The Chang ride costs 500 Thai baht per person but we did not take that since we already had one at the London eye and felt the same there. There are other activities for kids as well. There is a food court kind of thing that has food from different corners of the world. The costs are decent. There is a flourishing market that has souvenirs, clothes, typical Thai things. Overall you will love the riverside ambience and coziness with live music, fresh air and you can also enjoy cruise rides. We loved visiting here. It's clean. Toilets are there too.

Definitely place is heavily crowded, however any couple can find this place a romantic one. Free steamers are available from 4pm to 11.30pm to reach that place or vice versa. We visited Asiatique on Saturday evening at 6:45pm and it was already dark and crowded. Traffic was heavy despite Google map prediction of a 30 min drive , it took 50 minutes. Asiatique is a commercial waterfront development managed by Asset World Corp (AWC) a listed company on the stock exchange. There are many renovated old warehouses. Although most stores (60% to 70%) are vacant due to Covid-19, the main broad walk was fully opened and very lively with street performers (student band in school uniform) playing live music. We didn’t expect it to be this crowded and didn’t make any reservations and was turned away from our first choice to dine on the moored ship restaurant. We ate at a modest restaurant (Sawadee) away from the broad walk and it was very tasty and cheap (but not so clean). We ordered four entries - tamarind river prawns, stir fried vegetables, salad, and sea bass in pepper sauce. The total bill was less than Baht 700. A similar four river prawn dish in any hotel’s restaurant would have cost Baht 900. We disinfected everything with alcohol spray just to be safe ( high chair etc). After dinner most of the crowd had gone. We took our three years old son on a merry-go-round (tickets were Baht 150 for five minutes) and air conditioned ferris wheel ( Baht 250 per adult, and Baht 150 for a child). A private cabin is priced at Baht 2,000. There was no queue so the operator gave every family a private cabin. I was very pleased because we didn’t want to be with a stranger trapped in confined space for ten minutes. I was very happy to be out for a nice evening as the whole family started to develop cabin fever. AWC manages Asiatique very well. It was clean and has plenty of security. We explored the closed section and it was eerie because it’s very loud and lively just 200 meters away.

The public facility is enough great so you enjoy your trips there. Music performance is one of the things I like. This destination is also awesome to visit when you want to know deeply about Bangkok's history and Thailand.
