All of these photos were taken in December of last year. On the first day of our visit, there was a protest going on and the road outside was very crowded. Central World Bangkok, on the other hand, was a good, huge shopping mall with a lot of nice street food and big beautiful Christmas tree outside. The entire staff was fantastic and incredibly accommodating, making the visit during that time a wonderful experience.

Popular shopping mall. There are a lot of restaurants that always locate at 6st and 7st floor, are paradise for all eaters. And SF World cinema is on 7st floor. You can enjoy eating, shopping and relaxing here.

First time for me to visit after so many years. Last time was even before it was renovated (due to red shirt riots many years ago). I was amazed at the total change, it was really refreshing and up to date, and super spacious too. Isetan department store was gone, but the local giant Central department store has a nice big branch here. Lots of restaurants here and there too. This place is huge and has many parts. It is also very nice to hang around the big square outside to watch the lights and billboards etc. I suppose you can consider this part is like the heart of Bangkok.

There are large number of shops in several floors with the wide range of products. A multi-screen movie theatre. It’s a very good place for shopping. Went there several times, had lunch in their food court, which is really a very good place to enjoy a wide range of choices of food. Food was delicious with good services and a neat and clean environment. The facilities are good inside. Enjoyable place even without shopping.

Impressive though it might seem to some because of its size (over 2,000 stores), to me it is just a maze housing the mediocrity of consumerism gone mad. It has no focus, no theme, is difficult to navigate and not particularly attractive. No doubt a good place for one stop shopping for not-so-badly needed consumer goods (the kind most of us are drowning in, and consumed with debt because we buy so much needless “stuff”, but for me, a useless waste of time.

The food options are equally impressive, with a diverse array of restaurants and street food stalls offering delicious Thai and international cuisine. What’s more, the mall hosts regular events and activities that add to the vibrant atmosphere. I was there in December 2023. The Christmas decorations were up and it was magical. An incredible shopping mall. Was there to have dinner. But there were so many restaurants and eateries of many nationalities to choose from. Chose the highly recommended Nara Thai Cuisines. The restaurant was grand and served excellent Thai cuisines in very unique ways. Loved the food and the service.

Personally, my favorite mall in all of Bangkok, and definitely takes the top choice for all the malls in Thailand for me. It has all shops that you would need other than high end luxury shops. From all the shopping malls I've visited during my stay in Bangkok this one was my favourite. It is huge with lots of shops and amazing restaurants. It wasn't easy to decide which one to eat at and would love to try out all of them. A good place to spend some time, do some nice shopping and experience new tastes. There was also a food market in the plaza outside the mall on the side facing Big C Mall. Amazing food and a really good atmosphere. To get there you can use the pathway above the street right from the BTS Siam Station. It is a quick a convenient way avoiding traffic and red lights.

This mall stands out as one of the most beautiful I've ever visited. Visited November 2022. Ate at one of the restaurant (even though I had dinner at the hotel club lounge) famous for its rib soup (heavy dose of white pepper and garlic). Visited this mall because of the night market right outside. It is walking distance from our hotel and we have to go over a few pedestrian skywalks to cross the streets and reach the hotel. The night market is a lively place serving delicious local, western and eastern food, fresh fruits and juices. There are ample tables and chairs available to have your dinner. There is a cleaning staff that constantly keeps the tables clean. A must visit when within the vicinity in Bangkok.

Not very fast in serving, not pay much attention to customers. Hence it took time whenever you need to order more. 2. Presentation of food (4/5): I have no complaint over the presentaton of the dish, yet curry sauce was served carelessly. Therefore, there is some liquid spilled over the edge of the dish. 3. Taste (5/5): the mild curry flavour goes well with Japanese rice. We really enjoy the added seasonings ( provided on every table). We order 3 dishes: Seafood curry ( fresh seafood tastes good). Spinach curry ( mild taste). Salad ( lovely presentation, very fresh tomatoes and go well with fishy flakes 4. Price (4/5): good pricing for this size of portion. Yet the further staff training is needed, regarding to explaining pricing of menus in English.

Lots of things in here, from branded bag, clothes, also lots and lots of food here vary from seafood, poultry, and fruits. They sells tasty sticky rice here (mango and durian). The interesting part they often open a bazaar, in my time here they open summer street food bazaar. The hardest part is to find halal food in here that suit your taste inside the building.

I liked two things about the mall. The food court in the basement offers reasonably priced food and has air conditioning but if you tolerate the heat of Bangkok, there are much cheaper and tastier food outside the mall. There's also a really huge supermarket where locals shop at opposite the road. Great for stocking up your hotel room with snacks.

What a freaking big mall. It's absolutely insane how big it is. You will find a store for everything and if you are going out, without buying anything, you just don't wanted to. Everyone is friendly and despite the fact that there are a lot of people strolling around it's quite chill. Try the bakery on the highest floor. It's not that pricy and almost everything that we tried was extremely tasty.

One of the largest malls in the world. You'd definitely feel lost walking around in this one. The length and breadth of the mall is so huge. It has around 7 floors with various sections. We spent around 3-4 hours here and couldn't even explore half the mall properly considering the size of it. I'd recommend giving this half a day so that you can visit all sections giving enough time. One of the places on your to visit list when on your trip to Bangkok.

It's quite complex you might get lost. Also more restaurants at Groove on 2nd floor, supermarket on 7th floor, SF world cinema on 7th floor, and concert hall on 8th floor. They used to have library/learning center.

This is without much doubt one of the most recognised shopping malls in Thailand or even Southeast Asia and for good reason. Situated in the heart of central Bangkok with easy access via both public transport and private vehicles, it can easily draw tens of thousands of visitors on a typical day some of whom can spend top dollar at various brand shops located throughout the mall, although I am not one of these lucky individuals unfortunately. That said I managed to at least to get myself a meal at the food hall on 7th floor and definitely it was a decent one that's well within my average budget. Bangkok has so many shopping complexes and is very hard to say which is better than the other but I guess you need to try them all just like I did and I’m sure you will enjoy every one of them as they are all beautiful in their own way and have so much to offer in terms of shopping

New year and Christmas deals are really fantastic here in this mall.
