arty for his attentiveness to ensure everything is going well for us. Definitely our new favorite bkk hotel. Highly recommended and will be back again!

They charge thb300 for child per day. Even no extra bed or pillow given

Amazing location near vendors, food stalls, tourist attractions and 20 min ride to Icon District and Mall. The lobby was welcoming and calm. The breakfast buffet had a variety of American and Thai food with a cafe machine (300 THB). The rooms were spectacular and spacious with 10th floor views. The flaws are there is no laundry service which is listed on google. The window views would be more enjoyable if the windows were washed. The toiletries were lacking aside from the shampoo and body wash provided in the shower. The lobby restroom was not clean bc people do not use bidet properly and there was water all over floor and toilet seat. My 1 night, king size room stay on 10th floor was a total of 2300 THB on a Friday.

ROOM SIZE WAS AMAZING I AM SATISFIED WITH STAFFS AND SERVICES LOCATION IS VERY NEARBY TO PRATUNAM MARKET, PLATINUM MALL, PANTIP PLAZA, PALLADIUM NIGHT MARKET, BIG-C, CENTRAL WORLD ETC. THE MAIN THING IS AIRPORT LINK METRO TRAIN IS JUST 5 MINUTES WALKABLE DISTANCE.

Our stay at the hotel was the worst we experienced in Thailand. Upon arrival at 2.30 pm, our room was not ready until 3 pm. Additionally, there was no internet connection in the room, the water was not running, and the breakfast selection was abysmal. What's more, a glass bottle had been left at the edge of a shelve, which then fell and shattered against the marble floor, causing a severe cut to my husband's foot that required nine stitches. We had a morning flight to Koh Samui, where upon arrival he had to be taken away in an ambulance. On check out the hotel staff then proceeded to charge us 600 baht for the towels that were stained with blood, yes, we used them to stop his enormous bleeding! As a result of the terrible service and incidents, our vacation was ruined. We incurred almost $1000 in medical expenses, and my husband is still not able to walk properly after two weeks. Stay away! There are so many better places for the price!

Good hotel, best location, with the best bathroom i've ever seen. But in some rooms it is likely to having a fewer choices of TV Channels (because i've ever been in that room once). Location location location! Nice room and great service. Late luaggue pick up allow but no real room to store luaggue tho. A bit unsettling to leave stuffs behind.

A modern hotel in the midst of Pratunam area. You can find it in an ideal location of a small lane further up. The rooms are wallet friendly, clean n well keep.

The location is good because not too many traffic around. Reasonable rates and foods are upto satisfactory level. Provides a very good service. Cleanliness and space provided in rooms are upto the standards. Not situated closest to the Bankok city but still easily accesssible to the most of the popular tourists destinations.

Basic amenities were lacking such as additional rolls of toilet paper. When requested, the staff asked us to buy from outside. No toothbrush and other hygiene products. No slippers. Staff provided one pair of disposable and had the audacity to ask for them back at check out. Disgusting. Close to markets, however limited food choices nearby.

An excellent place to be. Big room with a quality bed, table and chairs to take 3 guests, nice dressing morrow and table. Clean bathroom with bath tub, automatic door key, safe locker, clean towels. Nice lobby with breakfast and also big dinning settings for a meeting for upto 100 guests. An unforgettable place to be. Thanks to the management. Affordable also.
